I was excited for my first visit to Texas Roadhouse. I only heard good things about the place. It was my nephews birthday so decided go there plus none of us been before.I like the vibe from minute walk in got high energy vibe, lots of fun party atmosphere, and got personality. Between the fact set times throughout the night whole staff sings and lines up does dance moves. Or if birthday brings out mini Trojan horse with real saddle sit on plus get wear cowboy hat and staff sings happy birthday. If that not personality. The menu is pretty big. Since my first time really had no idea direction wanted go. I ended up settling on the smothered chicken and sides went with chili and mash potato. The chili was da bomb. I could have whole bowl for meal be happy. The smothered chicken portion size huge all dishes we all got. The chicken perfect nice moist well seasoned and the gravy on top awesome. The BREAD comes with meal. Always had Olive Garden most addicting need make point not overload bed or meal. It honey plus sugar in them. So addicting. Overall great spot! Just wish had one closer to my side of town. Service was five stars no doubt.

I don't know what happened to Texas Roadhouse, but after this experience, I will never return. My family and I went there on 2/4/25 at around 5:40 p.m. and were absolutely ignored. While everyone around us was getting service, we were completely forgotten about. We walked in and immediately saw multiple staff members talking with each other and doing their jobs, so I know they weren't understaffed. We were seated and sat there for about 28 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us, and by that time, people who were seated after us were already getting their drink orders, drinks, and having their entree orders taken while we were still sitting there with NO service whatsoever.I get that sometimes places get busy, but this was beyond ridiculous. There were servers walking past us, serving everyone else except us. Not once did anyone stop by to ask us what we wanted to drink, let alone take our order. It was as if we didn't even exist. We were so upset, we ended up walking out, completely fed up with being ignored. We considered flagging someone down, but honestly, we were worried if they got annoyed they'd take it out on our food.I've been to Texas Roadhouse many times in the past, and I never had an issue until now. This experience really left a bad taste in my mouth, especially because I can't help but feel like the service we received was racially motivated as we're Mexican while everyone around us getting service was not. I've never been treated this way at any other restaurant before. Hispanics/Latinos, beware! I will not be returning to this place again.

Tonight the catfish looked as if it was dropped on the floor and put in the box. The loaded sweet potato...the picture speaks for itself.My order was supposed to be ready at 7:30, I ended up getting it at 8pm becz they were, what I thought replacing the nasty fish but only one piece was replaced. After waiting an extra 30 mins. Now becz I had to wait for one piece of fish...the other food got cold and the fries were soggy. Tonight was not a pleasant experience. I'd prefer a full refund but I'm sure that will not happen. Time to give them a rest.

Inconsistency in execution of steaks. Medium rare became more medium. For a steakhouse that prides itself on steaks fairly unacceptable. I know they'll replace for us but we feel it's wasteful to do so. Please work on this. Meats continue to cook while it's resting! 4/7 steaks we ordered were overcooked. Of the three that weren't one was the prime rib another was a bone in ribeye. Seasoning on the steak was otherwise ok. All the servers we interacted with were nice. Front staff had a guy that was fairly rude though.

They are now at strike three, three of the four of us got food poisoning last Saturday. Sent back the ribs they tasted like over boiled ribs charred on the grill. Ceaser salad had two croutons. Service was fine food not so much.

This is the second time I have come here and I was disappointed again. The service was great and everything but the food is just so bland to me. I've gotten their filet medallions and there is no flavor. The blooming onion we tried and the sauce tastes weird, I'd rather get that from Outback. My sister got their ribeye and it was mostly all fat. I do like how big the restaurant is and how much seating they have but the food is just not good to me. Of course the bread is always the best part when I come here.

We went here this past saturday night, and boy, was this place hopping! My MIL's husband saw someone he knew, from work, a fellow school bus driver, on the way in, and on the way out, my MIL, saw a former Principal at her school of employment. There was also Homecoming diners too.Taylor was our server- she was great, always smiling, attentive, checked on us a several times, and very nice (no issues, no complaints). The preferred way to check out is using the Ziosk. With a bunch of gift cards, it was a bit cumbersome. But hey, we got through it.Rolls please! We got a second round. (And we took some to go to!) Appetizer: blossom, yum! We all got an entree, three of us got the chicken fried chicken, $16.99, comes with two sides, the side salad is huge, comes with two containers of dressing. I got the seasoned rice, MMM. Two choices if gravy. We all got drinks, so the final tab was around $125. We were celebrating our son's birthday. This is a very good restaurant, large portions, the rolls are the bomb, I had to stop myself at 1.5. I think I had too much of the blossom, love the sauce, too. All three of us who got the chicken fried chicken, took half of it home (we made sliders using the rolls, toasted). Hubby took have of his mashed potatoes home. The boy took his mashed potatoes home too. I took my seasoned rice home too. When we know we're coming here, we look forward to it!

My first time at this location. We walked right in with no wait. That never happens. We must have been right in between the rush though because when we walked out there was standing room only and lots of people waiting outside.The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were pretty clean and well taken care of. Our waiter was sweet and tentative. We got our drinks promptly. The sweet tea was made to perfection. After ordering, we got our meals pretty quickly. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The rolls were hot and fresh and delicious as ever. We enjoyed dining here. Will definitely be back when in the area.

It was me and my fiancé's first time trying Texas Roadhouse today. We joined the waitlist on the app, it was a very easy process. The wait was fast. The food was so delicious, that we walked out full and asking each other who wants to drive home . Our server was amazing. She stayed on top of it . Every time we needed more drinks, here she comes with another cup full, we didn't even have to ask. The ambience was very calm. Lots of people enjoying their experience. Live entertainment from the crew members, delicious food, Sports on Tv, and alcohol? Hands down, the best restaurant we've ever tried .
