Man! Whoever said vegan food couldn't be good obviously haven't tried The Edible Bunch. I discovered this place at the Vegan Food Market and omg! That crab cake sandwich is something else. It was so fresh and had that seafood taste that made you believe it was real crab. It is imperative that I go back for more. The staff at the booth were so amazing and friendly. Loved their energy and positivity! Another review coming soon .

I was able to try out this delicious vegan food at a Winter Wellness Event. I tried the tacos which had garbanzo beans and a mango salsa. They were rolled like taquitos and the salsa on top paired beautifully. You might need a fork to really enjoy all of the flavors at once. I got this plate on my way out and really should have ordered a 2nd one because my husband ate half when I got home! I am excited to try more of the menu! Yum.

I had never heard of this place before attending a Black History Month event and they had a stand there selling sandwiches and burritos. All of their food is vegetarian or vegan and I tried the curry burrito. It was so delicious and well worth the wait. The service was great as well, the two men running the stand at this event were super friendly and made sure I received my order. I would love to try more of their menu items in the future!
