The reviews aren't lying, the place could definitely use some customer service upgrades lol, maybe a hi or a be right with you while they're a little busy, I think that would go a long way. With that said, the prices were fantastic, the place was nice, and they hooked it up with a free pre roll. With definitely be back.

Wow, a cannabis supermarket! Very helpful budtenders. Very efficiently done.Uniquely operated. Orders are processed upstairs and comes down to ground level like at dry cleaners.

So im huge into loyalty... that's why it was painful when my husband and I got into a debate over which place has the best weed. I am a huge fan of the source on Eastern and my husband is a huge fan of thrive on cactus. This location. I figured why be close minded, I need to give this place a try. Walking up it definitely has a vibe. Love the total Mayfair look as you approach the building. There was no line and they were very friendly as they checked my ID.Going in there was no line and I love the fact that I did not feel pressured by 1 million people coming up to me to help me. It was a relaxed environment with chill music where I could look at all of the items in the casings. Not to mention There's this cool underground tone by the mechanics in the air moving thrive flags around the room. Made me definitely feel like I was in a different zone. I can only imagine what this would be like if I were high coming in.Guy was super polite. Answered all my questions. Then said have a seat and they will call you when the product is ready. I will say my husband got me. Thrive is way better than the source on eastern. Why? Because I didn't have to stand in line like cattle, or 15 to 20 minutes. There isn't glads barriors between me and the cashier making me feel like a criminal. Might be a little more pricy but for convenience i am willing to pay more. Me being able to sit, enjoy the music and vibe while waiting is way better. Sold:

I enjoyed my visit at this Thrive location which is conveniently located / miles away from my home! Another plus is they are open 24 hrs. and here's the triple plus.... Thrive offers some crazy cool industry discounts so make sure you ask to see if you qualify - it's totally worth it! I find everything I'm looking for and if I don't, the workers are all so helpful. I highly suggest you check out this place!

This is the closest dispensary by my house but it's gotten so bad and so slow with their service here. They're always out of stuff and I'm just fed up with it. Why can't this place get their inventory under control? Right now, I'm trying to kill all my points and collect my rewards so I never have to go back. BTW, their systems were so sluggish that I couldn't even get my pre-roll today since I couldn't log into the app. THERES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. Even their online orders are slow AF. The conveyer system doesn't save any time either. It's a gimmick that wore out its effectiveness a while ago. There is plenty of other dispensaries that are not too far from this place. Such a shame since we've been going here for a long time but at this point the service and lack of stock is inexcusable.

I'm leaving a review about the crew who worked around Midnight 9/22. I went in to purchase flower. I literally come into the shop almost EVERYDAY! When I went to purchase my $25 flower using my TAM CARD for a discount as I always do, I was advised that the TAM CARD can not be used on $25 flower although I do it all the time!! At first I was able to use my TAM on $20 flower then one day I was advised only $25 and up. There was also a long line and only 2 people in the back so for the first time I ordered at the window due to lack of employees working. I would like the same Manager who advised $25 flower cannot use a TAM CARD to review my history and see how many times I've used my TAM CARD on a $25 flower. Also, the associate sitting at the window advised me I could use the TAM CARD on the ZRUNTS and when I got to the back it was a different story. It seemed like all new workers and there is a disconnect. Bad service period this time around.

Just go inside they don't care about online orders anymore . Much faster to purchase inside

I think they've addressed their timing between mobile and walk in. The last two times I've been in to order at the counter they've been way better at the in and outprocess. This last time I was there, a female budtender, graveyard shift was overly helpful and kind and really took her time when I was buying accessories and new tools. The service has always been great and their prices keep getting better and better with their specials. Not too shabby, Thrive.
