Late night craving for birria ramen and found this gem! Just wanted birria ramen and ordered one guesabirria to try and I'm glad I did. They were absolutely delicious!Quick service and friendly cashier.This is a food truck in a corner next to a gas station. I did miss my turn so pay attention when you google it since it will be in a corner. Their ambiance is outdoor but they have a tent with chairs while u wait for your order. Parking is very limited so be patience.I would go back for sure! Support this food truck!

Tacos are ok- I tasted one soft taco on the menu , it taste like something I can whip up really fast in the kitchen- that's soft taco not right! Blan Idk I tried to see what's all the hype about .... This food truck is tucked behind the gas station and metro pcs store.This place came up highly rated I had to see what it was about.Our order was taken fast and ready in 7-10 minutes.There is no seating to eat only a few chairs to wait on your order. we couldn't wait to get home.You get a good amount of meat in your order, the price is right and the flavors are out of this world.I had to talk my friend out of going back for dinner the same day

Saw great reviews on Yelp for it and decided to give it a try on Uber eats. Don't do it ! I selected easy in cilantro and onion, they literally didn't add any. The tortilla isn't even a taco tortilla. I guess I was expecting that like street taco, you know a little greasy and juicy. The birria taco was DRY ! And the horchata was watery.

Another really solid taco spot. The carne asada is really good. I don't love their take on Al pastor but that's a personal choice and I'm firmly in the red in color with pineapple camp. Reasonably priced and they often have delivery promos on Uber.
