Update - Owner responded to post less than 15 minutes after this was posted so not sure how this could be thoroughly looked into (nor am I claiming anything should be looked into). As mentioned, this was the first and only time we had been here, we will not be returning. Feel a bit bad giving a 1 star but our first and only time here was pretty poor overall. Our order was wrong, the person right after us' order was also wrong, and they turned away the customer after them because their reader was not working and they could only take cash. We also heard some sort of loud altercation between the staff in the back that was so loud everyone dining in could hear. While food was overall okay and portion decent, would not come back just because staff seemed so disorganized and unfriendly.

Disappointed to say the least.. my go-to order is the steak lovers bowl and today I received my bowl with ground bison/beef instead of steak tenderloin that it's supposed to come with.We had a delivery order at my workplace for 3 steak lovers bowls that all came with ground bison/beef instead of tenderloin.Not sure if it's just this location and/or the fact that it was delivery but the delivery order was made at this location (Durango.)I usually order in-person at the Flamingo location and they've always gotten my order right at that location.

Absolutely Delicious after my workout!I had the Power Salmon Bowl which was very flavorful and a hearty healthy option. I would've given it 5 stars but they are a bit pricey. It makes sense though because it is right next to the gym.

Sadly the shakes were disgusting. We bought 4 and each of them were watery and had a very foul taste! We waited way too long for the bowl and honestly this was not worth the time or money! The snacks they give you when you order are amazing!

Great ambience food is great too! Will definitely be coming back. Good service and friendly staff

September 15, 2024 Update - CLEARY the business owner named Rob who left a message DID NOT read my review and just did a copy and paste! Another horrible experience!!!This is my second time in less than 2 weeks going to this location and I don't have my order ready because this location doesn't have my order it in the system.I placed my order through the Protein Source iOS app and I never had any issues previously. On September 6th and today I placed my order through the app (using Apple Pay) and when I show up to this location my order can't be found. I have the email with the order number and my credit card is charged but this location doesn't have my order. Now I have to dispute this transaction for a SECOND time with my bank. This is such a headache, not only is my order not ready when I show up at the requested time and this location doesn't even have the order but I have to order and pay again!I don't know what is going on with the app but I will no longer use the Protein Source app. I also will find another business that has an app that can take my order correctly. The entire reason I use the app is so my food is ready when I arrive and so I can have a history of my transactions. The cashier also stated that other customers have been coming in with the same issue, what is the problem and why hasn't it been fixed by now!

I'm glad that there are more healthy options for food to eat. The have dietary restrictions labeled and you can create your own meal. I opted to try their bison mean with sautéed cauliflower and avocado. I also want to try the mashed cauliflower for next time. They list their nutritional facts on their site FYI to view as well. I am trying to be careful with my diet and watch my carbs and sugar intake as a diabetic. I must be more cautious with what I eat. I love how you can modify the meal. There are also specialty bowls, but from their nutritional facts, I would need to modify them. Also, the bbq sauce with the bison meat is sugar-free and tastes delicious! I need to ask about their sauce next time and if they sell a bottle of their sauce they use.We ordered it to go so I cannot comment on the service, but our food was ready for pick-up right away. The ambiance is casual, nothing fancy.

I left the gym and went straight here! The Byson burger was on point! My friend is addicted to their açai bowl.Great service and very nice ambiance!

Ordered the energy cakes. They were ready within 2 minutes of me putting in my order. I was impressed it was so fast until I got home and ate them. They were burned and tasted like all the other food cooked on their grill.
