Drove 30 minutes to this location just to find out they're short staffed and they're only accepting online orders. Maybe it's just me. But I think it's total bullshit I drove all the way here for nothing simply because they can't hire decent, reliable employees.

Review #420! :-)The Source has been my go-to dispensary for years - in part because of its proximity to the most excellent Cheba Hut sandwich shop two doors down. The selection here is always fun & interesting - but for a guy like me who is only an occasional and lightweight user, it is often hard to find my favorite products consistently in stock. It's more of a supply issue than a store criticism, I'm sure. Its a bit of a bummer when I finally find something that really suits me, and can't ever get it again. Still; friendly service, a nice clean store, and my senior discount keep me coming back!

Love The Source+!Been going here for about a year and a half. There is a dispensary that's closer to my house that I've been going to, but checked this place out after a visit to my favorite Korean banchan place (Samee Side Dishes), which is in the same plaza. The employees are all so so nice and friendly. The security guards are always smiling, and almost always opens the door for me, on my way in and out. I've yet to deal with someone that's less than awesome. AND, they have amazing specials. Picked up 2 vape cartridges for $42, including all the taxes, which was their 2-for-1 4th of July special. I knew which ones I wanted, so I was in and out in about 5 min. I've been to a few dispensaries here and in L.A., and this place is by far the best one. Conveniently located, plenty of parking, clean, awesome employees and great deals. What more can one ask for?

The Source is my go-to cannabis store. I love the products and customer service. There is one individual, in my experience, that stands out. She went above and beyond and her name is Cassie, at the Las Vegas store. We have never met but I called the store and she helped me with my rewards account. She was respectful and courteous. I am retired US Air Force and a senior citizen. Nowadays, I come across people that are more dismissive than not. Cassie was not. She treated me with care and that what I had to say mattered. Service here is super great. Only thing I that's weird to me is how much they promote how great there deals are when you can go to 75% other dipos in Vegas and get way better deals. Nevada Made right down the street is way better. I can get waaay more weed for half the price of the same quality. False advertisement is super wack.

The Source is a shit show.I've been a loyal customer for 4+ years and randomly the location that has made deliveries to me called me directly, citing this very fact, and told me they would no longer be making deliveries, but specifically the Henderson location would be able to deliver - Lies.I placed attempted to place an order directly on their website and it rejected my address for delivery. To be clear, I'm a medical patient with severe EDS (chronic muscle and joint pain) so driving anywhere is almost a complete non-starter. I called the Henderson location, only to have the girl I spoke with be completely ignorant and giving out wild misinformation. She attempted to give me three excuses that she thought were solutions, to which I told her I had already tried each and failed. At this point I was given to a manager who said "hmmm, I don't really know anything...let me look into it and call you back" - I never heard anything.I went to a third party site and placed an order, actually having the Henderson location as an option and the order was cancelled. It was the third party who actually called me and told me they would not deliver to me and their North location would be able to do so the very next morning. I never heard from anyone the very next day by 1pm so I called them and they said they "reactivated my order". Three minutes later I received an email saying the order was cancelled again. Hytiva called me again and said they confirmed NO LOCATION WOULD DELIVER TO ME and I was just shit out of luck.All this was atrocious and wildly unnecessary and not something I should have had to go through and I wanted to ensure no one else would go through in the future - so I reached out to the original store who called me initially, unprompted with the erroneous information. I shared all of this with the person who answered the phone and he said verbatim "uhhh, I don't know anything I just work here - do you want a manager?" At which point I was put on hold, and then a 'Malcom' picks up the phone.I asked if the prior associate had shared what I had already relayed and felt exhausted by with him - (what a ridiculous thought right?) and he said 'no'.I proceeded to repeat myself for the fifth time or so now, after which, again verbatim he said 'sorry bout that' and was fully silent. I asked him pointedly 'that's it? that's all you have to say?' and he responeded 'well what would you like me to say? That associate didn't say we would actually be able to deliver to you -" to which I immediately corrected him as he absolutely did. Malcom didn't like being held accountable and started retorting "will you let me finish and not talk!? You went on that long rant to tell your side, let me tell mine!" which was so out of pocket I hung up.These people are ignorant, crude, misinformed, uncaring and wildly awful, do not waste your time, money or energy at any location for any reason.
