Food was delightful! We ordered and shared the seafood platter (1/2 order), the veal chop, and some sides. The servers were great. The ambience was nice and, for the most part, people adhered to the smart dress code. Some people were still dressed down and I noticed they were seated in the front of the restaurant near the bar. It's a little speedy but a nice place to visit in the Wynn for some steak and a nice ambience.

We've been coming here for years. I don't know why I've never written a review. This steakhouse is our regular go-to when we are in Las Vegas. SW is located in Wynn Casino. You have to take an escalator down. It's tucked next to their amazing outdoor waterfall. This beautiful restaurant host mainly adult guests. However, we are always greeted with respect, despite our young children (minimum age limit is 5). We RARELY have any issue getting a seat, mainly because we arrive right when they open and we never mind sitting anywhere in the restaurant, usually outdoors hidden in the corner, but we don't care. We are a dine, PAY, and run type of family. The food. Yum! The steaks always deliver. Tender, moist and flavorful. It helps that they serve it on scalding hot plates, so our steaks are never cold. The seafood spectacular is always a must for us. Plenty of seafood for a party of five. Yes, we have kids in our party, but honestly they eat more than we do. The branzino is always delicious. Cooked perfectly. Always moist, always fresh. For sides, we used to order the mushroom and brussel sprouts, and as delicious as they were, we would always have leftovers. Now we stick to the mac and cheese with fries, since they're more palatable with the children (not pictured here). When you order wine, a sommelier always comes out and talk about the wine while pouring. They usually come back to refill your glass, too. Service is always lovely. SW, by far, is still my favorite steakhouse. Oh, and there is usually a spectacular water show intermittently playing throughout dinner. Definitely fun and entertaining for the little ones. We miss you, SW.

I would rate this 4.5 stars. High end steak on the Vegas Strip at the Wynn. Busy restaurant... the noise level is high. Hard to hear and talk. We had reservation and were seated slowly. There is no urgency. Not a very friendly front desk. The servers were pleased and efficient. It's a leisure dining experience. You do it at their pace not your pace . The food was good. Excellent rib eye steak, steak sauces not necessary. Yummy pretzel bread, good crab cakes , ok duck fat potatoes. Delicious chocolate soufflé ( no charge B-day ) dessert.

Service was excellent. Waitress was very attentive. I was provided a shawl due to the outside being chilly. The ambiance was romantic due to being on the water.Food did not meet my expectations at all. I'll start with best to leastBread: 10/10 amazing. There was a taste of buttery pretzels.Appetizer: short ribs ravioli was 8/10 due to its flavor, size and consistency Main Course: Filet Mignon was unimpressive 6/10 and not tender at all. The taste was slightly blande. Didn't taste fresh.Mac N cheese: 4/10 blande, noodles were not seasoned. The cheese wasn't well balanced at all.I ordered two drinks both were extremely sugary. This experience left much to be desired.

Had an intimate dinner for three at SW Steakhouse. Overall excellent service, very good food, and entertaining if you sit on the patio. But value to quality ratio is missing. Food: Had the petit filet mignon and a baked potato with the works. Filet was very good but not exceptional. Baked potato was prepared with all the normal toppings but seemed to lack something. Drinks: Excellent cocktailsService: Excellent service overall, but staff was not very accommodating when one in our party asked for a portable heater to be turned down. Ambiance: Sat on the patio so ambiance was minimal with random light/music shows interrupting the evening Overall cleanliness: excellentOverall value: This might be a touchy point but value is the reason I only awarded 4 stars. Dinner for three with tip, which was by no means decadent or fancy, came to $600. Misc: Reservations are a must to get into SW.

Tip: Book reservations as soon as possible because they fill up quick. I was attending a conference and it is convenient to eat on site, but for value to price, I would recommend Wing Lei instead. Ambience: this is located within the Wynn Hotel. It is a lovely place and if you sit on the patio you get an interesting, bit odd, but an impressive light and sound show from the water. Service: It is very hit and miss and selective. They offer shawls for ladies that sit on the patio if you are cold. There are heat lamps, but sometimes the breeze will get you. I requested a shawl and never got one. Yet I saw other ladies getting one. Then I had my purse on my lap and I saw other ladies being offered a cute tiny chair for their handbags. If you offer, be consistent with offering to all customers. If a customer asks for something that is offered, follow through.Food: Ordered the veal chop. It was tender, but flavor was just okay. My husband over a filet mignon and I got to try a bite. It was tender and tasted okay, but you are paying for being at the Wynn.

Dining at the SW steakhouse is one of the finest dining experiences on all of Las Vegas. From the location to the service to the ambience, this is one hard restaurant to beat. We started the dinner with wine and cocktails, and we moved on to crabcakes Caesar salad and they're excellent bread and butter. Then we shared an 18 ounce ribeye and brussels sprouts absolutely everything we ordered was perfect every member of the SW steakhouse team that we encountered was very attentive to our needs and the services impossible to be. We highly recommend that you enjoy the steakhouse when you're in Las Vegas.

Services, Steaks, Side Dishes are phenomenal. That pretzel bread, potato puree and the dry aged American Wagyu are to die for. The slight downside are tables too close to each other and the bill. Whole meal + tip is $425. Thank goodness my buddy paid.

Last night was perfect. Our food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was beautiful. Bereket and his colleagues were very pleasant. They were all so friendly, funny, and professional. My finance and I, fine dine often and we both agreed that this was the best customer service.

Make a reservation and enjoy! It was 5 of us and we got a reservation for 9:30 but got a text that our table was ready by 8:30 and we were already near by so it worked out! The 5 of us got a seafood tower to share, a few sides and 3 ribeyes as we were 2 couples and 1 single person. We really should've just gotten the tomahawk to share! Since it was about the same in ounces and we actually didn't finish the ribeyes. Service was incredible and the food was delicious! We will def. come back next time we're in Vegas!
