I will start this off by saying, I guess there is a reason for surprises. Walking up to the cafe, I couldn't tell what to expect (especially since you can't really see inside from the outside), but I put aside my judgement and stepped inside. That's when I was surprised to see what was waiting for me within. This cozy latin cafe, filled with charming decor and warm smells, provide a wonderful menu to compliment the vibe. Kiro was an amazing help to us and was super kind. Shoutout to the staff there for being awesome this morning. There was a whole assortment of things try (trust me, I wish I could try them all, maybe with time) but I picked out a few things that stood out to me.For food, we tried the Pandebono, Bunuelos, Chai Cinnamon Roll, Cheese Empanada, and Garlic Shrimp Empanada. The pastries are a MUST. The Pandebono and Bunuelos were cheesy and tasty, the right bite to complement the coffee we ordered. The Chai Cinnamon Roll was subtly sweet and fluffy, a sort of thing to make you smile. The empanadas? Savory and filling. For drinks, we ordered the "My Horchata" Mocktail, the Dalgona Matcha Mocktail, and a decaf cappuccino. The My Horchata was delightful and homey, while the Dalgona Matcha was earthen, sweet, and uniquely salty. You may be thinking, "why did you order a simple cappuccino?" Well, they roast in house! We just had to try it. Their roast was warm, and not too dark like other coffee we have tried. This hidden gem is located in Chinatown, and it is easy to miss if you don't look close enough. But please, visit this cafe and try as much as you can. Take it easy! (haha)

Nice wifi/laptop work place if it's not crowded. They have vegan/dairy-free house made handmade empanadas, and pastries. Staff are really nice. Comfortable cafe shop. Apparently they are also part of the T-Mobile Dining Rewards! It was a nice surprise to discover an email with cash back! Located in Chinatown area, next to plazas with Golden Tiki Bar, Mas Por Favor, Indoor Golf, other snacks and restaurants.Laptop/Study/Wifing situation:There's are outlets every other seating area. Small place but I like the vibes. Small tables or there is a long bar table. Not good for zoom meetings but great atmosphere to work on your laptop. They have 1 restroom, caffeine/non-caffeinated drinks, food and an outdoor patio area. They have a self refill water station. Close at 4pm.Apparently, this place can get busy or rowdy, so far not on a late Monday morning. Mornings seem to be with tourist passing by?SLOW BREW BLACK ICED TEA $4.5- I got it lightly sweetened. VEGAN COCONUT BANANA MUFFIN $6.50$6 Handmade empanadas (made in-house), and flash freeze. They have vegan but I can't do black beans. Small in size BUT ITS QUALITY!!! Loved it!!For dairy-freee, they do have - SHORT RIB (I got this one due to being dairy free and got the dairy-free sauce that's considered spicy though. Fried is yeah popular choice vs baked. Loved both the empanada and spicy sauce!!).- CHICKEN TINGA- GARLIC SHRIMPLooking forward to coming back to remotely work here again. I found this place via 13min stroll from my auto mechanic.

Service is really nice and patient as they can be really busy at times.Horchata Latte - 7/10 it's okay but I don't really taste the horchata flavor. Tasted more milky than anything. Chicken Tinga Empanada (baked) - 8.5/10 probably my fave they have. Short Rib Emapanada (baked) - 7/10 I prefer the chicken tinga, this one has a lot of meat though.Caramel Apple Pie Pop-Tart - 7/10 was just way too sweet for my preference and for some reason didn't taste as fresh as I was hoping.

Cafe itself is clean and very cute. Staff were nice but the coffee fell short for us especially for the price. I got the iced horchata latte and my sister got the matcha latte both signature drinks. My drink just tasted like dirty water and the matcha latte was way too milky and hardly any matcha flavor. The drinks were not worth $6+ per drink.

The cappuccino was $5.5 and the fried breakfast empanada was $6. Cappuccino was a disappointment for me. It didn't look nice and the foam didn't look right either. Where is the smooth foam? Looks like someone just put some foam on top of the drink because they messed it up. The flavor of the coffee wasn't good either. It tastes sour. I should have just gone to Starbucks. The empanada was okay.Service was okay.Music was a bit too loud.

I came here last week with some friends for the first time in a while. I remember going to this place quite often a few years back when they first opened and loved it.To begin with, the parking can be a little bit tedious since it is in a small Chinatown plaza where there are a lot of things located around, however, coming on a weekday isn't too bad. The cafe does have a good amount of tables indoors with a good amount of bar stools and has about 3 tables outdoors for whenever you wanted to enjoy the weather outside. After ordering, the drinks came out quickly. I ordered a Tiramisu Latte and a Pistachio Croissant. The Tiramisu Latte tasted great and I loved how they added a lady finger right on top. Dipping that into the latte was such a great combination. The pistachio croissant tasted amazing! It was actually my first time seeing a place sell them. My friends had ordered a hot ube latte and an horchata latte. I did not get to try them but they did say it was enjoyable to drink.

Although Makers & Finders was slow out the gate on Main Street it cannot be argued that Josh Molina was one of the first investors in Las Vegas Arts District, and now with three locations from Downtown Summerlin to Henderson his "Take It Easy Roasters" stands somewhere in the middle both in terms of location as well as branding.Focused on good Coffee with less bustle than Makers & Finders, a tucked away space on Wynn Road off Spring Mountain generating far less foot-traffic than Molina's other concepts, it is inside that guests will find friendly service plus a Pastry case featuring both sweet and savory Empanadas as well as other Baked Goods.Catering to dietary preferences including Vegans, a number of Milk-alternatives offered for Lattes and other Beverages, Espresso features a good Crema plus bold acidity well suited to items such as Choux filled with Espresso Cream, Pistachio Croissants or a "Big" Cinnamon Roll beneath Cream Cheese Frosting.Taking a Colombian twist with Pandebono, think bagel-shaped Pao de Queijo, Empanadas are crisp but flaky with ample filling while seasonal Pop Tarts are the same with added sugar shellacking - in this case atop Pumpkin Cream Cheese.

I was visiting Las Vegas for a few days and wanted to find a local coffee spot off the strip. I found Take It Easy Roasters during my search and I'm so glad I did! It is such a cute little coffee shop with great service. I'm here 5 days and 3 out of the so far I have come in to get the Burnt Suga'. I even bought some beans to take home with me. I will certainly be back the next time I'm in Vegas.

Tucked into a cozy space amidst tons of stores in Chinatown, there is Take it Easy Roasters. There are 3 cafe tables with red umbrellas on the outdoor patio in the front of the cafe and a green plant wall backdrop to take pics of your coffee creations. We walked inside and was warmly greeted by the staff. We had so many questions, but they answered them all, knowledgeably and patiently. After much thought we ordered:* 2 breakfast empanadas (we ordered them fried since it would take 8 min instead of the 12 min to bake)- delicious (4/5) with 2 accompanying sauces * George's pop tart - the pop tart of the day which happened to be s'mores today, sweet baked goodness (5/5)* Matcha latte (4/5) - I'm a little snobby about matcha, since I'm always comparing it to the matcha powders I've had in Japan * Ube Latte (3/5) - definitely too sweet for me and not enough ube flavor* Tiramisu latte (4/5) too sweet but absolutely tasted like tiramisu! The best part was the accompanying lady finger, perfect! Food and drink presentation was definitely photo worthy. Loved the classy vibe with sloth accents. The kitchen is mostly open so we watched George roasting beans and the staff preparing pastries. The only real con of this cafe is their parking. There are a few spaces in the back, but otherwise you have to park far, far away.
