Great prices and sales! Great options on product! Senior day is amazing discounts and great music. I love the option to place order and pick up.... Clarissa is one of our favorite bud-tenders as she is ALWAYS pleasant, happy, upbeat and professional. (Love those finger nails) Clarissa and the pick up crew always make my visit to this location a TAYLORMADE EXPERIENCE!!!!

This is the 1st time coming into a place like this. My Daughter has a medical card and she was in town visiting... she wanted me to go with her since she isn't familiar with the area.This place is super organized, clean, and safe inside. I'm must say.... It was pretty packed inside and I must say... interesting on all the things you can purchase.Service was excellent.

Place is out of hand. I've been threatened over the phone and when I went in and asked for a manager they didn't seem to care. Prices are going insane and product is getting less. Like there stizzy infused pre rolls have lost half the size. Yet you go to Cali and they are much bigger. And the prices are way up . When you ask them about it they play dumb I offered to show them pictures they don't wanna hear it

I have been many many times and I have yet to come across someone having a bad day or the service being less than great! I love a good deal and they have a deal on their selection has never failed me. Along that a wide selection, they never fail to have high grade product for a awesome value.

Background: I'm a longtime big-time marijuana smoker. I have a medical marijuana card. I smoke a lot of weed, mostly for the hell of it. The Dispensary, located conveniently near my old apartment, is the first place I check when I'm shopping for medical marijuana. They've always got great stuff. Years of buying from here, never been disappointed. Flower is always fresher than other local dispensaries.As a type 1 diabetic, I appreciate the zero sugar medical marijuana drinks. Mango pineapple is a delicious flavor. Be sure to watch for sales. They will often have very budget friendly deals.The staff here is genuinely friendly and I look forward to saying hello each visit. They've always been helpful. They let you go in the medical line if you bring your card with you, allowing you to cut the line in front of the tourists.Come to The Dispensary on Gibson! I've been going to The Dispensary on Gibson for as long as they have been open! They always treat me right and help me select the product best for my medical issues! I trust all of the employees. I cannot say enough about the customer service and product knowledge of the budtenders. If u ever have a problem, which I have only ever had one and they handled it immediately ! Thx guys and may it be another fruitful year!!

They downgraded the rewards program and are increasing prices on some edibles, enough for me to look for other dispensary.So far, Cookies on Flamingo looks good.

RIP OFF! They STOLE $400 from me. After 6 years and $1000s, I contacted customer service with a question. i was told to call back when the manager was there.I called the next day and was told that the manager would call me back. Nothing. This happened three days in a row. The third time I was told I'd get a call back in an hour.. I waited 6 hour. THEY BLOCKED ME rather than answer the phone and tell me that. They will not give me the free ounce. I spent $5000 at the Dispensary and was saving up over to get. The first time I called, I was told by a clerk that they take these complaints on a case by case basisl. But this manager did not even have the courtesy to talk to me and answer my question. Now I'm blocked forever. HOPE DISPENSARY MANAGEMENT SEES THIS AND DOES SOMETHIN. I'm gonna contact higher management too. The customer should be treated with respect, especially someone who's dropped over $10 grand at their store.. I don't have a car and they know that so they took advantage. What the fuck is wrong iwith workers today?

This place used to have the best rewards program in the Valley! There greed for money ruined it. Lost a very loyal customer.
