Taqueria La Casa Del Pastor

A very convenient and enjoyable taqueria truck if you're just passing through or if you're in the area. The menu is simple and ordering is easy. The service also is great, with good recommendations and very friendly servers. It is a truck so it is a "get your food and go" type of ambiance, so there's no place to sit or hang out, which is fine so just know that ahead of time. The food itself though is not spectacular. It's not particularly bad or anything, though some pieces of the meats were burned (not charred, but actually burned) and ate a bit dry. Also, the salsas were okay, not spicy at all and they don't really give you a lot to begin with (extra salsa costs extra). Overall, it's an enjoyable enough experience, even if the price point is on the higher end, but personally it wouldn't be my go-to.

Just bomb. Try the el pastor or chorizo tacos won't regret it. Live on the east side and do my taco rounds every week so if looking for flavor check them out

Tried this place because I saw a Las Ves YouTube personality had a short video on it. Another just ok taco truck . We enjoyed the carne asada burrito, the al pastor taco but thought the birria taco could have been better. It was not crunchy and we had a hard time trying to dip it in the cup of consomme. The consomme itself was mostly grease and no broth.

Save yourself from disappointment and go somewhere else. Ordered 4 Al Pastor tacos , Alhambra plate, and one Jarrito, over 40 bucks. Anything that expensive coming off a run down looking food truck better be excellent. This was nearly inedible. How can something be dry, greasy, and flavorless at the same time? Why would you serve someone a plated pool of grease to get all over themselves and their car? So bad, so disappointing. I thought they were the same as the popular truck downtown. I will never know because I will never try again. Disgusting. I feel sick thinking I just ate that.

Ordered a burrito with cheese and sour cream and was charged 20 dollars for one burrito , I was told it was a "'mega" burrito I also ordered a regular burrito that was 10 dollars . I tried to change the order to 2 regular burritos before it was made the girl taking orders said she couldn't change my order because she couldn't open her register I got 2 burritos except one was $10 more expensive . These are the exact same size and to "compensate " we got 2 cans of soda . I feel like I was cheated.

Finally! an authentic mexican food truck, I am so glad we found our new go to for tacos. We are new to Las Vegas and coming from Los Angeles that is the one thing i miss, the real good mexican food. I ordered a few asada tacos,and birria tacos and they were very good, we will be coming back again specially for the birria tacos with the consome to dip in. The service is fast and friendly, the prices are pretty good compared to other overpriced terrible tacos ,there's plenty of parking since the truck is in a shopping center. Can't wait to go back and try the other items in the menu.

My brother comes here for birria and I was hesitant because they don't specialize in birria. It's just on the menu, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It was simple in the best way possible and just really good.We did Pina agua Fresca, a burrito with birria, and tacos with and without cheese with birria.This place gets busy. It's in one of those diner type buildings. It's pretty big and seats a lot. They had extra coolers going for the Vegas heat which was nice.Prices are fair and food was very good. They have this spicy habanero salsa that's creamy that is so good. The tacos were perfectly crispy and they had a good balance of cheese to meat. The birria was super tender. Everything ate clean which is a weird compliment lol The star was the salsa and the burrito, wow! The burrito was so good. All of the flavors were really balanced & tasty without anything over powering. Next time I'm asking if they can put the onion and cilantro inside the burrito for me.Most of the best Mexican food is on the north or east side or even central but this place right outside of Summerlin is legit.

Fast an delicious. I ordered the Birria, it came with tree birria tacos, huge cup of consome and a side of diced onions and cilantro. The plate was $12 wich seems to be pretty standard for Vegas food trucks.

Extremely expensive for overcooked and poor Customer service. Bad area as well homeless panhandling right by the truck.

good customer service, very nice, great food! this place is a 5 stars! the lady here is very helpful and outgoing. love this place.
