Terrible Herbst

I was over by this location yest. am as the post office is right behind it. My car was dirty after some rain awhile ago & there was no line for their car wash. When it was previously owned by a diff. company there was always a line for a wash & there would be a guy scrubbing your car down before entering. Not sure if this still happens a little later in the day? I was here around 8am. No line. There was a car inside the car wash & the self pay machine won't let you pay for your wash until the car inside gets to a certain place in the car wash. I like how its touch free & there is a recorded voice that tells you what they're spraying on your car as the machines do their thing.The blower runs for about a minute. I like to drive my car forward & back up to help get it dried better....lol Prob can't do that if there is someone else in there. They have a cute little vacuum area that I didn't venture to. This car wash only takes CC so my guess is the vacuum does too. Prob not like the good old days when you'd put some quarter's in there to get power. I did stop in here a long time ago when I needed air in one of my tires & that is when I learned there is new management & maybe even had their name changed. No air machine @ that time but I did see one when I was driving out of their parking lot. Staff was friendly when I was last in here.

My brother-in-law left his fannypack and wallet in the mens' room in the convenience store. About an hour later, he was called by Ed at the register to let him know he had the pack with his wallet (which is how he was able to get his number). My brother-in-law was already in Barstow on his way home to California. He called me to go to retrieve the wallet for him. When I got there, a different cashier was working - Ed had already gone for the day. But the new cashier had the wallet behind the counter with my name on it. When I got it back to my brother -in-law, he let me know that ALL of the cash, credit cards, and other papers were still in the wallet.With a California address in the wallet, Ed had to know that my brother-in-law was not a regular and he would probably never see him again. He went out of his way to do the right thing. And that merits a 5 star review.

Terrible's at St. roseNever have I ever left a negative review or a one star because I can't post without a star. I don't know how long it's been but every time I come here it's closed after 10 PM doors are locked no one in site the music is on loud. I don't get it. There are no signs posted indicating that the establishment is closed for any period of time after 10 PM. I ask, why staff the facility and why pay them to be there to waste time and money. I purchased a car wash from a gentleman earlier today at 8:25 PM. I have the receipt I can post it along with time and date stamps as well. I went to the car wash, the car wash is out of service.Up sell a car wash to out of service equipment. (He did not, I'm being...)What bothers me, is my car wash code expires on 1/16/2022. In Just an Hour or so. I don't know... I know Terrible's has a much better reputation than this and I have been in living in Las Vegas for 30 years @, this year.Unfortunately, I am not sure what's going on with constantly being closed. I've watched 12 people try to pull on the door since I have typed since message. The door says hiring all locations. Fine, hire me! I am Operations Management capable. I definitely would never lock the doors every time I'm here.COVID, I get it. I am a respiratory therapist at the trauma center here in Las Vegas.Please keep us informed. Thank You! Giving 3 stars because the employees are nice and the store is decent. The car wash used to be good but its garbage now. It's not like I go off roading, but this wash can't clean regular dirt from commuting. See pics.

We stopped here on our way out of Vegas and were greeted with a Super clean restroom, large selection of drinks for the road, and a friendly staff member. Terribles was the opposite of terrible indeed.PROS: clean restrooms, good selection of itemsCONS: you need to ask for the restroom key. Also the water temperature of the sink was boiling hot--hope they can adjust it so you don't burn your handsBOTTOM LINE: nice, clean stop for supplies and drinks on you way into or out of Vegas

False advertising. Advertising a lower price than what they are actually charging on the pump. I think it is wrong that they advertise a cheaper price for passers by o. The street and charge a higher rate at the pump.

In need of propane, this Terrible location was close and had propane in stock. The cashier, at least on the receipt, say CEF. This cashier was male with glasses and big hair. I would rate customer service from this gentleman a 0/10. Rude with an attitude. It was a short transaction but attitude the whole time! Management needs to seriously address this employee!!!

Don't come here!! I came here to get a car wash, but the wash wouldn't start. So, I went inside and explained to the employee that my car was in the wash and that it wouldn't start. He immediately started yelling at me saying "I DONT CONTROL THE WASH WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME" I don't know why he was so angry, but it was terrible. Thankfully his manager resolved the issue for me, but I hope that cashier gets fired.

Terrible service! Cashier is so rude. I was trying to put gas but the machine wasn't working. It instructed me to go in and pay inside. When I tried ti pay, the cashier lady scolded me and told me that I could pay on the machine but I told her it won't let me. She got annoyed. If I weren't in a hurry, I would got o a different gas station- and there are 4 other gas stations on that street! Won't be going to this one again.

i always like coming here! The amount of food to choose from is great! It's a huge place to go. Nice people, clean bathroom!
