Sunrise Casablanca

The Casablanca Kitchen is now Open and Chef Carlos is the reason I have to update my review. Everything on the menu is delicious. He cooks with so much flavor! Pictured is The Casablanca Burger, Carne Asada Street Tacos, and The 3 Rolled Tacos. The menu is huge and I can't wait to try everything on it. They serve all day breakfast with amazing omelettes along with your favorite classic bar food items. They open at 11am so If you are on the East Side of Vegas , stop by and check them out. They also have gaming at the fully stocked bar

Service was nonexistent. Went around seven PM on a Saturday; maybe five people at the bar. Bartender was an older blonde female. Served one beer while playing and wasn't acknowledged beyond that. Asked if they had any specials and she just replied "no, nothing is on special". Continued playing, pushed the empty glass forward, and still no service. I would have even paid for it if she would have just acknowledged me. For the bar to be that empty and get such bad service is a real shame. Inside was nice, but definitely won't be back.

I'm a traveler all my younger life....been to many group gatherings and just 'night out'==feel that after reading ANY negative reviews,found that I needed to check it out myself. The greeting you will get from all the the barkeeps in this small little grill/bar is loud and often.SHANNON,whom was given a bad review only once===she takes the time to learn patrons names.She is quick to hand out slot winningsHanding you a menu,giving good advice.Their food is especially good,and servers will help you in anyway you need.Las Vegas is 24 hours?.but their kitchen has some strange limited hours.I enjoyed Casablanca...and would be proud to bring others in.

Nice place! Personable staff, the chicken was great, the rest of the food was perfectly fine but not standout. Drinks were solid and service was quick and attentive.

Stopped in here on January 22 for a little midweek date night. Was initially waited on by nice lady. Shift chged. New bartender asked us if we would like another couple by of drinks. We said yes. I asked for the wine other than Sutter Home. I said I believe it's the one you guys get from Costco. He said I don't think we get it from Costco. He said we don't get items from Costco and It's a wine that is brought in by a customer for her consumption only. He said he's really not allowed to touch it. His words. He would make an exception. Wow. Thanks. Felt like an imposition. Oh wait. Am I not the customer? Was I asking too much? Interestingly enough she must bring in a case, because I saw more identical bottle tops in cooler AND I was given the last of partially used bottle as my first glass by previous bartender. No problems. I live in area and have seen Costco delivery van in their parking lot. Interesting. I felt very unwelcome since bartender was making a special exception that he did not want to accommodate. He offered me Sutter Home or a Chablis. Uh. No thanks. We drank Sutter Home at keggers in high school. While yr at it, try stocking some Blue Nun please. We visited this bar several months back. We were waited on my Shanon. She told us they had added a new wine. Sonoma County Chardonnay. Yep. I believe carried only by Costco. Hence the name Kirkland plastered on label. I should know. I do buy this wine often. Sooooooooo. This was our third last time we will frequent this establishment. Granted it is more convenient and closer to our home, but anymore date nite, happy hours will be spent at Timbers. Always welcoming. Food is good and I don't have to be a special exception by requesting wine not served at prom. As a side note, I specifically asked if I could bring my own unopened wine and then have it sold back to me. I was told not allowed. Our money spends just as well other places. Buh byeThanks for the quick reply. Well according to your staff, wine is purchased from Costco. AND bartender specifically stated a customer brings in the wine they prefer and is solely for their consumption. I was an exception. I was privileged enough to break into their stock. I find this odd since I requested the same courtesy. I was denied. Rating stands. You have a nice place, great views etc. If I need a view, got a great one from my home. Need a night out, howdy Timbers.

Phil was a terrible bartender. He was very rude to my wife when she asked to play pool. My old fashion was terrible. He cleared the bar out and did not want a busy bar. Did not want to make money as we were there to spend money. We spent over 200 with Shanon but he did not want our business. Please find a new graveyard bartender so we can come enjoy the night and spend money!Food was great. Ambiance was pretty cool until Phil closed down the outside seating areas and refused to allow pool to be played.

Casablanca has become our go to bar on Sunrise. We've stopped going to the other bar's up on the mountain. They have the best bartenders. Shannon keeps you laughing and is always making sure you have what you need. Friday nights with both Shannon and Jim are packed with good drinks, music, people and food. It's the best locals place on the Eastside.

Great staff, amazing food! They have so many options. I've tried something new every time, the chicken fingers and Chicken Philly are a hit!

The most unwelcome feeling I have ever had walking into a place. Came in around 4pm on a Monday. Some older folks around the bar playing machines and the rest of the place was empty. No one behind the bar. We were standing at the entrance and no employees could be seen. One person came out of (maybe) the kitchen, saw us, grabbed an ice bucket , and went back to the kitchen. We were standing there for about 5 minutes and then left. We have lived in the area for 28 years and saw on Yelp that the kitchen was open and rave reviews about Chef Carlos. Came in to try the food. We won't be back.

Good is good - the bartenders are awesome. The place is very clean and great atmosphere.
