Spacious Suites [Las Vegas NV]The resort is a few miles from the Las Vegas Strip... away from the hustle and bustle. It is actually next door to South Point Hotel, Casino. This was our home for three nights. Upon registration it very much felt like a timeshare. When we got our room key we were instructed to see another employee to get a parking permit. Parking is free at the Grandview. Additionally, we were offered a free dinner at South Point if we would attend one of those 120-min sales presentations (and we know it's never just 2 hours). We weren't pressured though when we turned it down. Everything was in working order. The unit was clean with good security. After we enter the door to our room there are two more doors (Rooms A and B). We were in Room B on the 9th floor. Bed was a King and very comfortable... slept like a baby. Water pressure in the shower was great. No slow-draining sinks. We were out almost the entire day during our stay so we were just mostly there in the evenings. That's how we roll. Review #3712

EDIT: CHECK YOUR BEDSWE FOUND DRIED BLOOD IN THE PROCESS OF LEAVING DO NOT STAY HEREalso the first thing the manager said was "he would recommend a full refund". I'm ready to vomit. Ok. So first the parking lot to check in was a mess. My husband and I switched drivers so he could check in and we didn't have to wait in line to park. Then as he's checking in they're pushing for us to go to their timeshare presentation. I had a feeling this was going to happen when I found out where he booked our stay. Ok fine. Then we pull up to our building. The smoking area is right out front of the door so no escaping the gross cigarette smell.Get inside and the elevator area and hallways are awful. The carpet is far past when it should have been replaced, it's dark, unwelcoming, and dingy. So we get into our rental. Dated. Again. Carpet that needs to be replaced...like several years ago. The phone won't stop flashing so I unplugged it. The accordion doors are the wrong size, the drapes are stained, cabinets are put together poorly, lighting in the bedroom and bathroom is terrible, and the safe doesn't work. Fine. It's a few days.Come back after dinner and parking is atrocious. It's a 1/4 mile walk back to our building. That said . I hate it here and would prefer to go home.No I don't want to purchase a timeshare in your dingy old building. Gross. Also checkout is 10am. Wtf.

We love to stay here when we come to vegas! It's off the strip, but not too far of a drive if you want the excitement. It's across the street from a casino so if you want the casino experience it's a short walk. The units are generally clean and well maintained. When we checked in it appeared that someone had put out a cigarette in the bath tub, when I called for a cleaning they quickly responded. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils and flatware, and the Walmart is close by if anything is needed. It's much more spacious than a standard hotel room and if you have a small group, the living room is large enough to host.

First time staying off the strip in Vegas and was gifted a stay here. We only stayed for a long weekend, but enjoyed our time here. The pools are heated but all outdoors and it was a little chilly so we didn't use them. They have a number of buildings, we stayed in #4 Daisy, and everything went pretty smoothly. The rooms were nice, we had adjoining suites, each one had a king sized bed in the bedroom, a pull out sofa in the living area, a large tub outside of the bathroom, a shower, dual sinks, a kitchenette (virtually a full kitchen), and a washer/dryer . They really had everything you need! It's also conveniently located right next to South Point Casino, within a short walking distance. The casino itself is pretty well equipped including an arcade, a movie theater, a buffet, as well as other sit down restaurants.Overall we had a good stay, all the elevators in our building were working, never had to wait long for one. We had a very minor issue with my husband's key cards which kept not working, after 2 times getting them replaced the front desk staff said it might be something magnetic in his pocket (maybe phone or cards or something). Once he kept it away from everything else we didn't have any issues. It's a ways away from the fun and excitement of the strip but has plenty to offer.

My cousin had a resort here so we decided to stay here for Labor Day weekend. It's pretty cool here and the amenities. The rooms are huge and have two rooms A&B that are connected and can hold up to 8 persons. This is very good for families. They have a pizza/deli on the site that can deliver to room but they close around 9pm I believe. The gym is also nice with a lot of apparatus that I enjoyed working out. The rooms are spacious, modern, and have a stove and all you need to cook if you want. They have vending machines and a place to dump your trash. The parking to room buildings were convenient. The only downside is the keys get deactivated constantly, which was annoying. Plus the checkout out time is early in my opinion. It's 10am! Overall, I will be back here for sure to stay! -Marshay D.

