Let me tell you ... I love this place as an afterhours. I can come after work and relax ... have a few drinks ... staff is diligent and amazing .. even when it's packed and busy they still get to you in a timely manner .. the vibe is always up .. Dj Jt and Dj Bossy Lee are dope and play all the good music. There's another dj but I forgot his name but I didn't NOT want to mention him because of my lack of memory lol ... I recommend the bbq chicken wings. Soooo good ... Keva ... Shawnie and Honey B ... are cute .. efficient "star tenders" they always get it right NOW THE REASON I AM DOING THIS REVIEW....People were being irate and security had it wrapped up in 30 seconds if that. They were WELL ORGANIZED .... PROMPT and it seem like they have a perfect system. They moved EFFORTLESSLY without incident.... It's always a 50/50 when attending an urban establishment but I felt SUPER safe .... I believe I got their names lol "Twin" "Kimbo" "Grizz" "Trey" "Bj" "Greedy" ThankYou for an amazing and safe time. My friend enjoyed her birthday

Came during happy hour so the prices were fantastic. The music is easily a 5/5 during my stay with rnb being the vibe of the night. The lighting is nice and darkened out making for a relaxing time out. The hookah flavors are extensive and the server was quick to ask us for anything we needed during our visit. Definitely coming back to check out the poetry night!EDIT: Owner personally callikg in to ask about how to make out stay better made our day!!! Fantastic customer satisfaction for it.

Bro never again i'm never coming back to this club. I'm a public figure I paid $1500 not including 200 on the bottles our service was messed up. The owner was really rude and disrespectful to me not on top of that. I paid for a 12 person table and I tried to bring two more people at 6 AM and I was only eligible to bring the six people I came with when I paid 1500 for 12 lpeople yeah

I hate to rate this place this low but because of what happened you will understand why.Food/Drink: 2/10 The price you pay for the quality that you receive does not match up. The price of two glasses of wine and water is too much outside of happy hour.Service: 3/10 When we came in a poetry night was going on which was really cool. Someone was performing when we walked in. To our surprise No ones greets you as you walk in so we had to find seats ourselves. The only table we found was not wiped off or cleaned which is okay because I would assume that the server would see it and then wipe off the table. But it never got cleaned. Which is a red flag for me. The server came by and asked us to scan the QR code to see the menu. I do like QR code menus to make things simple. We ordered 1 glass of red wine and some bottled of water. Now, we did this to taste the quality as when you order things you start off with a starter and order more if you like what you taste. When our server came she brought the bottled water and the glass of wine. We tasted the wine and it didn't taste as high quality as we wanted. So we decided not to order anymore as we assumed that the rest of the items in the menu wouldn't be as good as we expected. Then the person that was hosting the night just said as because they were doing a poetry night that we as customers should support and order from the menu, which makes sense. So we thought we were good as we did order some items. We enjoyed the poetry that happened and then saw more and more people coming in and since we ordered just the two items we rushed to drink our items and asked our server if we could check out. She said since we got the only two items she had to charge $10 minimum for each of our seats or we could order more items to meet a minimum which we were unaware of. We asked if she could give us a moment to decide. We were thrown off by this as we wished she would have told us at the beginning. Also, the fact we didn't like the wine we weren't expecting to order more. So my partner ordered another wine and I just paid the additional $10 for my seat. If the wine was good I would have definitely ordered a lot of it gladly but the fact it wasn't good made the whole experience not good. Now we could have ordered food but we didn't want to order as we just ate so didn't make sense to order food. I just wish the server could have accommodated us but she said she couldn't which was disappointing. Ambiance: 3/10 Ive been to many hookah lounges and by far because of the dirty table that was never cleaned and it being the smokiest one I've been to, we didn't enjoy the ambiance as much as we wanted. If you look at the attached photo you can see the table. Now the poetry was a 10/10 and We enjoyed the poetry/open mic, just wish someone told us what we were getting into when we arrived.Overall 3/10: Now, I really don't like rating places this low of a review but because of everything that happened I just felt like the establishment was against us. All I ask for is to be upfront about any minimums and also the 20% service charge totally took us by surprise. Now it could have been listed somewhere but we might have just missed it.

My first time ever doing Hookah and I'm honestly so glad we choose Art House. There are so many flavors and it was a little overwhelming but ima find my favorite soon. The atmosphere was relaxing, music was hella on point. You know when you go to places and they play a few songs you know and then switch up the vibe? Like one minute you're singing along to you're fav song then the next they play something completely different genre? Never an issue here, the vibe was consistent and I love a place I can sing every song. And shoutout to Monty! She's the greatest, super helpful, and she didn't judge my coughs. I appreciate her honest opinions on flavors & I really can't wait to try her fav flavors next visit. I would be lying if I said she didn't make me wanna come back single handily. Five stars and I will be back.

My boyfriend and I were already out having drinks when we decided we wanted to go to a hookah lounge, I haven't done hookah in years. We came on Saturday July 30th, 2022, We wanted to find a fun safe place to smoke with good energy. We started to look some up and most either opened super late or didn't serve alcohol, then we found this place The Art a house, it's in a little shopping center off Sahara next to the Infiniti dealership. We parked and walked In and we're immediately greeted by this nice man he stated that we could sit anywhere.My boyfriend and I decided to sit on the soloed with the pool table and fish tank, there were some people already there smoking and playing pool, the guy gave some amazing suggestions for flavors, we ended up going with the gummy bear with a hint of mint and it was so good! We ordered some captains and cokes and a basket of fries, it was a fun relaxing experience everyone was super friendly and the vibe was just right.The hookahs last a great amount of time and they keep your coals going which is awesome because most places with charge you for more, we played some pool and had a great time the place is clean an like I said customer service was amazing! We will definitely be back.

Was $128 to get in money goes to the table so drinks food hookah the service did take a while unfortunately they only had 1 person for this section. They was quick to make sure the we got service and apologize for any wait. Music was everything. I'm here for it.

Completely unprofessional experience. I went here for a friend's birthday and while I'm glad she enjoyed her experience, I did not enjoy mine. The main problem is the service. I ordered a glass of wine and basically had to hold the waitresses hand to help her figure out what I was talking about. I'm not too keen on eating/drinking from establishments where staff doesn't know what is on the menu. We also ordered a white gummy mint hookah that tasted like a whole lot of nothing. There were 5 people smoking from that hookah and, without prompting, we all declared this hookah tasted like nothing. Given that we paid for flavor, not smoke, I grab the waitress with the blonde wig and tell her of the problem we are facing. She decides to taste the hookah, says she can taste it and walks away. For obvious reasons, we weren't satisfied (I don't really give a darn about what you taste when you're not the paying patron), but I wanted to one more opinion before bringing it up again. So I had ANOTHER person in our group from another table, who wasn't aware of our dissatisfaction with the hookah try it. And guess what? They said it didn't taste like anything either. So I go to the waitress again and assert that we, the customers, cannot taste the hookah. She was incredibly dismissive and after a bit of back and forth she said, and I quote "you can either pay for a refill or deal with it." Additionally, after the bill posts (and I said post not pending) on my friends card it turns out they charged her twice! Needless to say we will not be back. Especially since judging from the owners response to several legitimate complaints on yelp it appears that unprofessional behavior is a qualifier for this job.
