The service at the register was unprofessional. I placed a large order, but the staff hastily packed it into a bag, only for me to later discover a missing sandwich. To make matters worse, the attendant rudely urged me to collect my order quickly, citing other waiting customers.

I stayed one night at Excalibur last May 2023 and this was their non-Starbucks option. I ordered an iced coffee. It was ok. The staff was really friendly and nice.

On my way checking out & heading to work, I had to stop & get my morning hot drink & pastry from this cute, corner shop. The large cappuccino was perfect in temperature & taste & the cheese danish was soft & delightful with my hot drink. There was one lady working & she was efficient & friendly; she even asked if I wanted my pastry warmed up, wow. Thank you for making the start of my busy day, a good one!

Small cafe inside the Excalibur hotel. They have a decent selection of iced drinks, and they serve Lavazza brewed coffee and teas. There are also breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and bottled juices available.

An espresso, a pair of red eyes, a couple of morning snacks. This place has it all for your breakfast needs. It's located in the back by the pool area. Walls are draped in tea pots. The lighting eases in the day like the sun rising. A toasted bagel, an espresso, and a little passion tea and you're on your way.

11/28/2022 while waiting to see Shim Lin magic show, this place is perfectly located next to the Mirage Theatre. We had 30 minutes to kill before doors open. Ordered the cappuccino and mocha coffee. Service and staff were good and friendly. This place has a nice old vintage look that is beautifully done. Big open area and many seats to chill.

Convenient location to pick up coffee and a morning snack when you're staying at the hotel. Food was good and service was prompt, even with a long line.
