We absolutely love The Platinum Hotel. This is our second time visiting during Thanksgiving week and it doesn't disappoint. They use to do valet only but has since gone to self park which is always easy to navigate. The hotel is really nice, has great amenities and a great place for families. We love that there's a full kitchen, separate bedroom and the kids loved the giant tub. Even better is the indoor/outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi. The pool area has corn hole and fire pits as well. It's such a fun way to end your day. Even when it's cold outside, the indoor heated pool is heated well and inside is warm. The hot tub is also heated well. The jets need some work though as they point more up and makes you not want them on. The breakfast restaurant is a little pricey but food and service was great. You can order a croissant as your bread choice which was delicious. I got the breakfast burrito which came with potatoes that were super yummy. The breakfast burrito was huge and definitely able to share between two people. There's snacks and drinks in the lobby as well, room service available and a lounge. Overall I highly recommend this place for families. Helps also that there is no casino and no smoking. This is the only place we would stay for a family Vegas trip and somewhere we will definitely revisit.

The hotel is in a great location, easy walk to restaurants and the strip. We booked their princess suite. The suite was nice, clean and well equipped. We were traveling with our 2mo old that's why we booked the suit with a kitchen. Since we had a baby with us we asked for their "crib". I even called before we booked and asked if it was a pack and play or an actual crib and I was told it was a crib. When they brought up the PACK AND PLAY I was disappointed. Even more so they just laid a loose sheet in there and it was rock hard, dangerous. Moreover the pool is advertised as heated so we took our baby down to swim and it was ice cold, not heated.

I stayed for Labor Day weekend to celebrate my birthday and this was the most amazing hotel experience I've ever had! The best part was the staff, the girls at front desk were so friendly & check in was super fast. I got the complimentary wine and their is a QR code to text them if you need more towels or anything brought to your room. A little bit of a long walk to the strip but not too bad Ubers where only about $8 to strip. Our room was reallly clean the tub was clean which is what I was worried about. Would definitely stay here again.

SERVICE & CHECKINVery consistent & professional hospitality from every level of staff.Shanice specifically was as efficient as she was helpful; great character, positive, & and really nice smile!Early checkin is free but it wasn't as fruitful for myself & droves of other guests (rooms are large so the turnaround time makes sense). Late checkout (1hr) was also free. The SMS Virtual Assistant (Ivy) service was responsive & convenient.LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORSThe lobby was clean & more functional than flashy. The limited space made it prone to congestion but the adjacent lounge had very chill vibes & adequate seating. Elevator lifts were abundant, fast, & spacious. Transitioning through the rest of the building felt pleasant & easy to navigate.ROOM (signature suite)https://youtu.be/FGArJ3SsZYcClean & modern 1BR unit reminiscent of an elevated, but slightly dated, timeshare.Overall it was a well-appointed room & I enjoyed the design for its high-ceilings & good lighting.Lots of other notable features: ample accessible outlets, full size mirrors, furnished patio space, & lots of storage.Cons: The dedicated workspace isn't the most comfortable or ergonomic; lack of recycling receptacles.BEDThe bed was underwhelming. The mattress, a throwback (Serta) innerspring King, was nostalgic but overdue for an upgrade.Linens didn't live up to the "patented technology hype"; very inconsistent softness between pillow cases & bed sheets.Pillow build was ok, good loft & firmness, but too small (Standard).BATHLarge bath space with a rockstar tub, perfect for a couples bath or deep soak in a bath bomb. The walk-in shower isn't as glamorous & water pressure (throughout) wasn't consistent or strong. But the rest of the installation was functional & clean. I liked the quality of their towels & there were plenty of Well Spa toiletries provided.TV & ENTERTAINMENTSignificantly dated: multiple standard definition ~20" TVs from LG & Sharp. The living room mount is very robust but the display just doesn't do it justice. Great for background noise in any case. The Bose sound system was the better entertainment piece & was fun to use.WI-FI & CELL RECEPTIONVerizon service performed well throughout the unit.Complimentary (unencrypted) Wi-Fi is responsive but throughput is one of the worst I've experienced in Vegas. No premium offering is available, so bring a hotspot!--Performance--Video streaming - goodOnline gaming - goodVideo chatting - good --Nerd Stats--9-11 Mbps download 8-11 Mbps upload0% packet loss5 ms latency10 ms jitterFOOD & DRINKNot DoorDash friendly for contactless delivery.Dining services are also closed on Tuesday & Wednesday.Thankfully the kitchen was exceptionally clean, stocked with dishes, & fully operational. The fridge condenser was unusually loud but no issues with cooling or any other appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee pot).Snacks & drinks are available for purchase in the lobby.NOISENot particularly sound proof when ambulances & sirens are in the area, but it's a quiet environment. No complaints.VERDICTCustomer service & price make this location really competitive. It's not suitable for remote work or a staycation (depending on the day of the week), but it has plenty to offer. Most importantly: my stay was quiet & comfortable.I would stay here again to explore the other configurations & recommend it to others looking for a nice off-strip property.4/5

The Platinum hotel is worth staying at if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip. The hotel is located within walking distance or short car drive from the Las Vegas strip. We decided to book stay at this property as they offered good/competitive rates. Also, parking was included in the full price. The hotel was clean and so was the room. We got lucky as we stayed at the self-sustained one bedroom apartment type of room that overlooked the Las Vegas strip. The one bedroom suite included full kitchen, a separate seating area with sofa bed and very big bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. Overall the room was super specious and offered ample storage. There was a bar and inside-outside pool area on the premises. We also took advantage of the room service by ordering food. The food was tasty and not over priced at all.I highly recommend this hotel if you decide to visit Las Vegas.

I stayed here with my partner for a wedding on the weekend of November 1-4th of 2023. While the bartenders at the downstairs bar, Alejandra and Matthew were perfectly nice, and Matthew made an amazing Rye old fashioned for us on Friday night, the rest of the staff was rude, short and unhelpful. When we were trying to celebrate a life long friends wedding on Friday night; the bartenders at the upstairs venue were named Cris and Lina and were rude, made bad, weak drinks, and were even rude to their own staff as I heard them yelling at their own staff upon multiple occasions. my partner was so upset as a lifelong professional in the industry that she requested we leave the event early. we attempted to reach the GM of the hotel, a Mark Fenton, but he was unresponsive and rude.

I booked due to the location close to the Sphere. Afterwards my friend broke her foot. I requested a handicapped room which they accommodated. Unfortunately, that was not the best experience for us. Upon arrival their computer system crashed. Which delayed our check in process a bit. They gave us a room on the 5th floor. The room was literally the farthest room away from the elevator on that floor! Over 300 yards walking with a broken foot!!!! The room was nice but the shower curtain didn't reach the floor (nearly 5" above) allowing water to run all over the bathroom... There was no seat in the shower, so my friend had to try and balance on one leg while showering. Lastly there are 5 handicapped parking spots. There were 2 more but they were converted to e-plug in spots. So if you dont get the ones on the first floor you have to WALK down the parking garage ramp to get to the first floor to the elevator (The garage has stairs). BTW there are NO HANDICAPPED doors on any of the entrances. So whether you are in a chair or just trying to get into the door you have to struggle. On the plus side the beds were super comfortable. The room was nicely appointed and had nice amenities. The price was too much for the lack of comfort and accessibility we needed.

We love The Platinum! All suites. Such a nice break from the noise and lights of the strip but still just off the strip. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Ray for the ride.

Large rooms, very friendly staff. Away from the frantic pace of the Strip, yet easy to get to the Strip if desired. And, there are NO slot machines anywhere!
