I tried to grab a manager to give feedback, but due to the food hall being busy, was unable to speak to them. This isn't a knock, but I didn't really want to call a new restaurant out for a flaw that could be overlooked. The tangsuyuk and jjajangmyeon sauce were great - no real criticism on that end. Some of the better flavors and sweet and sour fried pork I've had. However, this went from possibly being about a 5 star review to a 3 star review solely based on the noodles from the Jjajangmyeon. They were the worst Jjjangmyeon noodles I've ever had at a restaurant in my recollection. As the other reviews for this place have stated, the noodles were either severely overcooked or some other factor made them extremely gummy and chewy (but not in a good way). Even my non-Jjajangmyeon-eating friend called it out immediately that the texture was extremely off-putting. Maybe I should have just taken the dish to them and told them about the issue, but it was packed. My friend, who went on another day, also noticed issues with the noodles. If this can be fixed, this place is an excellent choice within the Cheongdam Food Hall.

Tiger Go Go is the newest addition/replacement/whatever you want to call it to the Cheongdam Food Hall, serving Korean Chinese fusion cuisine. Came here for dinner on 02/17, after they recently soft opened on 02/14. Since its still during soft opening, they have an extremely small menu, of only 4 items. Jjajangmyeon (Black bean sauce noodles) at $6.95, Jjamppong (Spicy seafood noodle soup) at $12.95, Sweet and Sour Pork (Tangsuyuk - no i didn't switch the names, thats how they did it on their menu) Small $9.95/Large $14.95, and fried rice at $6.95I had gotten the JJAJANGMYUN and a LARGE SWEET AND SOUR PORK, whereas one friend gotten the JJAMPPONG, and another got FRIED RICE for herself, sharing a LARGE SWEET AND SOUR PORK with her and her sister, and a JJAJANGMYUN for her sister. The flavor of the black bean sauce for the JJAJANGMYUN was good. The meat that was in the sauce was actually decently tender. The noodles on the otherhand were overcooked. Too soft. Portion size is pretty decent for the price. Pricing quite similar to jjajangmyun in Seoul (even delivered) and maybe portion size, which is nice. Thing different is how long they took. From order to delivery of food to table was about 20 minutes. Unsure if they have their timing wrong, or understaffed, or still in the very noob-y early stages... but for jjajangmyeon, thats way slow. (have once even gotten jjajangmyun delivery in less time than that, which was mind blowing, but thats unrelated to this place). The SWEET AND SOUR PORK was actually pretty good. The sauce is decently thick, flavored quite well. The pork were in thin strips, fairly tender, and decent amount overall. I tried my friend's FRIED RICE. Decent amount for the price. Lots of frozen veggies (carrots, peas) and egg. VERY mushy rice. Either they used overwatered fresh rice or someone added moisture to "old" rice. Literally no "bite" to the rice. Kind of resembled rice from hawaiian restaurants and their rice plates. mushy. If the noodles in the JJAMPPONG is anything like the one in the JJAJANGMYUN, then thats saddening. Can't really say much of anything else. Cashier was friendly. Rest of the staff is essentially the same as everyone else in the food hall. Hope they can improve on how they cook their noodles and rice. The price is VERY good, considering how inflated everything is nowadays, or even compared to some other places in the same establishment. Would like to see if/when they'll expand on their menu as well. This would a cheap/fast/filling option to pick up after work on the way home or on a lazy day.

Tiger Go Go soft opened on Friday and it is one of Cheongdam's newest additions. We went yesterday after around 7PM to see if we could give them a try for dinner. Unfortunately, their hours are currently 11AM-5PM so they were closed by the time we got there. It was a bit frustrating as they never mentioned their hours on Instagram and it was a wasted trip for us. But that didn't stop us because we are persistent! We decided to go today for lunch and they were open yay!Tiger Go Go serves Korean Chinese cuisine. This cuisine originated in Incheon, Seoul when a lot of Chinese immigrants went to Korea. Tiger Go Go has a small menu right now -- I assume it's limited due to them being in soft opening. They offer jjajangmyeon (black bean sauce noodles $6.95), jjamppong (spicy seafood noodles $12.95), tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork-small $9.95/large $14.95), and fried rice ($6.95). Prices are extremely reasonable as well. My husband and I both got a jjajangmyeon as well as a large tangsuyuk to share with our friends. Unfortunately, the jjajangmyeon was somewhat of a disappointment. The black bean sauce was good but the noodles were gummy. The noodles were not cooked properly -- either it was undercooked or overcooked or maybe they sat in starch water too long. It just wasn't pleasant at all to eat. Portion size was decent though -- not the largest bowl I've seen but definitely enough for one person. The tangsuyuk was actually very good -- thin batter and the pork pieces were tender and a good size. The sweet and sour sauce was watery though. It was either prepared prior and heated up or they forgot to add cornstarch to it to thicken it. Portion size was good -- in fact if you just have two people, the small size would be enough! Service was good. The cashier was extremely friendly. The price is very good! I would have given them 5 stars if their noodles weren't so bad.

The flavor was decent but this is a large order for $14.95. The food hall was busy on a Saturday 11:20am and on a day where it was 70 degrees outside, it was pretty warm inside.
