Tacos El Primo

Stopped here by chance searching for tacos glad we did ! The tacos here are surprisingly good . I sat that because I'm a bit of a taco snob and usually stick to my favorite taco truck . But there were great will be Definitely coming back here to try other food items .

Tacos Los Primos is definitely quickly becoming one of my favorite food trucks on the east side of Las Vegas. Located on Charleston between Marion and Lamb, in the Charleston Indoor Swapmeet parking lot. I've been here multiple times and decided this place definitely deserves more attention. This time, we ordered some al pastor tacos, tripa tacos, a l.a. style street hot dog and a jamon torta. The tripas they offer are cooked to perfection. They ask if you'd prefer them soft or crunchy. I got 2 of each as my wife prefers hers crunchy. Both of delicious to say the least. The al pastor is seasoned perfectly and tender. The jamon torta wad mouthwatering. The han was cooked on the flat top and had little burnt pieces. Topped with Lettuce, tomato, avocado, Jalapeños and onions with a little mayo. The bun was toasted lightly making it that much more delicious. Last but definitely not least is the amazing hot dog. They add the same type of ham that is used for the torta that adds more depth in flavor. I always look forward to having this hot dog every time we go. Though it has limited dates and times they are open, this is an establishment you'll want to chase down and try.

They are so nice!!!! Highly recommend them!!!! 10/10!!!! The lady is so nice!!! And the food mwahhhhhh
