I went inside to order my food at the kiosk & waited a bit. It was busy in the drive through and inside. The employees were working as fast as they could filling orders and answering the customers' questions. All the employees were professional and courteous. When I was called I checked my order and all was well.I took off one star because whoever designed the mini strip mall parking lot needed to rethink the layout. It's difficult to back out and when the drive through is packed good luck with backing out ‍Other than that my husband was happy with his Taco Bell meal.

Yikes. As you can tell from the other reviews, this place is anything but fast. If you're in a hurry, you're better off going to a sit down restaurant. Once you finally get your food, chances are that your order will not be correct, but since you've already waited an ungodly amount of time, asking for anything at that point is not recommended unless you brought a cot and pillow and have unlimited streaming on your iPhone, cause you better be ready to get comfortable and start a new comedy series at that point. This would all be (almost) palatable if the teenage employees were at all personable and communicative. They are all grumpy and non-verbal. Hopefully management can train these kids to actually move at a non-sloth-like speed and smile and speak to the customers.

my boyfriend and I ordered at 8pm and didn't get our food until 8:46pm. The service is so slow and the fact that THIS is what the food looks like a little over 30 minutes?? this is ridiculous they need new staff. AND THEY NEVER EVER INCLUDE THE SAUCE IN YOUR BAGS, EVEN WHEN YOU ORDER IT!

Went to the drive thru and it was the longest wait ever. I was skeptical and started to feel impatient but reminded myself that they had just opened and are still finding their "way". But it's worth the wait, the Mexican pizza was crispy (didn't make the photo - lol), the chalupa and taco supreme were loaded and the cantina chicken taco was still hot when we made it home.

I was super excited to try some items on the menu! I ordered it through the drive-through (which was EXTREMELY SMALL), the person taking my order had attitude and overall was rude. The food i got had NO MEAT on it !!!!! It was filled with nacho cheese and nothing else besides lettuce and tomato. On top of that, the drinks had no flavor and very watered down. This place suuuuuuuckkkksss, no sauce, drinks didn't even have syrup so they tasted awful, service was horrible, had to use the stupid little machines up front, ambiance is probably the only good thing but it's insanely small in here

Everyone in our neighborhood anxiously awaited this restaurant and the service is horrible. We were there four nights ago and our food took 20 minutes to come out. Then my husband asked for hot sauce because the condiment station was empty, the guy giving him our order looked at him and went back to work without acknowledging him. Then we needed a lid for our drink and that took five minutes to get someone to look at us standing at the counter. I will drive five miles out of my way to go to the Taco Bell on Durango before I visit this one again.
