This newest addition to town square is magical every time. It's stunning interior always gets me. Staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and competent every time. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The table place setting is visually gorgeous when you sit down. I love the dim lit vibes. The cocktails we got were delicious. We love a dirty martini and they have blue cheese olives available. I tried the looking glass drink which is spirit forward thinking it would be similar. It's not sweet and packs a punch so if that's what your after! The complimentary bread is sooo dreamy. It's visually beautiful and the flaky croissant consistency is addicting. We loved the fresh pear and gorgonzola salad, steak tartare bites are a must and it's crazy but you must order the chicken tenders here. They're so tender and lightly breaded. They come with a ranch and buffalo sauce. We split the organic chicken a la raj for dinner and got a side of creamed spinach. Chicken was tender, lightly breaded and juicy. The flavor was very pesto and lemon which we loved. The creamed spinach was great. Very spinach forward and not extra creamy/soup like it is at other places. We loved everything we got! Prices are spendy but you absolutely get what you pay for. It was all worth it. Great date night or birthday spot! 10/10 Would recommend!

Our first timers here party of 4 to celebrate my girls bday that was visiting from out of town. We had reservations at 6:45 pm arrived at guest house @6:50 pm.We got seated @7:00 pm this place reminds me of a restaurant in a night club it's a vibe. The hospitality here is phenomenal the food the drinks is excellent. For appetizers we ordered the hamachi and the sauce was very flavorful it came with a coconut cream.Raw oysters came with a red wine sauce as well as horseradish the Caesar salad were also good they used baby romaine lettuce so you might have to cut them to smaller pieces. The flavors for all were very unique and it was good. Our server was Jorge he explained more than half of the menu to us to prior ordering to our entrees. The complimentary bread was good warm and very flaky. We asked for 1 more bread but wasn't aware that we were being charged for it so before ordering extras just make sure it will cost you. I wish we never ate too much carbs because when our entrees came out we were all so full. For the entrees we decided on the short ribs, pork chops the rigatoni and the butchers cut.All of the entrees were delicious. It certainly flavorful the ingredients and spices were very different. The pork chops were super thick but it was cooked perfect it want dry and it was juicy. The sides that came with this dish were asparagus. The short ribs were super soft the ribs i thought it wash mashed potatoes but I mir wasn't I wasn't sure if it was mashed potatoes because the textured reminded me of grits. The side. The rigatoni unfortunately did not come with any sides. It was okay.Ladies the restrooms bring ur camera and get ready to take mirror selfies. The lighting and ambience is everything. No baby changing diaper in the restrooms 3 stalls however no seat covers.Definitely coming back when they open for brunch.

I'll start with the once thing that's clear - this place is BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED! I absolutely loved the look. It feels luxurious but inviting. 10/10 when it comes to ambience. Unlike other reviews, we came in a few minutes before our reservation time and immediately received our table. Our server was knowledgeable, and cocktails nice and unique. One thing I disliked and they do it in some restaurants at the strip as well, they open a flat/sparkly water bottle for you without asking. We've asked for one, they opened three, one after the other. When the third one was opened without us asking, I told the server we don't need that, which he immediately responded in; "Oh I wont charge you for that". ...which means, if I wouldn't have said anything you would have charged for the third without even asking...? The chopped salad, pasta and charred beet salad were tasty. The cookies/ice cream dessert was incredible! Overall - good experience. We'd back again .

First Visit: A Dinner catch up session with girl buddies, party of 4, Friday night..and we had a blast. This is a gorgeous upscale restaurant with a vibe that makes you want to get dressed up to have a delicious dinner. The staff is sharply dressed and there's non-stop social media photo opportunities throughout. The music is at it's loudest decibel to where you don't have to raise your voice for conversation at the table.Peter was our lead server and he was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful with ordering dishes based on our family style dining for the night. The crew kept the cocktails and waters fresh throughout our visit.Cocktails:TransformationEspressoEvening Family Style Sustenance this visit. Everything was fantastic, some brief notes below.Bread for 4 - warm and yumCrab Cake - great starterPear Salad - Fresh fresh and put together wellBucatini + Black Truffles - This was my favorite dish. I definitely recommended adding the truffles. They were very generous with the portions and it was absolutely delicious.Spicy Rigatoni - This was my order for the table. I'll be ordering again on my next visit.Short Rib Salmonbrusselssweet cornWarm Toffee Butter cakeIMO, this is the perfect girl or guys night out pre-game dinner venue prior to heading out for a night on the town. All the patrons were dressed to the 9's and the vibe gets you ready for the long night. The GH also works for a date night dinner as long as both of you are cool with the upbeat vibe and music surrounding you. Cheer!

