Suns Beef Jerky Pecos

I love Suns Beef Jerky! Every time my husband and I come back to Vegas, we usually restock on their beef jerky. I have made my own and knowing the process theirs is soooo good! I especially love their teriyaki pork (both hot and regular) and teriyaki salmon! I've gone to their location at Pecos but now we usually go to the swap meet/Fantastic as we are usually only in Vegas for a weekend. It's nice because you can try it before you buy and when you get 10 they add a free bag.

I LOVE their chicken jerky! It's sooo tasty & soft. Nothing worse then getting a piece of jerky that you chew on forever & it doesn't even taste good or fresh! Not Sun's! This is a family owned/run business & everyone is soooo friendly! I made a special trip to here today to pick some up for a co-worker after she asked me to grab her 3 packages of their chicken jerky the next time I bought some. I decide to make a trip here today while I was out running errands. It's not far from home & easy to get to. Well of course I had to grab me a few packages too! The female owner is super sweet & is always excited to see me when I stop by & that's such a great feeling!! They also sell their jerky at The Farmer's Marker every Sunday on St Rose parkway. They're always at First Friday DT & The American Foodie Fest. I always buy jerky when ever I run into them. I've had other flavors too that are good. I like the pineapple & mango and sometimes I'll buy the spicy version but the chicken is my favorite & I always grab a few bags. I love their reward program too! One stamp per package on their business card and once you hit 10 you get a free bag! I'm always telling my friends about this place & how good it is. They even have samples so you can try any of their flavors and they have a lot!! If you like/love jerky this place is a must to try!! I love Sun's Beef Jerky. I've been a customer for years- my favorites are the hot salmon and the lime beef. Both are incredible. Some flavors of her jerky are dry, and some are moist. There are no secrets, you can try all of them. I love the super dry lime beef, but it's not for everyone. The mango one is more moist! You can't go wrong with any flavor!

Purchased a package of Sun's Beef Jerky ,Cecina Lime Beef Jerky from a farmers Market. I tried a few of their regular samples seemed good then bought a surgar free bag for my husband. He opened it on a road trip and it was so dry it was powdery, dead, dead. My husband is a jerky lover, raised cattle and made his own but wouldnt eat this pack. I called the owner Mike to say we had a over cooked bag but he said thats the way the customers like it. Not the kind of jerky we would buy again.

First off I always get Suns Beef Jerky when they are at First Friday. Only because it's closer to where I live. The jerky is one of my favorites from a local shop only because you can taste the freshness of the product and the only one I noticed that has ingredient and nutrition facts on the bag. My favorite flavor is the Beef Mango Hot Jerky. If you have not tried it ask for a sample and pick yourself up a bag. They are always so friendly and fast at serving customers.

I seen this place next to 7'11... I stopped in wanting a boba drink but with no boba lol my daughter gets taro without it so I asked for one they weren't making any drinks today I'm not sure why advertise them if you not making them or maybe I feel she was racist cause I'm white she didn't want to serve me either way Rude!!!!!

I can safely state that this is the best beef jerky, not to mention Thai jerky, I have had in my life. Suntharee, the founder, introduced me to this concept when I visited her booth, at the Fantastic Indoor Swap meet on Decatur, a few years back. Instantly, I feel in love with it and with her superior customer service. I just discovered this place on Pecos. The customer service displayed by Paula is exceptional as well and the jerky is as delicious as ever. Indeed, I prefer moist jerky and I always choose the moist mango kind. It hits the spot every time. It's so moist and tender, that you won't believe it is jerky. Far better than a Slim Jim's for sure. Try it out and you'll see what I mean. Cheers

This woman's quality really is down bad, to the cheap meat and bad ingredients, to greedy customer service. Just bad all around, don't waste your $10 on jerky that's not good and also bad for you. There's better jerky out there, I used to come here about 8 years ago. It was nothing like what it is today. Never buying this again.

Amazing beef jerky I always make sure to get some at first Friday!!! The Thai hot #10 is by far the absolute best highly recommended!!
