Storming Crab

We decided to come try Storming Crab for their Christmas menu. The inside is also super spacious designed to look like a ship. For $48 we got cheese bread, fried shrimp, fries, 1 lb of snow crab, 1 lb of shrimp, two potatoes, and two corns.There was so much food for two people and Sam's spice level with the Cajun sauce was extremely satisfying for us. Not too spicy. Our waitress was super attentive regardless ensuring we always had a full glass of water.We had such a great experience!

I recently visited Storming Crab, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the sight of live lobsters, which really sets the scene for a fun seafood feast.We opted for the all-you-can-eat option, and it was definitely worth it! I chose the crab legs for my boil bag, while my husband went for the lobster. Sharing both was a treat, and we were both thrilled with the freshness and flavor of the seafood.One standout for us was the seafood bread - it tasted like cheesy bread but even better! We couldn't get enough of it. The atmosphere was comfortable, and we had no trouble finding parking outside. The waitresses were friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.If only I lived closer to Storming Crab, I'd be there all the time! Highly recommend this place for any seafood lovers out there!

Great sea food. Fresh and well presented. Really delicious sauces too.Ambiance is very campy and cute.Service was good though not great. They really need to provide better napkins.

I love a good seafood boil and this place does not disappoint! Their sauce flavors are always soo good and full of flavor and spice. They give you complimentary bread with your order which is really good! Their seafood is always fresh and the quantity is always up there with the quality! Their service is always pleasant and timely. The booths are fun because if you happen to have a pen or sharpie you can add your name to the wall. Their baked oysters are also always good and have lots of flavor and no gritty taste to them.

We had a good meal and managed to try several different things. I only saw one waitress for several tables but she did a great job. We also received free bread as others have captured. The walk in entrance has projections that respond to your footsteps. Fun for the kids. It was not too loud, you get a bib, gloves, plenty of napkins, and hand wipes for pre or post meal cleanup. I had the 1lb black mussel lunch combo for $26 that included 1/2 corn on the cob and a small potato. The sauce had a good flavor as Storming Signature with "Sam's" for spicy. It was not overpowering spicy but tasty so ymmv. The lobster tail was pretty-cut but quite warm after finishing half of the mussels so it was difficult to remove from the shell and pierced thru the plastic gloves. The oysters were the star of the meal and we enjoyed them. The horseradish was tasty on the raw oysters. Our option two go to is salt and lemon juice makes them even better. We got out of there for a little under $90 with two soft drinks yet had some cod, sweet potato fries, and calamari to take home.

Very large crab boil spot in a great plaza with lots of parking. There was no wait for a table, however only one waitress for the whole place. Service was fast and the waitress was nice. We ordered:Calamari - these were okay, kind of rubbery and was only served w ketchup. Good flavor thoFrog legs - tasted great! well cooked and a big portion for an appSweet potato fries - would 100% pass on these. Very lackluster (no seasoning, not crispy) Lunch special for $26 was great. We chose the crab legs and shrimp. It came with a red potato and corn! Got mild with the mix all 3 sauce. The mild was spicier than expected but very tasty! The shrimp were huge and the portion of crab legs were good too. I like how they offer to keep it in the bag or to pour it on the platter for easy eats. Overall great bang for your buck. I would skip the apps and go straight for the seafood boil! The lunch special is a great deal, and they have a lot of all day combos as well that are a good price.

This is the second time coming back and still very impressed! The waitresses are so nice! They know the menu. I love how clean this place is and I love the spices! Their appetizer selection is great! 10/10

My daughter and I decided to have dinner here to start our holiday vacation as our school we work for started their two week vacation on a Friday in December. (This is a late post).We enjoy crab. This was a treat for us. We both were wanting to try Storming Crab for a long time. We were happy we did. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and filling, and the atmosphere was quiet. It's a nice place to go. The prices are comparable to other seafood restaurants I've been to. I want to return in the future to try more seafood options.

The food was good, but service was poor, the manager was who explained the menu, poorly I might add, and explained that if you order the "all you can eat" that you can't order extra food and take it home but could pay a fee to take home your left overs. I thought if I ordered extra than my original order that is what she meant. Not true, they also said that if my wife or I ordered the "all you can eat menu" the other had to order it as well to prevent sharing. I felt like I was accused before the crime. I will not ever go back ! Another waitress brought me the bill to explain a five dollar charge to take home our left overs and I refused to take, I noticed the bill did not include my wife's food cost, so I showed her and she corrected the bill from $48 to $112 and didn't even thank me for telling them that they had made a mistake for my benefit.

The food and the service here were amazing! So flavorful and a great amount of seafood for the price. Yvonne is such a great server. We will be back here ASAP
