The Filament

Friendly staff, reasonably priced booze and a fun atmosphere for a football game. Nothing extravagant, but it's nice in here. I'm not sure you can ask for much more.The atmosphere is also pretty good. It seemed to always very close to capacity and the crowd was really fun.

The Filament is another casino bar. It's in the Fremont Casino. The casino is pretty average but this is a reason to come back. Friendly bartenders. More importantly the drinks are good and cheap. Fremont Casino is pretty beat up but there's a great bar. It seriously is one of the cheapest casino bars in town. The drinks aren't like they're anything artistic, but you could say the same thing about many other casino bars that charge you an arm and a leg for an underpoured vodka or whiskey. It has $3 beers. It also has $5 shots. They also give you a full pour and don't fuck with you. Everyone mentions the friendly bartenders. It's true, each has been very friendly and professional. They can make anyone have a good day, and they make some good drinks too. Even if you don't gamble, just go to this bar. It's rare finding both friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. You'll find both if you come here.

Amazing bartending team....friendly and attentive. For a Downtown Casino prices are fair, but we keep coming back because the team is Awesome! When on Fremont Street stop in and say hey to Manny, Tyler, and Cash....you'll be glad you did. Oh and the video poker machines pay well. Win, win, win!!!

Place is always on point with their service. Brian, Drago, and Mani always know how to take care of their customers. You will NEVER find yourself thirty at this establishment.

I left the very first review on yelp for this place. We always really liked it. Right before Thanksgiving 2020 we took a Vegas trip. The first night we got there we went to the Lanai to get something to eat. But before we did that we stopped and got a few beers at the bar in the center of the casino. When we got done eating we went over to the Filament with our drinks three-quarters of the Way Gone. The tall bartender at the Filament came over and told us we cannot sit there if we did not get drinks from the Filament. Not one person is sitting in our area. I told him that we would be ordering drinks as soon as we finish these. He basically told us to scram. Great customer skills. What a dick. We went down to East Fremont and dropped a couple hundred dollars and because he was an idiot he missed out. Unfortunately so did the Filament. I've seen them treat customers this way several times but never us. I know people Wander over there I'll try to get cheap drinks in another place and hang out there. That is not what we do. There's just too many cool places down on Fremont to go to put up with this crap!

I literally only come to Vegas to come to The Filament. Drago, Brian and Emanuel are the best bartenders in Vegas! They make the best drinks and are friendly and engaging. Honestly, wouldn't come to Vegas if it weren't for the three bartenders!

Just have to mention this bar and the 3 amazing bartenders who work there in the evening into late night, Manny, Drago and Brian Stern. These 3 guys are professional, friendly and make my nights so fun. The drinks are a great value, and very tasty. I go in quite often and can tell these guys whatever type of alcohol I'm drinking for the night, (rum, vodka or whiskey) and they never disappoint me in what they create and serve me. Being a local I look forward to being appreciated as a customer to a "tourist spot" and still being treated as good or better than the tourists. I love the "cheers" feel and being known and talked to by name. I throughly look forward to getting to go see "my guys" as often as I can. Drago & Brian are the best bartenders ever on all of Fremont Street. I come to Vegas 4x a year and they are kind, funny, entertaining, and make the best drinks. I go out of my way to come visit them every time I'm here.
