The Limelight Kitchen

Let's TACO bout it! The limelight kitchen is currently a ghost kitchen operating out of Squeeze In. It's women owned which I absolutely love to see. Their menu features both vegan and non vegan options and puts a unique flair on tacos. I tried a few different dishes and can't say I had a complaint about any of them. My favorite taco ended up being the cauliflower one. I was super surprised this vegan option stole my heart, but the flavors were so amazing! My runner up was the shrimp taco which had a sweet and spicy kick. The cauliflower ceviche was definitely unique and not like anything I've seen before. It was seriously so delicious & healthy too!I will for sure be back to try more of the new menu items in the future! Bonus fact: you can rent out the entire space for private events which is perfect for a birthday party, bridal shower or even a small wedding party AND they offer catering as well.

We had a great time at the Limelight Kitchen! They went above and beyond to make my daughters 16th birthday the best it could be. Would definitely use venue again.

I loved the twisted nachos and the cauliflower ceviche. Portions were large and ingredients were fresh. Can't wait to try all of their items.delivery was fast.

I had the shrimp taco with the pineapple curry sauce , it was wonderful , campechano with 3 different meats , chorizo ,asada it had pico de gallo ,lettuce and a wonderful red beet sauce , and chicken tinga with ,mild chipotle adobo sauce , fresh cilantro ,avocado and avocado crema They have their Unique Taco Flavors Will order near future

New delivery spot in the Henderson area. Great tacos. Unique recipes. Seafood and meat options. Tons of flavor and crunch! Always great to support the local women owned business!

We had sooo much fun. My husband and all his friends loved the atmosphere. Amazing place and Talia was so kind and helpful. We will definitely return.

Seriously! The tacos were amazing! And the salsa?!?! Don't even get me started on tasty that was. We used Limelight to cater a banquet and got so many compliments on how delicious everything was! Will be using again for sure! Love to see amazing women killing it! Shout out Talia and Natalie. Those 2 are amazing!

I don't normally write reviews (just read them lol) but the pictures on IG drew me in. I tried their Hawaiian Tacos and Fried Churro pieces. The pineapple Chutney was awesome and I had never tried any type of beet sauce but it was bright pink and good haha!! Gonna try the shrimp tacos next time!

Threw my company Christmas party here and it was a hit! Not only was it affordable but the staff was wonderful and Talia the manager was soooo easy to work with. The food was quite yummy, my coworkers complimented it the whole night. I would definitely recommend this venue. We will be doing business again in the future!

To summarize, AMAZING! But we can't stop there because there is so much more. My husband and I are from out of country and had our wedding planned for in Vegas. We knew we didn't want a conventional wedding and started looking for reception venue options and eventually ended up emailing the Limelight Kitchen and working with Talia. We connected immediately and she made herself available for video calls to discuss our ideas and came up with a meal plan to cater our event in a very prompt manner. The Limelight kitchen has catered and rented their venue to a number of different events, but never a wedding. Talia knocked it out of the park!! She has so many people she's connected with, which allowed our event to be put together seamlessly - people who are just as like her - thorough, great at communicating, efficient and love what they do, and just solid people all around. She put us in touch with a DJ/photo booth company who set up at the event, and she coordinated the set up with them for us directly. Then the day before our event, our guest who was supposed to bring cupcakes and was driving in from another state got snowed in. I mentioned there might not be dessert to Talia, and what do you know - she's got amazing friends who own a cookie shop with the tastiest of treats. I gave them a call and they were able to make cookies in a very short timeframe. Once again, Talia volunteered to coordinate pick up of the cookies on our behalf. That is how service oriented this owner and her company are!Fast forward to the event itself. We didn't have any big decorations planned since we wanted a low key reception, and didn't want the hassle of set up/take down. When we arrived at the venue with our guests, we found out that Talia set up some decorations for us anyway, and did a beautiful job. We bonded in our calls about our love for animals so she was trying to think of creative ways to have our pets involved in our reception, and ended up exchanging photos without thinking much of it. She ended up having our pets photos printed and placed in frames. We mentioned doing his/hers themed drinks, and she came up with a spicy option for me, watermelon jalapeno margarita and a classic margarita for my husband. They were soo good!I can't even put into words how many things Talia went above and beyond in, because there were so many!! She's an extremely welcoming person, and made our celebration even more than we could have asked for. Natalie was helping Talia throughout our event as well, and they both made sure that our needs were being met and were so attentive to all of our guests needs as well.This is all before discussing the catering.. their food is to die for, and you can read over all the other reviews which will tell you the same thing! It was amazing, and I figured I didn't need to elaborate on that more since I agree on all the other 5 star comments on the flavor and quality. We had so many guests approaching us through the night saying they hadn't had as much fun at a wedding before, and I'm confident a big part of that is because of the atmosphere, service, food and overall experience put on by Talia and Natalie. We ended up getting a photo at the photo booth with the two to capture the most incredible night. These two ladies will make your next event the easiest thing to plan - I know we'll be stopping in next time we're in Vegas for a catch up and to enjoy their food once more!
