Location! Location! Location! Yes at The Source++++++++ they've got the best location, right by the freeway, near a bunch of other stores, high foot traffic, etc. And yes they're super close to my spot and it's another reason why I've been coming here for years now (well maybe just a few years) I'm not a huge 420 consumer, I usually just get pre-rolls. Definitely not the guy in Cabin In the Woods with that super duper coffee mug bong. I always wait for deals, such as 10 pre-rolls (1g) for $45, you can't beat that! (Well maybe you can but this seems to be a great deal) The only gripe I have is I usually prefers Sativa but most pre-rolls now and days seem to be Hybrid. But for that price I really can't complain. I always order online first and set a pickup time. However I noticed my order is usually ready within 10 minutes. Once at the store, check-in with the guy up front, I had my helmet and backpack on so I had to leave it by the bench but no worries, the guy is keeping an eye on it. No waiting tonight so that was nice just walk up front, my order is ready, total came out to only $50 and some change. (Note this is much cheaper than before, I recall taxes were high as hell back then) I did use maybe 2 bucks in rewards $.. yes it's always nice to get something back.

I thought I had purchased a certain strain for a certain price. Turns out, the same strain was on a higher priced shelf (from a different vendor) and that was the one I'd received.When I returned to find out why I had been charged more, not only did Jimmy point out what had happened, but he also credited my account the difference and told me to have a good night. As someone who's spent the last 16 years in Northern California, I'm not used to this type of friendly professionalism from this industry. The place is clean, always staffed. I've gotten excellent recommendations from the employees and I couldn't recommend this location more.

Boof. That's all I can say I've been in enthusiast for more than 2 decades. Wanted some good flower and wax. Nope got popcorn bud and some BS wax supposedly high THC levels but literally almost threw up. Either they need new chefs or the weed they sell is straight Mexican brick weed. Never again.

Didn't do my research and thought all dispensaries were the same (I know I know ) I was there last night and spent $120ish and I've been told I prolly paid way more than I should of. Lots of parking and shop is clean and nice. Workers were very nice and helpful so I guess overpaying isn't all that bad although I prolly won't be back.

After wading through their website which lagged and froze up multiple times over the course of 30 or 45 minutes, I finally got my order put together for delivery and by then it was after the 6 PM deadline. I called the store to see if they could help me out because I was placing about a $400 order and they put me on a 12 minute hold and then came back and we're incredibly rude and just basically told me sorry you're out of luck. That's fine I'll take my business elsewhere and at least I know how lame and false their claims are that they pride themselves I am providing great customer service. That was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a dispensary. You guys can straight up pound sand, pathetic.

I came in to grab a cartridge for my battery, but instead, I was given a disposable--something I never asked for. When I came back to fix the mistake, Jordan, the manager on shift, refused to take responsibility. Jordan told me that since I had already left the building, I couldn't return the item--even though it was their mistake, not mine.I explained to Jordan that this was not my product, and instead of making things right, she offered me a pathetic 10% discount and told me I'd have to buy the correct item again. That's completely unacceptable. Jordan had the power to fix this but chose not to, leaving me stuck with something I didn't want.This whole experience was frustrating, annoying, and honestly, disrespectful. If you shop here, double-check your product before leaving because Jordan clearly won't help you if they mess up.
