Overall: 4.5/5. We were in the mood for a quick snack and found this spot. This restaurant is located in the Seoul Plaza parking lot across from Curry Zen. Parking is usually a little tight and small in this area, but we went around 2pm so it wasn't as busy. We ordered the Taiwanese popcorn chicken, cucumber salad, and scallion pancakes. All were VERY delicious and seasoned perfectly. The chicken and pancakes were crispy and flavorful. Waiting for food took a little longer than expected but it seems like only 2-3 total people were working in the restaurant. Other than that, our waiter was friendly and attentive. It's was a cute, cozy place to go to on a cold day. Lots of soup and noodle options! Wouldn't mind trying some of those items next time.

Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle took over the Big Wong's location when they closed down. Located in the tiny shopping center with Raku, Monta Ramen, and Chamon, parking can be a slight challenge. We've been twice and their "hot pot" is a different take when you don't want the AYCE-style. You have the option where they will cook everything for you or you can do it yourself. We opt for doing it ourselves as that's part of the experience.* A1 Original Rice Noodles in Pork Bone Soup $15.99* A4 Tomato Soup with Rice Noodles $15.99* F15 Steamed Chicken with Chili Sauce $5.99* Spicy Pig Ears Cold $6.99The soup arrives in a separate pot and you add all your meats, veggies, noodles, etc. right away to the broth. There is no mechanism keeping the soup hot like typical hot pot places, so it's important you get the proteins and everything in early. What can be confusing is that all the toppings included are not listed anywhere in the menu, so you don't know what you're getting. For example, we had one friend who is allergic to shrimp and was surprised to see the shrimp on her platter, same with the tofu pieces. As we don't have any food allergies or restrictions, it's not a concern for us. We found both the pork bone soup and tomato soup was enjoyable, and we ordered them again on our second visit. The pig ears were nice as well, and the steamed chicken was good too. Their specialty is "crossing the bridge noodles" and there's a whole story behind them. It's considered one of the best known dishes of the Yunnan province. I'm not an expert on it, but it's quite fascinating and explains the artwork on the wall. This restaurant is family-run, so there aren't many employees and may require some patience if it starts to fill up.

Update from my irate review to 4 Stars as they corrected the ridiculous tip issue. Noodle soups were good - more gimmicky as other noodle places just add everything in for you, but good nonetheless. My son didn't like dry noodle coz too much sesame oil. Other son order beef brisket rice and he finished. Everyone else got the rice noodle. The $5 I got back was perfectly presented itself to a better cause - a homeless young adult (born with spine defect) spotted on Flamingo road off the strip.I'm a person of principles. Some (like hubby) might argue that the $5 could contribute to his addictions; however, my optimism is hoping that they do good with what they receive.POV: Speak your truth/mind (feedback) helps others improve and understand. ~~~~~Everything was fine till they charged auto 20% tip for large party (2 separate tables 5 & 4) AND we had to cook everything ourselves - water jug and paper cups!!!!! ARE U FUCKING KIDDING ME??

Noticed this restaurant on Yelp and decided to give it a try, and am I glad I did. They have very authentic Taiwanese appetizers that are priced very reasonably for the quality and portion. The popcorn chicken and pig ear were both top notch! We also enjoyed the hot & sour rice noodles with beef brisket. Their presentation for the noodle soup was really fun and unique with all the small dishes that you add yourself. The restaurant is very clean with large comfortable booths. The service was attentive with water pitcher constantly changed out as soon as we get close to finishing. The water comes with slices on lemon which is a nice addition. I'm adding this to my list of quick and yummy Vegas restaurants.

The menu is pretty straight forward. You choose the base and the meat. I got the pork bone broth with the chunk beef. They bring out all the ingredients on a tray and you add it to your bowl of broth. Overall it was pretty good, but it wasn't amazing. The seating booths were very spacious. The restaurant is very clean.

Heartbrokenly, Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle replaced Big Wong, a long-time local favorite. I had been craving rice noodles, but my usual go-to spot, Dagu Rice Noodle, in Shanghai Plaza, also closed down a while ago. After some searching, I decided to try this place out as it was new, hoping to find a spot with similar vibes. When my friend and I arrived on a weekend during dinner time, it was surprisingly empty. However, service was quick, and our server was really friendly. I'm always drawn to popcorn chicken whenever it's on the menu, as I'm still on the hunt for a place that makes it just right (but none are ever made with basil!). Since it was my first time here, I ordered the A1. Original Rice Noodles. It came with all the ingredients on the side, giving me a vibe similar to Dagu when you pour all of them into your boiling hot soup. While it wasn't bad, I found it a bit disappointing. The soup was on the blander side and definitely lacked some flavor. The popcorn chicken was decent, but nothing special--it satisfied my craving but didn't blow me away.On the plus side, the place is clean, and the service was friendly. Since the plaza isn't as packed as it used to be, parking was also a breeze. However, I likely won't be returning as the food didn't particularly stand out for me.

Love this chain restaurant. I first had it in Georgia, and I am so glad there is a Vegas location. The beef rice crossing noodle soups are delicious. I like the green peppercorn broth with it. I also like the Taiwanese chicken appetizer. The Chinese music they play here is nostalgic. Plentiful seating. Food comes up pretty quick too.

Everything was absolutely delicious. Tucked away in a corner of Chinatown, I'm glad we decided to go here one day! Service was nice and attentive. The soup and food was yummy. So flavorful and amazing price. Inside is very clean and booths were spacious and big.

I've never had Yunnan rice noodles before and this was a great first experience. I got the hot and sour soup base with the beef brisket. The beef brisket alone was so so tender and tasty! I've had hot pot before but this is different since all the food is already cooked and you're just heating in the very hot soup base. Everything was so delicious and now I'm going to be looking for Yunnan rice noodles back at home!