The restaurant we needed in town square!!!!!!!!Went the day after Valentine's Day, completely booked. Went anyway in hopes to find a spot at the bar & luckily we did! I love that their bar is a full wrap around area & has many seats!!! It's not like a regular strip bar you find in restaurants! Which we loved!! Service was AWESOME !At first it was A little slow which was understandable. The food, drinks, & service was slow but it picked up towards the middle of our time there. Free valet, beautiful ambiance, everyone in there is STUNNING, great music, & really good service.10/10 will be back!!!

We were here for dinner to celebrate Valentine's Day a few days earlier. Ambiance is stunning, sultry and lively. Live DJ mixing deep house tracks.I'm gonna say this now: this is a restaurant where you want to get dressed up because you'll be wanting to take pictures of everything. Of yourself, the food, the drinks, the interior, the front entrance, even the bathroom! More on that later...Reservations are highly encouraged and we were seated on time. You get one complimentary round of bread to start off with and holy moly....I'm not even a bread person but it was soooo damn good. Buttery goodness. A cost of $6 if you want a round two. We ordered the following:Tugley Woods: a cocktail presentation....or it's a "theatrical" as what Guest House would call it. Yes, it's $40 bucks but you get four shots so it's not that bad. What's bad is the drink! Well not bad...it's just STRONG!!! That tequila burned from throat all the way down to my stomach...oof!!! I'm just a lightweight. Our waitress said it's a margarita with guava and other flavors but it tasted like a straight up tequila shot!!!!!Crab Cake $36: it was perfect. Solid choice.Hamachi Crudo $29: I would totally order this as an entree. Refreshing and flavorful.Chicken a la raj $38: I personally wouldn't order this again. Don't get me wrong, it was delicious and portion was big enough to have leftovers the next day but to me, it was just breaded chicken breast. I would go for the spicy rigatoni next time. Butcher's Cut $58: prepared medium well and it was cooked perfectly. Loved how it came with broccolini. There's a small kick to the flavoring due to the black pepper. Meat was tender with each bite...not fatty at all. Wish we had room in our stomachs for dessert. But that dang Tugley Woods filled my stomach up with burning tequila. Oof!Now the women's bathroom. My waitress personally told me to "bring your phone with you" and damn....I could have had a full on photoshoot in here. Unfortunately, selfies were all I can do since I don't have female friends with me. It's a crime for a bathroom to be this beautiful because I didn't want to leave! I would like to extend my apologies in advance to all the men out there who's going to be waiting at the table while their significant other/friend/family members are having a 20+ min photo session in the bathroom lol!!!Yes, it's pricey so it won't be a restaurant I'll frequent often. Can't wait for the next special occasion so I can come back!

Guest House was a great experience. We had a 7:30 pm reservation and waited at the back bar until 8:10 pm since it was busy before Valentine's Day. The inside was nice, though the music was a bit loud in our section, which made it a little difficult to have a conversation with someone across the table. We ordered steak tartare, braised short rib, bucatini cacio e pepe, and sweet corn pudding. Everything was tasty, and we shared to try more. The bread was incredible, soft, flaky, and buttery. The braised short rib was super tender with a generous portion, and even the polenta was delicious. The sweet corn pudding was creamy with just the right balance of sweetness.Service was excellent, and our waitress was great. The dessert options looked good, but we were too full. Hopefully next time.

I've been to every top restaurant in Vegas and Steve is honestly the first owner I've met that goes above and beyond to protect his integrity, reputation, and work. Steve, George, Meghan, and the entire Guest House team were spectacular. The hospitality here was like no other and I was very happy with everything about this place. Great location as it's right in the middle of town square. Complimentary valet. The drinks were amazing and the food was outstanding. We had the crab cakes, tenders, bucatini, caesar salad and spicy rigatoni. The portions are a great size, we took a ton of food home. I initially left a bad review due to me simply catching them on an off night. Steve the owner, reached out to me personally and wanted to make things right, and I really appreciated that.As a local, I want to see anything Vegas succeed. I'm excited to see the success of this establishment. Thanks again.
