From Disappointment to Delight--The Parlor Saved the DayAfter being completely let down at Denny's on Fremont Street, my girlfriend and I decided to head to The Parlor instead--and wow, what an upgrade! This place was exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a vibe that's equal parts chill and stylish. It's a small space, but the tables are comfortable, and everything feels thoughtfully done.My girlfriend was thrilled with her Mexican Latte, which had this incredible mix of spiced chocolate that she couldn't stop raving about. As for breakfast, we both went for the Ronald's Breakfast--she had the regular, and I had the Super. Let me tell you, the Super is no joke: two sausage patties, two slices of cheese, one egg, and a hash brown patty all packed into one insane sandwich. It was every bit as outrageous and delicious as it sounds. We couldn't help but notice the table next to us enjoying their Benny Sammich, which looked equally insane. They also had one of The Parlor's signature adult coffees--the German Chocolate. It's coffee mixed with chocolate liqueur, whiskey, coconut, caramel, and topped with toasted coconut. Just watching them sip it was enough to make us want to order one next time!If you're in the Vegas area and want amazing breakfast, creative drinks, and a fantastic atmosphere, The Parlor is an absolute must. We'll definitely be back!

Food: Ronald's sandwich was how are you imagined it to be eating at a McDonald's sandwich, but way tastier in a healthier. Comes with small country potatoes and salad house vinaigrette with red wine vinegar. Coffee: got the lavender latte with actual lavender sprinkled on the top. YumService: they run a real mom and Pop shop feel. Everyone seems to enjoy each others company and care to the service.Ambiance: this is just my take, very punk rock who's trying to clean up its act around Las Vegas and a very tasteful way. Love the vibes here. Also the music is rnb currently 1230 on Wednesday afternoon. Dope.

Delicious! I've been to the Parlour for both brunch and dinner and this place is amazing. It's located right in the heart of downtown. The ambiance is a blend of a chill coffee shop, lounge, and boutique style restaurant. They have booth/ table seating or you sit at the bar. It's a little small in there, so not the best location for a huge group/ family outing, but just enough room to accommodate patrons. Brunch Experience: my bestie and I dropped in to enjoy brunch about 2 months ago and we had no expectation except the food better be good. I had found The Parlour on my tik tok feed and the food looked great. My bestie ordered the chicken Mac waffle and I got the MC Sami. Y'all! It was sooo good. The MC Sami pancake buns along with the eggs and met was soo yummy. It was sweet, savory and filling. Only con is the sausage was a little undercooked for my liking, but flavor was there. We washed our meals down with a Meximosa and cheers to a good brunch! -s/o to Angie at the register for her humor, hospitality, and service. Dinner/ happy hour: During my first visit the attendant Angie mentioned their happy hour and talked about the $5 smash burgers. As an LA native I know a good burger when I see and eat one and the Parlour lived up to the hype! My cousin and I dropped in yesterday and man that was one heck of a burger, and pretty stacked too! Cousin got the Big Mick which is like their version of a Big Mac. I got the Hot Karl which reminds me of the western bacon cheeseburger at Carl's Jr. The burgers were a good size, juicy with/ tons of flavor and the fries/ tots were tasty too. I got a side of the famous jalapeño ranch and fell in love. I got a Drink called the wild child that was decent a little on the bitter side but nice flavor from the blueberry and elderberry. Overall, this is the spot! Yes, I'll be back! Go on and give it a go!

Stopped by for breakfast today. The place was packed. We arrived around 1030. We ordered at the counter and waited for a table to be cleaned. We ended up waiting for over an hour and 20 minutes for our food. It looked like each order was cooked before the next one. Our coffee and hot chocolate came out more than an hour before the food arrived so we had to order more drinks when we got our food. I wanted the smoked salmon Sammy but they were out of salmon, so I opted for the lemon ricotta crepe and the Unicorn hot chocolate. My daughter ordered the Farmhouse. The food was good, just don't think I'd go again due to that long wait. Or if we did, we'd go at a different time to avoid the rush. Staff we encountered were all friendly. Place is small, they have a good sized menu. You have to pay for street parking at $3 an hour.

Comfortable seating, good fresh food and coffee is something I will certainly come back for- I had the lavender coffee. Timing on food will not come out like fast food ( there will be wait time .. we waited about 15-20mins ) because it's fresh and prepared with pride. Friendly staff and great vibe overall.

My friends and I had a fabulous brunch at The Parlour. The place is festively decorated for the holidays. We were greeted warmly by a male who took our order and answered our questions. You order and pay and they bring your food to your table. I ordered the "GURRL. THE AVOCADO TOAST" and I told him I think part of the reason I ordered it was to say the name and we laughed. The varied menu has lots of fun names. I loved the Avocado Toast and enjoyed it with a Chai Tea. The pickled onion greens and the bread really made it elevated. My friends all enjoyed what they ordered. It wasn't busy when we got there when they opened at 8:00am but within minutes it was a steady flow of people coming in and it got busy. They have good coffee, tea, and adult beverage choices. Love the upbeat vibe, my new fave place Downtown.

I was surprised to hear this location has been open for a year and a half... wtf where have I been?! Was happy to finally make my way in here since I was in the area.Parked in the parking lot behind it but they do have some street parking in front if you want and its available, too. The ambiance and vibe in here is so cool. They have an extensive menu, food and coffee, and if you want to stay to work, you totally can. Craig helped me out and was super nice and welcoming. He let me know that they had a celebration of life and that they were closing early, which was no biggy for me, I just wanted to grab coffee, some lunch and work for a little anyway. I ordered the salted caramel latte with oatmilk and then also ordered the avocado toast, which I very well think might be the best avocado toast I've ever had. The flavors were insane and it was SOOO good. The coffee was also so delicious. I ended up not finishing the coffee so I got a to-go cup as well. The internet here is pretty fast too and they have plugs everywhere, which is a solid plus. They'll be opening another location in Henderson and I'm sooo excited for it! Can't wait for that day, it's definitely going to be a popular brunch spot for sure.

The Thursday-Saturday burger nights are my favorite!! $5 for a delicious burger, $2 for fat curly wedge fries- it's a steal! Rodger has been the face of it all for the 6ish months that I've been going, and I've just recently met Chris, the cook who runs the show in the back of the house. They're a dynamic duo and make my night every time I go :,) 10/10, will keep going back lol
