As Vegas locals, my family is always looking for new places to enjoy a good meal for special occasions. We decided to try T-Bones at the Red Rock Resort for my brother's birthday and we loved it! The ambiance is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service is OUTSTANDING. Kurt and Giovanni are absolutely amazing and made our experience very positive, fun, and memorable. It was a beautiful evening and we decided to dine outside - just be aware that we could smell cigarette smoke from some folks sitting at the nearby pool - otherwise it was a perfect setting. We were brought a complimentary bread basket with at least 6 or 7 different types of breads, plus butter. I ordered the French onion soup and the Rigatoni Ala Vodka which were both delicious. Other folks in our party ordered the petite filet mignon, the bone-in rib eye, the burger/fries, Caesar salad, and the salmon as entrees. As for sides, some got the puréed potatoes and the sautéed spinach.Everyone enjoyed their meal very much and we will be back!

Our experience at T-Bones was disappointing, and we won't be coming back. The service was slow--our server barely checked on us, and it took an hour for our food to arrive. We also had to ask multiple times for bread because they forgot to bring it.The food didn't justify the wait or the prices: * Hamburger - Ordered medium, but it came out well-done and dry. * Filet Mignon with Cider Green Beans - The steak was bland with no sauce, and the green beans had no flavor. * Steakhouse Salad - Asked for dressing on the side, but it was served fully dressed. The salmon was fine. * Lobster Mac & Cheese - Ordered this, but they brought out regular macaroni instead. * Tomato Caprese - The flavor was underwhelming, definitely not worth the price.Between the long wait, poor service, and food that didn't impress, this visit wasn't worth it. We won't be back.Go to Osteria Fiorella instead. Ask for Danh.

This was our first visit to T-Bones, and it will not be our last. Our server, Ryan, was superb. He was friendly, courteous and professional, and he provided exceptional customer service. His assistant, David, was also friendly and attentive. He made sure that we had enough bread, and he kept our water glasses full. The restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere was lively and upbeat. Although the restaurant was busy, the booths and tables were arranged so that we could still carry on a private conversation. There was a wide selection of breads, but the blue cheese roll was our favorite. It had the texture of a croissant. The french onion soup was perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of cheese. The lobster chowder was hearty and had a wonderful flavor. Based on Ryan's recommendation, we ordered a strip steak with truffle butter (shared). It was tender and delicious. The creamed spinach was good, but the spicy cream corn with toasted panko was the best. Ryan brought us a complimentary Vanilla Madagascar Creme Brûlée for dessert because we were celebrating our anniversary. It was delicious!I know that good service starts at the top, and I would like to thank the management team for employing such a fine staff.

Was craving a steak while at Red Rock so we decided to try kilt T-Bones. We did not have not resos so we had to sit at the bar top. The bar service wasn't great. To start we had the crab cakes and the lobster chowder. Both were good but the chowder was missing some crunch which they didn't have crackers. The crab cakes weee good as well. For the entre we had the Rigatoni ala vodka and the wagyu filet mignon with a baked potato as the side. The steak and pasta were both cooked perfectly. But they ran out of sour cream for the baked potato so it was a bit dry. Overall an ok steakhouse.

Not my first stay at the Red Rock but my first visit to TBones. Our table of 5 was seated immediately. The service was quick and attentive. While perusing the menu a server came table side with hot fresh out of the oven bread choices. Absolutely delicious choices of 6-8 different rolls. Our table ordered 3 NY Strips and 2 bone in ribeyes. All cooked to perfection. We also had accompaniments of creamed spinach, baked potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. A fabulous meal all around. TBones holds its own with other famous Vegas steakhouses. Good job!

I was here for breakfast and lunch a couple of times. Food was consistently good and so was the service. Probably the nicest decor and go to restaurant at Red Rock.

Although the service was phenomenal. I came for a last minute birthday dinner with my Fiancé. We called a little after 6 to make a reservation for 7pm. Seated 10 minutes after as our table was being prepared. Ordered a delightful glass of Caymus. I ordered the Wagyu filet mignon for myself, my partner ordered bone in ribeye with a side of fries, Mac & cheese & Cesar salad that we split as an appetizer. Everything was wonderful until we arrived home. I started to not feel well unfortunately I ended up having to go to the hospital and was told I had food poisoning. Finally, after 3 days I feel slightly better and able to type out this review. Everything else was great besides the food poisoning

From the moment we arrived, the ambiance, the greeters, and the servers--especially Tristan and Christian--were outstanding. If you haven't been to TBones, you're missing out! The food was delicious; we ordered the New York strip, two ribeyes, and the buttermilk fried chicken. One of the steaks needed to be cooked a little more, but Tristan and Christian were on top of it. They went above and beyond, offering extra sides, drinks, and desserts to make sure we were satisfied. Their dedication to great service truly stood out. Highly recommend!
