Love this place. Has a large variety of noodle types and textures to choose from, as well as non-noodle alternatives like fried rice. Recently I tried their onion pancakes, which surprisingly did not taste too onion-y and were more like just tasty bread. Perfect for dipping into any noodle soup you order. The gyoza is also very tasty, but the bread is pretty thick... so I'd also recommend dipping it! Despite how busy the small restaurant was, the staff were very attentive and gave us refills without us needing to ask, or even realizing we needed one. If you're looking for a new place to try and you like ramen/pho, this is the perfect place!

Magic Noodles has some of the best Chinese freshly hand pulled noodles I have ever had. The restaurant is based in Las Vegas in the Southwest area. For as long as we have been visiting this side of town, we finally got to try this spot. Our family was in town for Thanksgiving break. We arrived for a Sunday dinner. It is located in a nice shopping plaza where parking was plentiful. Since the restaurant is in the smaller side, the wait was about 35-40 minutes for us to get seated. You can see through the large window in the kitchen the workers are hand pulling the fresh noodles infront of their chest constantly. We ordered onion pancakes and 4 soup noodles with hand pulled noodles in each soup. My pork ribs noodle soup was savory and delicious. The wifey's beef brisket noodle soup was just as flavorful as mine. We both agreed they hit the spot after a brisk evening. The onion pancakes were light, fluffy, and tasty. Our server was friendly and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our experience at the Magic Noodles despite the wait. Now that we are aware of this gem, we will be back.

I want to start off by saying I was a HUGE fan of The Magic Noodle and repped them HARD on my social media accounts. One thing about me and my community is that i am an honest foodie and I unfortunately have to update my review after my latest visit-- It was my little sister's 21st birthday weekend in Vegas and we stopped by on Saturday 2/8 . We arrived to this OG location about 15 minutes early before opening and we were surprised there was no one else waiting there like how our previous visits . Once the doors opened at 11am, we were greeted right away and told the host we were a party of 11 . We got sat about 5 minutes later and placed our orders and we were shocked the food came out pretty fast-- faster than usual, but we just assumed it was because we were the first ones in and to place our orders . Here's my food review:SPICY DUMPLINGS: I LOVE these dumplings the other times I've ordered, but these were EXTRA salty on this day . SPICY SZECHUAN BRISKET NOODLES: This was probably the best tasting soup dish that was ordered by 4 of us . Good flavor, nice spice, and perfect balance of savory .FISH SOUP NOODLES: My parents are pescatarians and were so excited to eat this, but after a few bites they stopped eating and i asked why... they said it was way too salty . I tasted the broth and holyyyyyy--- they were not exaggerating . MAGNOLIAN BEEF NOODLES, DAN DAN NOODLES, AND PORK BELLY/GREEN BEAN NOODLES: Why does the sauce taste the same in all of these dishes ? I've been here multiple times and they've never tasted exactly the same . The worst part was that they were ALL OVERLY SALTY; to the point where you can't even eat . SHRIMP CHOW MEIN: My daughters order, and the last dish to come to the table 20 minutes later after everyone had already stopped eating their dishes . This was the best dish that was ordered . The sauce was flavorful, fresh, and enjoyable . We also ordered the BEEF BURRITO which was still tasty and made fresh, but arrived after the main dishes . This is an appetizer and should've arrived with the spicy dumplings first . Here's my conclusion-- they've become so busy and unfortunately started prioritizing quantity over quality . All the times I've visited before it was a small group and the food was always amazing, but this last time i wanted to share the deliciousness with my family of 11 and it fell short . It seemed that they wanted us quickly in and out so they served us all the same leftover sauce from the night before for all the stir fry orders, and they had to remake a new sauce for the last shrimp chow mein order which tuned out better than the rest . Customer service was fine, but one thing i noticed was the rush to place the orders (we are a large group and most of us have never dined here before-- give us some time to look at the menu). They also should of made everything fresh --people don't mind waiting for high quality food . The only pro about this whole brunch was that the noodles were great and tasted fresh as always-- but without a good sauce... there's no meal . PRO TIPS:1. Don't be the first one at the door or you might get served leftover salty sauce from the night before.2. Don't come in a larger group.

Recently discovered this delicious noodle spot. Today was my 2nd visit and surprisingly no wait when we got there, however by the time we left, there was a wait list. 1-they make their noodles fresh, and you can taste the freshness, you can get them in 3 verities (hand pulled, knife cut, flat wide) 2-menu is small but has everything you need and more.. my Fev (spicy pork dumplings, cucumbers salad, Chinese burrito, onion pancakes, dan dan noodles, and beef brisket noodles,) 3-service is efficient and food arrives quickly4-it's a small hole in a wall spot so not many tables.. be prepared for a wait if arriving during busy hours.. worth the wait! 5-located at a large shopping center, so plenty of parking around6-prices are very reasonable.. another reason I will go back. I recommend over ordering, leftovers are just as delicious!

We were in town for a night and exhausted. Beef noodle soup sounded good after a long, cold day. We decided to grab some take out from this highly reviewed Yelp spot. Definitely worth the hype. I probably would give this place 5-stars if we ate it there. It was cool to see the guy pulling the noodles behind the glass. And the soup was still delicious despite having to travel 15 minutes back to hotel, but if we had it piping hot and the noodles fresh, I'm sure we'd have an over the top experience.Whatever the case, we're super happy with our decision to trust the Yelp community. This place is magic.Side note, we really liked the subtle flavors of the cucumbers. We've never seen a cucumber dish labeled "sweet and sour" cucumbers, but really it was just the typical pickled cucumbers with some rice wine vinegar and a hint of sugar. Super refreshing and complementary to the savory soup and salty shrimp fried rice.

Haven't been to the magic noodle in a minute and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their prices still are. The quality of the food has not declined either. Service was also amazing for an Asian restaurant; seemed like everyone that worked there was actually happy to be there. We got seated immediately on a Saturday at noon which was amazing, considering how long we waited for a table last time we were there. We got the cucumber for an appetizer and the flavor on that was really nice without being too overpowering. We shared the pork belly fried rice and the Szechuan spicy beef brisket noodles (hand cut). The saltiness of the fried rice complemented the spiciness of the beef noodles perfectly. It was a match made in heaven. We should've come back to this place much sooner. I have a feeling we'll be back much more often.

What's better than made man noodles in a warm delicious sauce on a chilly night? I'm not sure but this meal definitely hit the spot. We got there around 530pm on a Friday night so it wait wasn't too bad, that being said it's a small space so be prepared to wait if you have a large group or come at dinner rush. We started off with the Chinese burrito. I loved it! You've got tasty beef wrapped in scallion pancake with some kind of sauce and cucumber. Very light and I find refreshing for the palette. For my main course, I had the Dan Dan noodles and my partner had the Sichuan noodles (no sesame seeds on both). So so good! I can't wait to go back and try the brisket.

I'm not sure how this place has 4.5 stars!! We ordered the cucumber salad and the cucumbers were going bad, soft & the flavor was not good! The pork dumplings were hard and had bad flavorThe brisket soup: the meat was a bit sus & couldn't even bite into it. The broth flavor did not taste good so I had to put a ton of SrirachaMy kids did like the chicken chow mein and fried rice. I would NOT recommend this place if you want to have a good tasting meal
