Relax in the clean room with a nice sized bathroom and the faucet & shower has hot water - no joke! The large and spacious casino has a great bingo ballroom and bowling alleys - a beautiful golf course too! There are a good choice of restaurants here. The parking lot/garage is yuge and there's always a lot of free parking available. This is a very good hotel and casino and I look forward to coming back!

We had a short but nice stay at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino in Summerlin. The highlight for us was the stunning view through the wide window in our room, it perfectly framed the mountain backdrop and the lush golf course, making the stay pleasant. The hotel offers self-parking, though there is a resort fee at check-in. For added convenience, valet service is also available. We appreciated having two restaurants on-site, making it easy to grab a meal without leaving the property.Even though our visit was just overnight, the combination of the breathtaking views, convenient amenities, and relaxing atmosphere made it memorable. It's a great spot for a quick getaway, especially if you love gorgeous scenery and a quiet location in Summerlin.

leave it to boyd gamiing.... they recently opened their beautiful remodeled sports book that has left nothing to the imagination; that is, the various types of seating & terrific screens everywhere; nothing missing except:hospitality. boyd hasn't a clue & never has. if you play at the bar, your beer will be 6 ounces. and nowhere in sight is a hot dog or brat or anything to eat... unless you want to take the elevator to the 2nd floor bowling alley. several of us have urgently mentioned to the guys at the booths that we need at least a hot dog cart & a $2.00 beer. they all agree. but no dice.we are from the midwest, home of hospitality, and we don't plan to return until boyd learns how.

Overall the hotel/resort is what you would expect from an older facility. No smoking in the room so once you make it up to the your room the smell is mostly gone. The room our family stayed in definitely needs to be updated. We were forced to stay at this hotel due to a mandatory stay and play Soccer tournament with Surf Soccer club. A deep cleaning of the rooms should definitely be done. The chair in our room appeared to have multiple stains and some areas of "stickiness" that we didn't want to touch. For being in what they call the premier area it definitely left much to be desired.

The ghost that does not was to be disturbed! This was an over priced hotel that was in extreme need of a remodel. The price was on par with other hotels near and you would assume since it is in one of the largest casinos in the Summerlin area that the rooms would be nice.the sheets were thin and the bed was not comfortable. I was disappointed and to make matters worse there was an over priced resort fee! The internet was slow at best and there was nothing resort like about this stay. I would pass on this hotel.

This is strictly based on the ARCADE. Arcade used to be decent, but now their games that you can actually win tickets on like one of their main games is broken. It's kind of hard to win a lot of tickets there to be honest with you because again they have really bad games and the prices went up per game to $1.50 which is a bit much when you don't win anything you don't even get close to winning anything. We used to have fun there but honestly this will most likely be the last time we go here. The guy that's works there was friendly tho real chill and answered questions when asked. The only good thing is we go when it's never crowded which is a good thing.

The service at the front desk was great and super helpful. The rooms are spacious but they didn't have a microwave and the bathroom needed updating. Overall, it met my needs for my stay here for work but I really don't enjoy the smell of cigarettes every time I have to come and go to get to my room. I don't plan to come back here but it's not the worst.

Our experience at The Suncoast CASINO catering was a mix of disappointment and gratitude.Every year we had one or two events for our family or our company, we decided to have our most important event of our life there, our wedding. The event coordinator, Nicki, was unhelpful and unresponsive. Every question we asked was met with a one-word answer, lacking any effort to assist or guide us. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and having a coordinator who doesn't communicate or support made things unnecessarily frustrating. As an exemplar, when we gave them initial payment, they offered Champagne for the toast and we didn't have even the glasses. We ask her again about that service prior to the event, with no answer. But she kept reminding us the balance payment over and over. However, Saul, Sammy, the servers, the bartender, were the true stars of the night. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our guests were taken care of. His great attitude and excellent service were a highlight of our evening. We truly appreciate Saul, Sammy hard work, but we wish the coordination had been handled with the same level of care and professionalism. It was our wedding!!
