I grew going to authentic traditional Chinese restaurants as a kid, the ones in the early 2000's with the large fish tanks, small packed restaurants, and the family style dining. The classic red pot of rice, the tea, all that just feels nostalgic now. I actually accidentally stumbled upon this place confusing it for another restaurant, and keep in mind I haven't found many reactants here in vegas like this and what I just described because they all are dying out Taste is absolutley amazing! There's something for everyone and anyone on the menu. Menu's also easy to read, many great options. I always go for the crispy garlic chicken. It comes with this sweet and sour sauce you can dip the meat into and it's just so so good!! Their duck is amazing as well! Their golden pumpkin has this salty egg taste and if you like fried pumpkin, this is nice paired with rice! Me and my mom always go here, and the service is pretty quick and the staff is kind! If you want that nostalgic feel of how authentic Chinese restaurants used to be here in Vegas, 10/10 would reccomend coming here! It's pretty big inside too compared to like SK Seafood, or other places. Wait time isn't too long, there's seating big enough for 2 people at a time to 10 people at a time.Love love love this place!

Came for dinner on a Sunday at around 7pm and there was a bit of a wait. Prices are similar to other Cantonese restaurants in Chinatown.Everything came out hot and tasted delicious! I really wanted to try the golden pumpkin but they didn't have any today sadly. Overall, great experience with great food. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. You also get free dessert!

If you are looking for a restaurant to host your big party, this is the place. Tons of tables and seating for your party of 10+. We were able to reserve 2 tables for 18 people. Service was not bad and the food was ok. I wish I took pictures of our food, but I didn't.

We went there for a small family Chinese New Year Eve Dinner. Beijing Duck is delicious but small. It came with buns instead of pancakes, hoisin sauce, green onions and sliced cucumbers. Sizzling beef is tender and tasty. The pork chops are crispy and delicious. The tofu dish is surprisingly tasty. Service is efficient and effective.

The food was so delicious! The start off with the duck. The duck was amazingly moist tasty and tender, but there was no bow. The fried chicken was really crispy on the other side and moist, tasty on the inside. The garlic spinach was garlic spinach. Lol!Honey, walnut shrimp was nothing less than delicious! I would totally get all these dishes again. Here's a tip, don't take it to go eat it at the restaurant. Everything is so much better fresh and hot off the grill.Service was excellent and the ambience was good. Typical Chinese restaurant.

Service and food were excellent. The ambiance is a typical Chinese Restaurant. Some dishes were overpriced because they skimped on the fish in the casserole dish.

There are not too many Chinese places that I know of in the Southwest, but this is one of the more traditional style types that I'm used to. But traditional I mean huge tables with a big lazy susan in the middle for sharing purposes. When you walk in, you see a bunch of fish tanks with a lot of live seafood. It's definitely a restaurant you can come to with huge groups where you can share large meals with everyone. We came here for the Peking Duck, and it was definitely worth the experience. There are not too many places off the strip that offer this, but I say this is a really good place to go to that isn't too expensive. When they serve you, they carve the duck in front of you getting all the crispy skin where you can make your own dish duck bao. Which is truly fresh and worth it just in that. After they're done carving it, they ask you what you'd like made with the remaining parts, which we chose fried rice. It's as simple as t hat.I've actually ordered to-go from this place a lot of times and all of the food we ordered was really good. Sorry for not remembering it but I do know that each dish we got was great.

Taste is an authentic Cantonese restaurant! It's located off of the Rainbow/215 exit, about 15 minutes from the strip. This restaurant specializes in a variety of dishes. However, it's most known for the Asian BBQ and live seafood! We took my father out to Taste for Father's Day lunch, as soon as it opened around 11:00 A.M! We had got there a little bit early, around 10:50 A.M. I'm glad we did because there were a lot of other people lined up and ready to eat at Taste!Current hours are from Monday-Sunday from 11:00 A.M - 10:00 P.M.The restaurant is stunning! The tables are covered with cloth, and all had pre-set dishes already organized! Some of the tables had a glass swivel in the middle, which would allow for easy sharing!Once we sat down, waters were provided with menus. We waited about 10 minutes until we placed our order. We ordered the following dishesMinute Chicken Cake NoodleBeef and Broccoli[2] Item Combo with Roast Pork and Char Siu Kau yukStir Fried Noodle w/ Soy SauceIt was busy inside, so the service was slightly slow. The first dishes that came out to the table were the [2] item combo, roast pork and char siu, with the beef and broccoli and the stir fried noodles. Everything was delicious! There was a lot of beef in the beef and broccoli! The beef was tender and didn't have too much sauce on it! There were also large broccoli pieces! You could tell that it was freshly cooked and not frozen! The stir-fried noodles were scrumptious! My daughter enjoyed the noodles and the beef! After about 15 minutes, the Kau Yuk and the Minute Chicken Cake noodle arrived at the table. The Kau Yuk is a braised pork belly with taro. It was good, with lots of flavor of the star anise. The meat was very tender! The Minute Chicken Cake Noodle was decent! The prices were expensive here, but the food was delicious! It's a long drive from our residence, but I would stop here again if I was in the area!
