One of my favorite sushi spots in town, it's consistently really solid. It's a tiny spot so sometimes the wait is really long, but you can put your number down and head to the bar across the parking lot for a drink while you wait. The vibe is cute, it's a nice spot. The quality for all you can eat is really solid. The nigiri is the highlight - the yellowtail and garlic tuna are fantastic. The rice to fish ratio is really good too. The rolls are good too, usually pretty stuffed with filling.

Had a late night craving for sushi so tried this spot out. This is the only spot I found in the area that closed after midnight so decide to try it. We got in and it wasn't too busy and we were able to sit at the sushi bar. We ordered sashimi of truffle yellowtail and garlic tuna. Also eel and yellowtail nigiri. The truffle yellowtail had enough taste of truffle that it mixed well. The garlic tuna was great and the nigiri rolls did not disappoint. It's tough to find good sushi spots away from Chinatown so this was a great find.

My friend and I went to try this place on her recommendation, sadly we were both disappointed. The ambience was nice, busy little place for Saturday lunch time, we were seated quickly and the staff very attentive. We both ordered the all you can eat lunch special and pretty much ordered conservatively and ate just about everything except for the Lisa Lisa roll which was not to my expectations as I have had it at other places a lot better, edamame spicy garlic was delicious but the portion very generous, impossible to eat it all, the 1/2 order Japanese lasagna was good size and delicious 4 pieces could only eat 2 as I was already getting overly satisfied. I express to the waitress my dislike with the Lisa roll and she said she will take to her manager about it as there is a charge for leftover food. I am not a novice at all you can eat sushi and always order the portions I can eat. I was charged and taxed an additional $15 for leftovers. Not a happy customer here.

Better than expected from a strip mall restaurant. The interior is beautifully decorated. Greeted immediately upon entering and seated quickly. You have the choice to order all you can eat or regular menu. I ordered the salted edamame and the shrimp lover roll. The edamame was a large serving, served warm, lightly salted. The shrimp lover roll was delicious. Big pieces with lots of flavor.

We loved sushi bomb! Came out late while visiting family in Summerlin. This was a hidden gem with super fresh fish and great late night hours. Even though it was open late night, there was not a bunch of drunk people or a huge mess caused by the same kind of crowd. Staff struck that great balance between providing everything you needed and not being intrusive. They maintained the great late night hours without sacrificing any of the quality or dining experience. I would definitely go back next time we are in Vegas.

Highly recommend the Orange Blossom roll and the Rainbow roll. So fresh ! Regularly visit this place and the staff is always on point. Love the open kitchen concept in the restaurant and the traditional painting on the wall. Would highly recommend for any Sushi lover. Just be prepared to wait on the weekends. Cant have great food without the busyy scene.

Sushi Bomb has been on my radar for many months. I wanted sushi so I drove the couple of miles here to give it a try. I was seated at a two top table and it was very comfortable. Water was brought and I looked over the AYCE menu.I decided to go easy and not leave filling like I had eaten too much. I started with a bowl of miso. It was one of the best I have had. Rich broth and a great starter.I ordered the pork belly and crazy jalapeño to get started. Both were quite good. The sauce on the pork belly was outstanding! Then came time for some rolls. Basic rolls can be ordered as a half roll which is great if you want to taste a number of different rolls. I don't remember the one I ordered but the second was something that I won't forget. It's a roll called the au de toilet. I was warned when I ordered this that it was their spiciest roll. It was spicy and I left feeling the heat. The roll consists of spicy tuna, cucumber topped with sautéed exotic spicy scallop, shrimp, mushroom and onion / eel sauce. It was fantastic and it will bring tears to your eyes and your mouth will feel like it's on fire, but it's so worth it.After that, I decided to have mango mochi for dessert, partly to cool my mouth from the au de toilet roll.Service was very good. The fish is nice and fresh. I'll be back and try some other things.
