On 1/25/25 at approximately 16:42 a salesperson by the name of Mark ignored 3 separate NO SOLICITING signs and chose to knock on my door attempting to sell meat. I have those signs for a reason and they are not meant as suggestion. Plus the fact that I will buy absolutely ZERO from a door to door solicitor. The neighborhood that these individuals were in is Gated with a code and the entire subdivision is private property within the city of North Las Vegas and no soliciting is allowed. The ring footage from this event as well as cell phone photos, vehicle, plate and physical description of the Male salesmen and Female driver have been forwarded to the North Las Vegas Police Department. I will be persuing that they take action to the below violations that I have included.Per the City of North Las Vegas Municipal Code:5.48.160 - Calling at residence posted "no peddlers."It is unlawful for any solicitor or canvasser selling or pretending to sell, or offering for sale, or demonstrating goods, wares, or merchandise of any kind or character, or any article, material or substance, to ring the bell, or knock on the door of any residence, dwelling flat, or apartment whereon a sign bearing the words "no peddlers," or other words of similar import is painted or affixed or exposed to public view, or to attempt to gain admittance thereto; provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to any solicitor or canvasser who knocks at any door or rings any bell at the invitation or with the consent of some member of the household at which he so applies for admission.5.48.170 - Violation--Penalty.Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine less than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment in the city jail not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

These guys showed up to my house with the same excuse others are saying in the reviews; that a customer canceled down the street. We regularly go to the butcher block and featherblade which are both fantastic so decided to give these guys a try... mistake, the meat is not of good quality period. I'd prefer to buy steaks from a grociery store if givent he options. The point is, this company as highlighted in so many reviews below pretext the entire sale with a lie, that a customer canceled downt he street. You can't trust this company and it should probably be investigated for unethical business practices.

Came to our business soliciting "a canceled order from down the street", as many other reviews stated. Was quickly informed that these guys sell stolen goods. How have they not been reported yet?

Yep total scam. Wish I saw the reviews first.Sold me frozen steaks off the truck as filet. Turned out to be tough sirloin that was marginal at best.Said they didn't know the weight but I weighed it at home it was 5lbs and I paid $100. So $20/lb for cheap steak. My first and last time ever buying like this. This outfit touts "veteran owned" but they are nothing but a black stain on the uniform.

If you sell beef door-to-door, you must follow additional regulations. You must keep all meat in a refrigerated vehicle that does not allow the temperature to rise above 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The Federal Trade Commission's "Cooling Off" rule also applies to all in-home sales over $25. Customers may cancel the sale within three days. You must inform the customer of the right to cancel and provide two copies of the cancellation form prior to finalizing the sale.

Aggressively and repeatedly ringing my doorbell and beating on the door trying to get me to purchase their product out of the back of a van. Too incompetent to read the NO SOLICITATION signs on gate as they entered. Reading other reviews, this makes sense. A business can sell any product they want if approached. If you sell a GOOD product, people will find YOU, as opposed to trying to beat down a random door at 1pm. Scummy business behavior.
