Subway

Decided to try a new sandwich today. Honey mustard chicken. I usually get the teriyaki onion chicken. Ordered ahead on line and took advantage of a special. 15 minutes later drove up and picked it up. Uneventful. My favorite way to pick up a lunch order. Store was clean and bright with plenty of tables. Sunny afternoon with plenty of parking and a pet store next door to stroll through after I picked up lunch.

I went in to this establishment to pick up a quick meal while I was out and about. The store had serviceable customer service. I was greeted immediately by friendly staff who took my order. I ordered a total of 3 sandwiches, for myself and my family. When we went to eat the sandwiches, the bread tasted horrible, the meat tasted horrible, the produce tasted horrible. Both my children and wife refused to eat the food due to the taste being so poor. The poor review has nothing to do with staff, but is completely due to the horrible food. My recommendation would be drive 1 mile down the road and go to Jersey Mike's.

I am shocked to see this store's overall Yelp rating of just two stars; and to read the most recent reviews, almost all of which suck. I rarely go to a SUBWAY (I'm just not a sandwich person) but my husband and I stopped in this morning in order to buy food to take with us; we were headed to the Valley of Fire.Veronica greeted us when we entered. She finished assisting that customer and then turned her polite and professional attention to us. I told her that I'm not familiar with the SUBWAY menu and asked for a sandwich suggestion. I said, "I'd like guacamole and lots of veggies but no meat." Veronica suggested the Cali Caprese Wrap. She told me what's in it and I ordered it. My husband then told her that he wanted meat. He ordered the 12" Club Sub. We bought cookies and chips. We put the sandwiches into a cooler; the chips and cookies were in a nice brown SUBWAY carry-out bag.When we ate a couple of hours later, my wrap was delicious. And it was chock full of veggies. There was not just guacamole but also slices of avocado. Hubby liked his sandwich, as well. The Oatmeal Raisin cookies were good; thin, chewy. Not great but good enough.My only complaint is that, once we were ready to eat, we realized that we had not put paper towels into the car. We hoped we'd find napkins in the brown SUBWAY bag but there were no napkins. Fortunately, we had Kleenex tissues which sufficed.Lunch for two was under $30. Service was above reproach; five star all the way.

Wasted my money. Placed an order, order was delivered. Missing some items. Called them up to ask about it and they straight lied saying they put the missing item in the bag. I wouldn't call them if it wasn't missing. Not even mad about it missing, just be honest and own up to it.The guy went silent on the phone for 5 whole minutes too then went back on saying "what's going on? It just went silent!" Then hangs up. What an a s s h o l e

I really like this Subway and visit often. They were recently closed for a few days and when I stopped in today, I know why: the store was remodeled and looks fantastic! It's modern and bright and I really love the clean lines and colorful displays. The bread is always soft and meats taste great. Their chips are well-stocked and I like selecting a bottled drink instead of a fountain drink for my combo. Plus, if I need a cookie fix, they have a good variety on display when I stop by. Service is friendly and staff is nice and accomodating. Looking forward to my next visit!

Subway bags are horrible. I almost dropped my sandwich because the bag is so flimsy. Also, the guy who made my sandwich made it in a rush to where the sandwich just looked like ingredients were thrown together. Burnt my pretzel and put salt in when I asked not to. I always tip, but didn't that time.

Horrible !! No ppl skills for the 2 women there working the day we visited this location. I asked for mayo, oil & vinegar- none when I got home ! The 2nd sandwich was supposed to have mustard....had 2 squirts on it, literally ! Never again, sorry & used my own condiments...thanks lol

Clearly, management doesn't care about their employees or customer service. Just someone taking advantage of being in the neighborhood. Used the app to order a couple of sandwiches on a Saturday evening. Said it would be ready in about fifteen minutes. We arrived to pick it up and it was done an hour later. Had one kid working by himself. Five people ahead some us. Manager actually called the store to make sure the employee didn't close early. One employee by himself to handle all the closing responsibilities. Probably not the safest idea. This store could be so much better. Other better choices now available just down the street. Avoid until management cares.

On Sunday, they open at 9 AM. I showed up at 9:10 and two teenage boys were still putting the store together. They said they had to wait till the stove to heat up. I waited until about 20 after nine and they said that it still took another 6 to 7 minutes for the oven to even warm up to make the sandwiches. why would the store not be ready to serve customers at 9 o'clock instead of waiting until 9 o'clock to start opening and putting the store together. So an essence, the store is not really open till about 9:30 AM. I looked around the notice that the floors and the tables were still dirty from the day before, this place lack any management at all.

I have been to this subway multiple times but this most recent was my worst experience. As a former employee, I know that you are expected to be respectful to all customers and this was not my experience. I order the same sandwich every time and this is the only time i did not enjoy it. I asked for salami and pepperoni with fresh mozzarella and was not asked if it was okay that the cheese was extra. after toasting i was asked multiple times, rudely, if i was done ordering. once i was done ordering for my sandwich i was not asked if i would like a drink, chips, or anything else. i was checked out and rushed out of the store although i had fairly loudly told my fiancé that i wanted a drink and a cookie. the kid at the counter was also yelling at other employees from the front. i am very disappointed.