So this is definitely our new favorite place to stay. In our top 5 places to stay now. Reasons why - SPACE!! There was lots of space for our family and that's really important for me. *we did have some maintenance issues, like only one dryer was working, some plugs weren't working. *We didn't have much pots or pans, but when we called in, they brought it to us right away, and they were brand new pots and pans. Those beds were the most comfortable beds. We've stayed into like we slept really good! The large soaking tubs were amazing and we all love them. we really enjoyed all the different pools to choose from our kids had so much fun. It was like 60° in the pool was still warm enough. The kiddie pool Jacuzzi was warmer than the main pool Jacuzzi. We went to the pool every day. We were there for six days. my teenagers, utilize the gym a lot we were too far from the small arcade, but if we were closer we would've went there probably maybe once or twice it's small but it's still good enough, especially if you have some little ones that need space to run around and play with their toys like even if they had a little ride on toy, it's so spacious in the arcade area especially for day if it's cold outside or something. we utilized the shuttle to Walmart on the second day, which was amazing. They took us gave us an hour to shop and brought us back.It runs I think between 8 - 11:30am in the morning. Southpoint right next door was perfect. We ate at the restaurants there. We went to the Starbucks there we gambled there we went to the movies. The bowling alley was nice. we cooked meals in the kitchen I mean, there was tiny little maintenance issues but nothing that would keep us from going back. We really liked staying there. It was pretty perfect for us and I am pretty picky and I have no complaints. I did see somebody that did have an issue with the room and they switched them right away like Customer Service is great. I hate the strip and u like to stay somewhere, where my teens can walk around safely and comfortable. I think this is a Greta place to stay with kids. We have 4 kids 9,10,16,17 and we have been traveling to Las Vegas since we got married there 18 years ago. And this is our 2nd favorite place to stay with our kids now. Wish we would have found this spot years ago. So we stayed in the 2 bedroom, building 4, Daisy building. I don't know anything about the other rooms or buildings.

We spent 14 nights at this timeshare as we have done on multiple occasions in the past and found little has changed. This year it was in the Sage building which is located within easy walking distance to the South Point Hotel & Casino. Noteworthy is the fact that our room was not serviced during the entire length of our stay though we were told at check-in that it would be completed on the ninth day. In order to obtain fresh towels and all other needed supplies, one must call housekeeping and someone will deliver them to either the room or immediately outside your door. We did have a couple of small issues with the room, but each was fixed shortly after a call was made to the front desk.

We booked here after our previous booking at a different timeshare cancelled at last minute. Glad the Grandview was able to accommodate us.We usually stay near the strip, so having this place away from the strip was surprisingly nice.According to my husband, check in was really easy.Room is nice and spacious. There's a tub and a shower, jack and Jill bathroom sinks, kitchette, TVs in the room as well as living area, sofa bed, and lots of storage for clothing. My son definitely made use of the tub. I love that the room comes with washer/dryer so that we can do laundry before heading home. Only thing is that the room did not have a broom and dust pan. We have a son that can get kind of messy, so we ended up going on a Target run to buy a broom and dust pan. Our room keys were finicky, sometimes it worked other times it didn't. I finally stopped working on day 4 so we had to get new ones.Otherwise the amenities in the room were more than we expected.Love that there is a an activity pool for kids. My son was at the pool everyday.Definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately this place is soured due to an uneducated security guard that tried to kick out my service dog.The security guard (female with accent) tried to say that I need to take my "paperwork" to the office for my dog. When I informed her that there's no such thing as paperwork or registration for service animals, she gave me an attitude and said that she knows there's paperwork because her "service dog" has some.... Who's going to tell her that asking for paperwork is not only illegal, but that she also fell for a scam if she went through a service to "register" her dog?She could have asked what services my dog provides, because I honestly love talking about it. I have central sleep apnea due to a brain injury sustained in Afghanistan. This use to make bedtime stressful, especially after my CPAP shifted and failed once. That was until a couple of years ago when my dog saved my life by waking me up. We trained her around that, and now she knows to try to wake me or move me if I stop breathing in my sleep.Service animals are a beautiful gift that allow people to live full lives. Please educate your staff on ADA laws.

Jasmine tower (#8)All the amenities that you need... Full kitchen and all the appliances and dishes. BUT not the cleanest. The floors were so dirty that my socks were black by the time I was done unpacking. We took Lysol wipes with us as we always do when we travel so there was no point in complaining about the cleanliness as I was going to clean the whole hotel room anyway. Also, I wouldn't recommend using the pullout bed. It is sooo uncomfortable. I asked for extra comforters to add more cushion, and they send me 1! Just one thin comforter. We stayed Friday - Monday and didn't get room service once. Be sure to ask for the room service to at least take out your trash. There aren't any dumpsters accessible so you can't take it out yourself. But overall, it was ok. It is a type of hotel room that you want to stay at if you're staying for a few days. It's like a mini apartment. BUT they definitely don't make an effort to clean in between guests. On our way out, I was piling up all the dirty sheets as a courtesy for the cleaning crew. When I pulled the last sheet off, I found a hair tie that did not belong to any one of us. Guessing they didn't change the sheets before us either. I was so grossed out. I should've just washed everything before using it as well.I guess cleanliness is not an expectation to have at this location.Last, but not least, the key cards kept failing on us. Had to go to guest service twice to get all three cards reactivated. We even kept them away from our phones and credit cards, as advised by them. But they still continue to stop working. Our neighbors across the hall kept having the same issue. We ran into each other a lot trying to get into our rooms.Definitely not gonna be my first choice when I go back to Vegas
