Subway

Ordered a footlong and got a 6in sub instead. Tried calling to get my order corrected and no answer. The subway app keeps crashing.

The workers here literally just stopped all business for more than 4 hours. They said they were baking bread. Every subway I've ever seen the workers make the bread while still serving customers!! I waited hours for them to start work again so I could order what I really wanted to eat. I ended up paying twice as much at the hotel because the workers just stopped working during regular business hours!! I ordered here yesterday and the sandwich was $17!! Just a regular sandwich, chips and a bottle of water...$17!!! Add bad service/workers and forget it!!

The workers at this location are very rude , I asked for there names to report them and they would not give there names, every time a customer would go up to get drinks from the machine they would turn it off, vegetables are old and they just pick them out the containers and throw them on the floor

I understand wanting to get out at close. But when people pull in at 11:55 and you get the food done within 2 minutes. Counting the drawers to get out while we are waiting to be checked out is not the right decision. We stood in line for 10 minutes just waiting to pay. But the the girl behind the counter just continued to count her drawers. I didn't catch her name or I definitely would of put it on here as she was also extremely rude. Hopefully if I come again my experience is better.

I mean it was a subway on the strip in a hotel. OK, prices are going to be skewed, but $12 for a footlong turkey sub? C'mon! And it wasn't even that great! Not to mention I was standing there to order at the counter and the total jerk of a guy looked passed me and asked my husband what he wanted to order! My hubby, being a gentlemen let me order first, but it was really rude! I was standing there and he totally ignored me. What a @#$! It is nice to have fast food in the hotel, but $12 footlongs are a bit much for Subway quality.

Well I am usually satisfied with subway but not the one at this location. Service was terrible. They were slim on selection of chips and guy said that's what we have to choose from because he doesn't want to go get the other chips from the back so we settled. Then went to get my drink (dr.pepper) and I informed the man that it was out of syrup and he told me that means I would have to change it and I don't want to go get it please get something else!!!! I said well I really don't like anything else and he began to complain that he would have to go all the way upstairs to get it so I need to get something else. I was shocked ! Terrible customer service!!! And the bread tasted very old! Will never go back!

This guy was extremely rude I went to eat here and I was standing waiting and he acted like he was going to help me and starting putting gloves on and looked at me and laughed and then walked away so I just left and got food somewhere else

The service in this place is very bad, since we arrived all the employees were unwilling to serve us and there have been more than 2 occasions that the same thing has happened, I am from California and I come to eat here since I like their sandwiches, I would never go back this subway point, THE WORST OF THE WORST.

Just wanted to give a big shout out and thumbs up to the woman who was manning this location completely alone, very late at night when we stopped in. Not only did she take care of a group of 3 in front of us but she got our orders prepped while she did so, even as more people filed in behind us, and she did it with the most positive attitude and what I assume is a smile under her mask. She was prompt, she was polite, sweet as pie, and she had excellent customer service. I've never been more inclined to give someone a great review, I made her write her name down while she rang us up. We asked what she would be doing for Christmas and her only reply was "I'll be here but it's ok, my kids are grown". I've worked in retail for over a decade and I know what it's like to work on the holidays regardless of having children or not, and I just want to show her our appreciation and let her know that our 10 minute interaction was one that we will remember...she deserves some credit! Not sure if I am spelling this right, but LaValentavine Harold I hope you see this and I hope you know that you're amazing and you put a giant smile on our faces, thank you and happy holidays girl!

Service extremely slow, they intentionally serve POC slower if a person of color is next, of on their down tim you want to wait 20+minutes this is your place.
