We've been frequenting Tacos Los Chapitos for the past two years now, and I'm surprised that they're not on Yelp yet, so yet again, here's ANOTHER noteworthy street vendor I'm telling you about!Located on N. Eastern and Bonanza, Tacos Los Chapitos serves up a wide variety of things from tacos, quesadillas, tortas, cemitas, pambazos, machetes, and much, much more! (so many choices!) Those who know about this place know. There was even one time, a man from UTAH told us (pre-COVID) that he stops here every time he comes to Vegas.Another plus is that this is another vendor that does FRESH TORTILLAS to order. Yet another plus is that they also do street dogs here, so you can also get yourself a TRUE VEGAS STREET DOG.So far, we've tried their Cemita Poblana, Tacos de Asada, Quesadilla de Huitlacoche, Quesadilla de Birria, a Street Dog, and the one item that keeps us coming back, their Sope de Asada. Every item is made to order, so you may have to wait a bit, but it's a good thing! Also, no mask, no service!In the recent year, Birria items- tacos, quesadillas, and ramen (but actually more like cup-o-noodles) have been a main reason people check out street vendors for the 'gram, but Mexican Cuisine is so much more than birria. I like that Tacos Los Chapitos offers more than just Birria Tacos. Try them out if you're not scurred of the streets...it's where you discover some of the bomb eats! I recently dropped by this place late night. As I am a Uber driver, the people here were very friendly very nice. I ask for a recommendation, but I still got a taco to try their tacos Al Pastore. I also want to head and got myself a huarache. Everything was actually fire and freshly made. I will be definitely coming back here. There's sauces were pretty good Their tacos were handmade tortillas, and the huaraches were handmade as well.

I would never return to this place again they gave me the cold tacos the tortillas were hard the cemita bread was hard horrible experience I do not recommend it apart from expensive very bad food

I've made it mt mission to run through their menu Here's the latest ... a pambazo and al pastor mulita (sorry I tore into it before I thought to take a pic).

Walked up it was empty except for some guys at the hot dog stand next to me - the guy taking my order was chill and didn't mind answering my questions - it was pretty fast service was probably only there maybe 10ish minutes maybe. Got home and tore it up because I was hungry af! They have a wild selection of meats , I did 2 Al pastor - pollo- carnitas and a pambazo - $21 If they're were a smaller size I'd be more upset but they were pretty big tacos for street tacos- Pambazo was a little dry but some salsa fixed thatBeware the al pastor is very spicy alone, I know it's supposed to be but this is one is very spicy I don't mind but I usually get my toddler al pastor. Forsure will be back to try the hotdog everybody raves abour , idk about the rest unless I'm really hungry after work I always see them on my way home I get off later. Hope this helped .

The quesadilla is 11 dollars and 2 tacos are bigger than it, could at least be a regular tortilla but they handmade it really small

Al pastor tacos are a must!! And the ranchero tacos with tortillas hechas a mano are to die for. Wash it down with an horchata and stick a fork in it because that's all you'll need to be done!

This place is absolutely good. Their customer service is amazing. They have catered an event of mine too. Tacos are my favorite.
