I was superrrrrrrrrr stoked to see that there was a rooftop bar/lounge on Fremont St. when I was walking by, during my first visit here. Last weekend I was able to actually visit The Roof and I'm absolutely NOT impressed, it's actually quite sad because this place has SO much potential with its location and hello- rooftop bar (enough said)! My group of friends and I walked in around 10p. Going through security was a breeze and the security guards were the only nice employees here. Otherwise, the bartenders? Not so nice. I recall being upstairs on the 3rd outdoor level and I had asked one of the female bartenders for a cup of ice water and she had the nerve to say "you can have this one for free, but we normally charge for water." Like forrrrrreals?! I just spent almost $10 on a Jameson/Diet and now you're going to charge me for a cup of ice water, such a turn off for me! And it was how she said it, major attitude. I think she needs a reminder that she isn't working at the Wynn and it's not Pellegrino- it's ice water in a plastic cup for goodness sake. Okay, I'm done... lol.Music was terrible on the Friday night I was here and the turfed rooftop level smelled like vomit. Turn off! Would I recommend this lounge? No. There are so many other surrounding lounges that have friendlier staff and provide ice water in a plastic cup for free!

Horrible! Ghetto as hell! The security ghetto the people going in look ghetto... the people in the line where going with 10.00 outfits but said I couldn't go in with my 200.00 jersey... I don't wait your time here unless they change all their staff and owners ..... -5stars

I wish to inform you that this is a small, but nice club to visit. Nothing too spectacular to offer besides there location and staff. Loaded with a great team, the staff helped me enjoy my night while at the same time doing their employed duties. "Inspire" seats on the left/right east corner of LasVegasBlvd; across from the Fremont's "Heart Attack Grill". An convenient location and spirited locals helped me enjoy this 5th night of May. #CincoDeMayo

Views...you come here for the East Fremont District views on the 2nd floor of the Inspire building, running parallel w/ Fremont St, it's prime real estate. The whole upstairs floor is covered in turf. The outdoor seating is nice, comfy and each area seats a fair 6 ppl. This place is all about the ppl watching. Tonight the breeze is constant, making it a perfect night to hang w/ our friend who's in town from Conn. The sound set up is decent. Not too loud but good bass. The DJ is killing it tonight. The bartender pours a solid drink, that's for sure. Not sure if the 2 girls dressed in the same outfits are servers or just twins but we definitely had to go up to the bar in order to get our drinks while they chatted it up. In all fairness we only sat for four songs before choosing to make the trek. They are why they get the 3. If I learn the don't serve the seated areas I would up to a 4 easily. There's definitely a younger crowd here. I wouldn't say hipsters but definitely of the college, younger entry business looking folk. Feels like the opposite of your Fremont Experience crowd. It's like a breath of fresh air into downtown.

Not a bad place for hip hoppish music. I definitely like hip hop music and it can be hard to find that at clubs these days. Crowd is a little young and mixed but what's nice is dress code is very casual. The rooftop area is where everyone dances and can get pretty crowded. Girls got in free which was nice.

Tried this place out and we couldn't even get in! The ATM was broken so we couldn't pull out money. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend already.

A coworker who lives at the Ogden has been raving about this place for a while, but it never seemed to be open the few times I've been downtown. So I was excited to check it out during the downtown Wednesday happy hour last week. The Roof is not surprisingly located on the roof of Inspire - there's an elevator past the news stand area, with someone there to push the button for you. I'm assuming to make sure that nobody goes to the 2nd floor - 365 Tokyo super special people club. It's a huge open patio with scattered comfy couches and some great people watching directly above Fremont. Too bad the super chill atmosphere they were trying for was completely ruined by them blasting obnoxiously loud 90's hip hop. Combine that with the 15 min wait for the bartender to bother acknowledging us at the bar, and the only thing they inspired us to do is leave. Has potential and maybe we'll try it again another time, but this was a pretty crappy first impression of the place.

I like this place, actually. But there isn't anything that really sticks out about it, sadly & the drinks are a bit pricey too - which is why im only giving it 3 stars. They are usually playing a variety of music - which is a plus. You get a nice view of the bar district area of Fremont and there's a little area for dancing. I've never experienced crappy service here. Really, there's no much else to this place. You enter the lounge/reading area (I call it this because there's tons of seating and reading materials) in the Inspire... hit the elevator up and boom! Patio party.

One of my favorite places to go downtown for dancing. If you like top 40 and hip hop this is the place to go. Lots of space to wander around or dance, plenty of room to move about, two bars one inside and one outside. A little low in bathrooms but they make up for it with ambiance. Staff is pretty nice and they are zero tolerance for really drunk or gone people. They will escort you out and I love that about this place.I really love the roof here because you could people watch on Fremont, Dance against the railing and enjoy yourself. Seriously one of my favorite pales to drink and dance in downtown. I would say I go here on average three times a month. I recommend it to anyone who hasn't been yet!
