This place is a lot of fun - - great sake, delicious sushi and table-side freshly grated wasabi!! So good. We decided to make reservations here for dinner before the Cirque du Soleil show at Treasure Island. It was a Saturday night and the place was packed, we were seated in a back dining room which was definitely full but didn't feel overwhelming. Our server explained to us that the food comes from different kitchens so it will arrive at different times - - no biggie for us but the person sitting next to us was very upset by this approach. My sake flight was great, food was fresh and yummy and service was helpful and friendly.

Beautifully crafted flavor profiles that celebrate Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine! Highlights were the Moqueca Mista, Asevichado* Roll, and Coconut Matcha Sour.Food Ordered:Rock Shrimp Tempura - So good! Nice spice and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. Good layer of batter.Yellowtail Seviche - Very well balanced flavors and the fish was delicious.Asevichado* Roll - My favorite item! I could taste the blend of Japanese and Peruvian flavors. The aji amarillo leche de tigre ties everything together. I would come back for this roll. Moqueca Mista - So good! Light but super flavorful. The seafood was well cooked.Drinks: We ordered the Nashi and the Coconut Matcha Sour. We enjoyed both, but the star was definitely the Coconut Matcha Sour! We would go back just for that drink. Service: Our server (Micah) was lovely and one of the most memorable wait staff I have ever encountered. They made amazing recommendations, continually checked in, and was very sweet. Ambiance: Dim warm lighting with an overall inviting feel. This would be a really great date spot. Overall: Really great spot to try out with impeccable service. I would love to come back to try more of their drinks and rolls.

SUSHISAMBA is an awesome fusion concept with an upscale vibe.Every dish I tried was delicious and I would gladly eat again. It's a little pricy for what you get, but in line with what you can expect on the Strip/in any of the hotels. The service was great!Pro tip: for large groups, make a reservation for 2 people more than you actually plan to have. They like to maximize their space and put more people at each table than I would consider comfortable. (Ex they seated our group of 8 at a table I would consider big enough for 6). They gladly moved us after we brought up the issue, but it's just kinda awkward to bring up.

Great vibes! Loved how open and spacious the restaurant was. Service was amazing, Emmy was so knowledgeable of the sake selection! Does Hashimi was very fresh we also got the Shishido peppers and the steak, medium rare, which was grilled perfectly!

Had a wonderful pre-show dinner at Sushisamba. What separates this sushi spot from others is that there are a lot of South American and Brazilian influences on the menu, which was a nice surprise.We started with the rock shrimp tempura, which had a nice spice to it and the black truffle dressing was delicious. It was also a very generous portion size. We also shared the asevichado roll. This really reminded me of a Peruvian ceviche in sushi form, complete with crispy cancha, sweet potato, and leche de tigre.Finally, we shared the moqueta mista and I was blown away by how flavorful (and huge) this dish was. At $48, this dish came with shrimp, squid, sea bass, mussels, and clams and was so big, we couldn't finish it despite how delicious it was.Service was attentive and quick, which was appreciated as we had a show to get to, and the ambiance was moody and cozy. I would definitely visit this spot again if I'm ever at the Venetian!

After a 10 year absence, I've returned to Vegas! This was the first stop on the food train. First off, our server welcomed us back, which felt genuine. The food quality is still exceptional. Oh how I missed the smokey taste of the miso sea bass, and the richness of the pork belly. And who can forget the Peruvian corn w a slight citrus freshness. I truly love this place and even though the plan was to not at the same places we've frequented, the urge was too strong. And it was worth it. I guess this becomes a guaranteed visit every time i come....

Absolutely terrible!!!!! I could get better sushi at Safeway. I've never seen such a bad presentation. The manager came out and "said" he would take off the tempura roll.... When we received our ticket, we were still charged for the roll.Just another Venetian/Vegas scammmm!!! Take your $250 and get a dinner buffet somewhere.Told the manager I would leave a poor review and he didn't really care.
