Timbers - Durango

I'm a little behind on writing this. I stopped here on Thursday and had Kaci again as my server. On this visit I started with the Timbers Kettle Chips and the onion rings. These rings are the best by far I've had. They are the perfect amount of crispy, not soggy or oily.On this night I decided to try the Chicken Philly. The chicken has so much flavor and seasoning it is just amazing this is the quality of food served here. This is not bar food, this is amazing tavern food created with love.Pua came by to check on our table and the tables around us. I had no complaints on this night and the staff is so friendly, by far the best place to eat.I stopped back on Friday (long day, did not feel like cooking) and decided to try chili and the Bozeman Beef.On this night Kendra was my server and she was sweet as pie. Let's start with the food. The chili which was a regular versus a large was a huge bowl. The large must come in a bucket, I'll find out one day. The chili was hearty with large chunks of meat and the flavor was pretty good. I'm biased so I'll say mine is better but for eating out, I've not found any chili as good as this was. The Bozeman Beef, I must say is one of the better beef sandwiches I've found. Most places it's more bread than meat but not here. It was a hearty sandwich, the au jus was good and with fries, you have an amazing meal. The meat had a good flavor with horseradish sauce, I would have liked more as it was good sauce but uneven on the two halves.Now, I've talked about how amazing the staff has been on each visit. Leadership starts at the top and flows down. I was privileged enough to meet Jocelyn the GM on this visit and after a few minutes you can clearly understand how and why this location runs like a tight ship. Jocelyn demands quality food from the kitchen and the morale at this location is an example of her amazing leadership. Everyone seems to be here because they want to be. Jocelyn also makes it a point to check on the tables as well. The service and caring is the best I've seen in town. Jocelyn is definitely a boss I would work for, if I were looking for a job. Since I'm not, I'll just enjoy eating here and enjoy the amazing staff who work here.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, the staff and of course the food.

I arrived here to an empty bar. Sat at the bar, stayed watching TV and looked through the menu to find something to try. A lady walked in that the bartender was clearly familiar with and they started to chat. A few minutes later, I literally was told to sit somewhere else because the ONLY other person in the bar wanted to play the machine I was sitting at. Now I understand that machines are reserved for players, but usually in other bars I go to, this only applies when there are no other machines available. Decided to not order anything and take my business elsewhere. Never returning here and do not recommend.

It smells like an old time bar... and I mean that in a good way. I love that smell for some reason! The faint smell of beer and cigarettes!Stopped in for a beer and some wings and while the beer was tall and cold, the wings tasted like they were pre-cooked, then re-cooked. I've eaten enough wings to know these weren't freshly made. The fries were pretty good.The service brought this up from 3 stars. The waitress was awesome and made sure to bring ranch for both the wings AND the fries. She was attentive and friendly.

Ok y'all!!! Do not sleep on this place! I have zero complaints other than be warned they smoke in here, but duh! If you don't mind that casino scent...the food is absolutely amazing!!!! The portions! The presentation! And the price!!! Our servers were so attentive and explained everything and made us feel so special! The cheesy spinach dip was literally the best I've ever had! It's such a twist on most places. It's literally creamy and cheesy with spinach. It's just wonderful. I do suggest sharing a meal! They even gave a rewards program that is actually worth it! You get a point per dollar! Free drink specials! And all kinds of invites to come back for events and food specials. I'm just blown away that my assumption of walking into a new random place sent me home full, happy and overly satisfied!!! You absolutely win at everything Timbers!! Thank you for making our date night so special!!!

Our server, Jaclyn, was super friendly and helpful. We also met the manager who was very nice as well. The atmosphere was quiet for a Sunday morning, and conversation was easy. The restaurant area smelled of cigarette smoke because it's right next to the gaming, but that didn't really bother me. Our breakfast was good. The coffee was overpriced so I'll skip that next time. They have some great specials like their Wednesday night spaghetti dinner. I'm also going to sign up for their phone app to receive special offers and coupons!I'm definitely going to try Wednesday Spaghetti night!

The servers here are really friendly! You are greeted when you walk in and over the course of time, I have always found everyone to be super pleasant. I like that any late night food hungers have a cool late night bites menu at great prices! Wandering in after midnight I wanted to go for an option on the late night bites menu.I craved some breakfast and for $5 - it's a total steal of a deal! It's a full on breakfast portion - two eggs, meat, toast, and choice of home fries or hash browns. I really like the home fries - puffy potatoes!The bartender was by herself working the entire bar and dining area. Given all the tasks - she did great. She always had a smile. It can take a little while to get the food late night if there's a lot of orders in, but if you have a little patience, it's worth the wait.

We come in here weekly and we are always greeted by the amazing staff who work here especially Anna, and Jocelyn. They are always extremely welcoming, and the food is always amazing. They deserve all the praise in the world for their hard work and customer service!

The food is great and the staff is great and very friendly. If you are visiting Las Vegas, Nevada, you must eat and drink cocktails at Timbers.
