Came here for the first time with my family tonight and the food was really good. Wyatt took really good care of us and suggested the best steak we have ever had. He was also a really great communicator and server. Thank wyatt and STK!!!!

STK is a great place to eat with a good vibe. I've been here a couple times and have enjoyed it every time. But this time, our waitress, Jen, made it even better! Jen was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. She had an amazing vibe and a great smile. Thanks Jen! Hope to see you next time.

Oysters- Fresh PEI oysters with a horseradish kick, but nothing overpowering. Skirt Steak (Medium Rare)- Very tough, not the best texture. Chimichurri- Overly oily, lacking balance. Truffle Fries- Excellent! Steak-cut, crispy, and flavorful. Table Bread- Tasted good but dry without the balsamic; almost stale. Mushrooms- Skip these. Some pieces were woody, and dark herb stems were left in, making for an unpleasant texture. Beignets- Dense but delicious, donut-sized, topped with fresh cream. Espresso Martini (Tequila-Based)- Great flavour, though a bit watery. Still an enjoyable cocktail. Service:- Fantastic overall. - Server:Peter - Attentive and friendly. Ask for Peter!- Hostess:Pleasant and accommodating when asked for a different table. - Support Staff - Efficient and friendly, adding to a well-run dining experience. Came in during happy hour (5pm) but chose the full dinner menu. In hindsight, the happy hour options might have been the better choice. While the service was excellent, the food was hit-or-miss, with highlights like the truffle fries and beignets but disappointments like the steak and mushrooms. The service is the reason for the three stars (could have been 5!) Food however ... not so much. Restaurant was clean, dishes were plated nicely. A dark vibe but overall felt classy. Prepared to give them a second go around in future based on the service alone.

STK Las Vegas is that girl when it comes to an upscale steakhouse experience. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is on point--chic, stylish, and giving luxury without being stuffy. I loved the aesthetic, the energy, and most importantly--the food.Let's start with the steaks. Perfection. Cooked exactly how I wanted, flavorful, and just melted in my mouth. The lamb chops? Also perfect. The sides are served family-style, so be ready for some generous portions (enough for four people). We had the spinach, mac and cheese, loaded mashed potatoes, and broccolini--every single one was amazing. Not a single miss. The drinks? Immaculate. The service? Next level. Issac was our server, and honestly, he was the highlight of the night. He made the whole experience even better--attentive, fun, and just on point. If you go, request Issac. Trust me, he's worth it.Now, let's talk price--it's definitely on the expensive side. We averaged about $200 per person, but for the quality of food, ambiance, and overall experience, it was worth every dollar. If you're looking for a top-tier steakhouse in Vegas with incredible food, a great atmosphere, and five-star service, STK is it. 10/10, I'd go back in a heartbeat.

STK Steakhouse at the Cosmopolitan is a hit! I have been to the STK in the Cosmo various times. This time around it was no different. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the great ambience - a perfect blend of modern chic and cozy comfort. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring our every need was met. A special shoutout to the sommelier who provided an excellent wine pairing that elevated our dining experience. We started our evening with some delicious tequila old fashioneds, which set the tone for a fantastic night. The oysters were fresh and delightful, and the monkey bread was dangerously amazing - a must-try!For the main course, I opted for the Australian wagyu, which was tender and cooked to perfection. The addition of truffle butter made it even more indulgent. Although we were quite full, we couldn't resist trying the donuts for dessert, and they did not disappoint.STK is a great venue for celebrations or business dinners. We had a private room for our executives, which provided the perfect balance of privacy and interaction, with constant attention from the STK staff.Overall, STK Steakhouse is definitely a must-visit if you're staying at the Cosmopolitan or nearby hotels. Highly recommended!

Listen.... this place is my jam. Now I'm a bougie steak snob... I've seen a lot of food here but I stick to filet at a Steakhouse. Their seafood looks good i just want a filet. I'm also super picky about seasoning and flavor. I LOVE their steak toppings but I genuinely just want the basic seasoning on my steak. I have sent my steak back a few times when the cook is off but they are gracious and helpful. 6 oz is $64 10 oz is $81.The bread at the table is awesome.... the butter on it is AMAZING... and i love the dipping oil.I've had the cheesy hashbrowns and they were good... but the Mac and Cheese is my preference. Sides are around $22.Had a Peppermint Espresso martini at Christmas and it was so freaking good. Drinks are $23-26.Haven't had dessert because I'm full be the time i leave. The to go containers are nice and easy to carry. Service is always so great. I have only gone alone and in very casual clothes (think sweats)... I've neve been made to feel any type of way. I've never been rushed. The atmosphere is a freaking party. Most people take the opportunity to dress to the nines... it's vegas. I just figure it have the money I'm paying for my food... don't worry about what I wear. You do you boo....Music is awesome and there's a great happy hour every single day....I tend to go late. I may try dessert tonight even though I'm already full lol if you see a picture of one then I did lol This IS a chain... but I've been to other strip steak place and this is my jam and my favorite.

Decided to come to STK just to try their happy hour menu. It's available 7 days a week from 2:30-5:30pm. 7 items for $7.00 each. Reservations aren't needed. There's also drink specials too. The speciality cocktail list will be $12. Keep in mind, the portions are pretty small so don't come here expecting normal dinner size portions. I love the vibe...they had EDM/current hits mix loudly playing. We sat at one of the high tops table by the bar area. We ordered quite a few things...some items had a round 2 because we enjoyed it that much. -scallop & avocado ceviche: At $7, this was fantastic! We felt the portion was enough for that price. The flavor was good and fresh. We ordered 3 of these. One for each of us and one to share. -lil bgr & truffle fries: be warned, the portion is meant for a 4 year old so don't just ordered this and call it a day. LOVEDDD the truffle fries. This is where they lost a star. Requested to patty to be well done but it came out still very pink on the inside. (See photo attached). And they STILLLLLL could NOT get it right with the next 2 sliders they bought out. Whoever was the chef on Saturday 1/11/25 needs to get a refresher cooking course. When a customer ask for anything well done, there should be NO PINK at all. -chimi steak skewer: two bites max lol. Another small portion but the flavoring was good. Whether or not you believe $7 is worth it depends on the individual. But..my husband said he would order this again. He even got two orders of this.-salmon slider: good choice...we enjoyed it.All in all, this was one of the better happy hour spots I've been to. Will definitely come again!
