Tacos Por Favor

Depending on the time of night, you tend to run out of places that are open to eat at. But there is a food truck, in the middle of the parking lot located at E Sahara Las Vegas. This food truck is the embodiment of street food, that serves Birria. Birria Ramen- this ramen is loaded with birria meat and juices. I feel this ramen would've been so much better if it came with real ramen noodles/udon. But I guess since this is a food truck, your limited on items. So using instant ramen soup cups, would be the easiest thing to do. Birria flautas- was pack full of birria meat and was quite flavorfulBirria grilled cheese- birria meat with cheese sandwiched between two grilled texas toast. Is very filling and also full of flavor.

I finished working out on a Friday night at EOS on Durango & Arby, and I was looking for some food as I was driving home.I found this food truck in the Rhodes Ranch Town Center Plaza, particularly in the Bank of America Parking lot. No one was there, but I figured I'll give them a try. And I'm glad I did!I ordered the Asada, Chicken, Pork, and Birria Taco to try one of every taco. The birria taco came with consomé to dip with. The interaction to ring up my order was brief, but the man who helped me was very nice. The ambiance is a parking lot, so don't expect much for shelter. The weather was cold (this is in January), but they had music playing from the truck for entertainment while I waited for the food to be prepared.When I arrived home 10 minutes later, the food was still warm and delicious. I'd eat here again. :)

To start i was iffy about the location when we got here, but don't judge a book by its cover. The service was on point, the food was VERY GOOD. I wasn't thrilled about the prices specially for the street tacos, but the quality and the flavor of the meat plus the salsa made it worth it for sure. I would definitely come back and try out other options.

These tacos are INCREDIBLE. First meal we had when we made it into Vegas. Before you go to a fancy restaurant for food attempting to imitate the taste and authenticity, go here and get the real thing! Period. Much love to E and his family!

Really convenient especially after leaving the casino Really hungry before heading home. Down the street from the Las Vegas Blvd. strip which was a plus. Meat with flavorful, Birria tacos where GREAT also Flautas is a Must Try! and there Horchata was my favorite.

Best Birria tacos and great price away from high prices on the strip. We tried their banana horchata, which was very refreshing and something I never had but would definitely come back for more! Thanks for the food it was excellent

Amazing fresh salsa and fresh ingredients. I loved their Burria and carne asada! Staff was so nice and everything very clean!
