Summerlin Takeout

Just trying to catch up on my Yelp reviews after my vacation and just realized I never posted this one. Well , I came here August 27 on my way to Mt Charleston where I finally stayed at the cabins for a night getaway. I was looking for somewhere different that I hadn't been to and this popped up. The pictures looked tasty and the reviews looked pretty good. Yes it is kind of a strange place that you order on a kiosk only and someone does give it to you or they have these lockers that you can pick up your order I guess if you call in or order online. This place is located inside a building called Summerlin Takeout on the corner of South Rainbow and Westcliff. They have several restaurants listed on the kiosk to order from which again seems strange since you only see the one building and only one pickup window. I ordered from Limbo. I got the Classic Smashburger , Seasoned Fries , and a Coke. With tax it came to $19.34. The burger was 2 All Beef Patties, American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Spicy Aioli. It was very good. I would take this over In-n-Out any day. The Seasoned Fries were good also , again I liked them better than In-n-Out fresh cut fries. With the seasoning I think it would be better if they were steak fries. They have a very good looking chicken sandwich that I want to go back and try.

I had seen this place previously and just happened to be in the area, so I went in for a quick bite.The parking was easy enough. I went inside and ordered off their kiosk. The kiosk is very user-friendly and quick. I decided on Casa Madrid and ordered the Arroz con leche Spanish rice pudding and headed out to get gas while the order was prepaid.Just a heads up, if waiting for your food, the inside waiting area is smaller. There are lockers to pick up orders and a two-person bench, and room for a couple of people to stand.After a couple of minutes I had my food in hand. There are some specific things I really appreciated when opening my bag:- Instead of the normal fork/spoon/knife with salt and pepper and a less-than-ideal flimsy napkin, I actually was given exactly what I needed: two spoons and two durable napkins.- The container is durable and made to withstand being transported instead of one wrong turn ruining your meal and your car.The Arroz con leche Spanish rice pudding has a lot of light flavors combined. Hints of lemon and possibly a small amount of coconut and, of course, cinnamon. A sweet bun on the side was a delicious surprise!I will be coming back to try an entire meal for sure!"

Initially, when this place opened up, the service was excellent. Now, they've gotten comfortable where they're at and have begun slacking big time. Orders that should take 10 minutes to prepare, are suddenly taking two or three times longer.The worse part of it all is that they deliberately lie to you about the wait time. They tell you what you want to hear rather than what you need to hear. I hate it when people lie. I have no respect for these poor-charactered people.

Summerlin Takeout is a fabulous addition to Las Vegas where all restaurants are in one place, it's a one-stop hub for takeout and delivery. You'll find them near 95 freeway on Rainbow and Westcliff, in the same area as Chevron Gas station. The Rainbow location opened in January 2023. They have a total of 25 different restaurant kitchens in the building. A detailed menu is available online, there are some restaurants that close on certain days. Ordering is done online or via kiosk. This location is for pick up only. There's no dining in but they do have a small seating area to wait for your order, and the food gets prepared fast!

Just had a delicious chicken sandwich from Jawgogis Express tasted great! Crispy delicious and juicy chicken, great sauce and excellent slaw.

0 zero stars. Save your money. The Frys were old and cold. The fish was cold, smelly and generally disgusting. Waste of $22. Took one bite and spit it out. Inedible! I'll never order here again.

All these great restaurants under one roof. So many choices, quality food. My local favorites.Everyone in my family can order what they want, and be happy.... without me driving to 10 places. Thank God. This is a genius idea.

bad customer service , take 130-200 hours to get food from this place I'm visiting this soul food place... My wife and daughter had to wait for food at 12.50
