The Venue Las Vegas

I rarely post a bad review on Yelp. I'm pretty sure 90% or more od my ratings are four or five stars.My office is not too far from The Venue and we wanted a quote from them for an upcoming event. I called several times and also filled out an inquiry on line. The Venue has not responded at all. Not even a simple reply that they are working on my quote.The place looks amazing but the staff is really poor at responding. Their nearby competitor Meet always has someone to answer the phone during business hours. I received my quote from them within a day.I do hope The Venue gets their act together and improvers customer service. It is like they don't want new business and customers are a bother to them. I recommend not wasting your time contacting for a quote.

I'm very upset. My fiancé and I've been looking at the venue for quite a while and I called and got transferred to Ryan, I never complain but he was not helpful & not welcoming, I called and asked if we could get a tour of the venue for our wedding reception and he was very Blunt (unwelcoming) he advice "so you don't waste my time and I don't waste your time ball room starts at 7500" and I agreed which I thought was kind of rude. Okay so we finally set the appointment for the next day @ 3:30 pm we get there around 3:25 pm and we call Ryan bc he's the only one that can show us around, he tells me that he is running late that he should be arriving in 20 mins , the building was actually open so we walked in thinking he was there we fell in love w the ballroom. And nope he wasn't there no one was there! We tell Ryan that we will be at the container park w our 1 year old. Okay so 20 mins passed and he hasn't called us, we gave him a call and it went to voicemail we left a vm and we walked over there and waited outside the buildingWe called about 4 times spoke to the receptionist and got transferred to a voicemail, okay so then 4:40 pm came no answer no call back, NOTHING. We call one more time and told the receptionist what was going on (she knew we called a couple times bc she was the one transferring us) and she seemed really confused bc this never happened I guess, she had me on hold for about 10 mins and then apologized (she was really nice) she was trying to get a hold of Ryan but no answer she told me she was going to call me today which is a Day after, (7:30pm) but till now I haven't got a call , no message no voicemail from either Ryan or the receptionist. This is very upsetting and super duper unprofessional. We got really discouraged because this is our first choice and first time we look at a venue. If we can get a hold of corporate then that would be nice bc the venue is such a beautiful venue.

Thus place is awesome if your looking for a nice quiet romantic spot on Fremont Street. The staff is exceptional the drinks are awesome and the ambience is out of this world. Only open on Fridays and Saturdays we need to spread the word to get them open more. Five stars all the way.this review is only speaking for the bar in the front of the house

Attended an event here recently and it is a stunning space! Beautiful spaces both inside and out - numerous bars, terraces, and rooms with chandeliers and full bars. Definitely recommend checking out The Venue if you can!

I couldn't even get passed the phone call to schedule a tour without realizing that this is a horrible event. I talked to Ryan for 1 minute and he was extremely rude. I asked if I could schedule a tour and he just rudely said "well my packages start 30,000"....money is not the issue and that was not what I asked. Its as if he did not want me to tour or even consider his venue in the first place. It was such an unpleasant call I had to hang up. I never knew that people could be so harsh especially when you're trying to get married.

I was looking for a place to host my wedding. Did 2 inquires on the website, nothing. I then called the place and got transferred to RYAN. From the moment I started the conversation it was off. Very unprofessional, he told me he was at a meeting and to email him the details of my wedding to him and once he got back to a computer he will send me pricing. So I got his email and I emailed him my details then NEVER heard from him. From other reviews between yelp and Facebook, seems like this is an on going issue. Such a shame. The place is beautiful, just bad management.

Located in Downtown Las Vegas. So there is no shortage of event space in Las Vegas, that being said, I am not entirely sure what to make of this place, sure it's a nice venue, in one of the worst neighborhoods in Las Vegas with no parking (that is the only reason for a two star rating) (do you really want to get dressed up and walk at night thru the drug dealers and degenerates to get back to your car? The website leaves little something to be desired as well. If they fix the parking thing, they may ahem something here, but if not...every hotel in Las Vegas has ample event space. Live It Up You Are In Las Vegas For Cryin' Out Loud!

Attended a pitch event here for this evening and I loved the event space and the service was impeccable. It's perfectly situated by all the great places downtown like Common Wealth and Container Park. Has several different spaces that can be rented out and has parking nearby (pay to park). Would definitely consider hosting an event here in the future.

DO NOT BOOK AN EVENT HERE!!!!We held a family event here for 75 people. Was a disaster in every sense of the word - awful service. Terrible food ( was cold and incorrect ). Poor communication from managers. We tried to get a response from management but they called us every name in the book and told us to go screw ourselves.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

We had a fantastic event. What a great time. The staff was so professional. Food was incredible..I would recommend this place.
