The benefits of achieving Chairman status has yielded little in the risk reward realm. Some small comps but when I asked for Red Rock Casino the offered 2 nights which was comped. I told my host that I would like a haircut and a massage. He said just put it on my room not saying anything else. I assumed that it would be comped well it wasn't. When I called him I got voicemail. Figures right? . So I had to pay for it to check out I was steaming! I called my bank and filed a complaint. They gave me provisional credit for the two charges I disputed until they could investigate. Red Rock casino caved in Moral of the Story: Make sure you have your comps prearranged and confirmed. Don't get sucked in to getting to the top levels of players status. It's not worth it in the end. Ps I wrote to the Station Casinos executive office and I got a canned response. Several times and after rephrased questions I got the same canned message. I'm glad I'm leaving Vegas soon. Good luck to everyone! RJB

If you're visiting Henderson, NV and your quest is to find the tightest nonpaying off slots in town look no further you found them Sunset Station Casino! I had stop patronizing their establishment years ago due to what seem like slot machines that need to be audited by the Nevada Gaming Commission! I was their several nights and did not witness one single payoff! I started back going for fun after The Yard House open, but I will keep my business there at the restaurant and stay off the gaming floor. I had a conversation with a worker at one of the stores nearby after I had left Sunset Casino, and you know what she said, " You might as well throw your money on their floor!" And you know what she is absolutely right! Because you might as well be giving it away for free! The worst and I mean the worst gambling experience I ever had this year. If you go and look around the only machines displaying jackpots and spitting out coins on their screens are the ones with nobody on them running through their promo cycle to try to get you to play. But that's just an illusion! Pretty much like your chance of winning any substantial jackpot here. But don't take my word for it go there and see for yourself! By the way don't worry about getting jacked outside this casino because all the sanctioned robbing, thieving and jacking is going on inside. I hope someone from the Nevada Gaming Commision is reading this review. Station Casino I DNR.

Stayed at their red rock casino and left the same night because the rooms were nasty!! there were hand prints on the windows from people having sex, bed bugs on the mattress, when we tried to call the front desk we never got through, when we demanded a refund they wouldn't give us one, I posted a review on their Red Rock page and even emailed and got nothing back, actually got a message saying sorry you had a bad experience come back again! lol what??

Oh hell no!!!!!!Really?. No Champagne glasses? No glasses at all only plastic...We are not partying in the back of a Truck or in a field!Class and service is what sets you apart.I'm not returning here! I gave them several chances to prove that they had class.I'll give my money elsewhere...

This must be said, Charms is a joke and a waste of resources that could have been used for better rewards for your patrons. No one cares about a charm that has no value or worth to gamblers. Ask anyone about it they all say the same thing.I also have to mention the changes you are doing at sunset Station is horrible. You move the keno bar to the brass fork where the entrance is blocked by the customers waiting in line to be seated in the dining room. Your new and exciting slots are located in hidden locations and up against the walls in areas that cannot be seen easily. Like the mega bucks vault, huff n more puff and much much more. At least green valley and red rock has the right idea of placing the machines where you can easily see them. That's probably why they are always busy.Your bingo hall at sunset is the most outdated of all station properties. Where you used to offer machine games are now all paper and there is NO separate smoking room. I don't think it's hard to make it non smoking while in an hour session if you are not planning to renovate it! Your demographic there is the elderly and most do not smoke. Why is it that your bingo halls at boulder, palace, Santa fe, red rock and green valley have separate smoking rooms but not sunset?The smoke is terrible in all the casinos and understand that it used to be norm but if you want to encourage the next generation to visit your properties and stay to gamble, eat and gather you should consider changing it as they are more health conscious. I'm sure your customers and employees would benefit from a smoke free environment or to have a CHOICE!I hope this reaches someone in your corporate office that will maybe consider making sensible changes that will make your customers more happy!

Station Casinos has a wide range of hotels and all casinos.They provide excellent gaming and dining options throughout Las Vegas.Their loyalty program is excellent. The comps from free play, hotel stays and food are generous compared to other brands.They even remember to send out Happy Birthday Reminders. Thanks Station Casinos for taking care of me through the last two decades.

Horrible place. That's why they're mostly empty now. They cater to retired ppl who don't want to be bothered either. They're unwelcoming to people of color and the security guards are the worst.

I came here for the tomato soup but they stop serving it so there is no reason to come back, since slots have gotten so tight after the renovation. Guess they need to pay less so they can pay for the renovations

Palace station hotel manager 10-9-24 at about 13:00 was absolutely awful to me. I called earlier in the day about a room offer they said it was full but I could still park my 18 wheeler there and gamble. Now I am a nice polite man and she was awful to me. Told me I could pay with 290 or 384$ for a room or I would have to leave. What a wretched person.

The biggest scam is gambling there at their casinos these days ! I am a regular at their neighborhood casinos , I played the same machines for a decade and I use to win and lose but at least it seemed that I got something! Starting this year all the machines are different, all regulars don't get much of anything, definitely they manipulate chips at the machines! Thru Covid it was busy and the Casinos got lots of money so their greed extended and continued to squeeze their patrons from every penny ! When some of the regulars complained straight to management saying they are leaving if this situation continues , the response was : they will be others ! Shameful and Disgusting!!! All they care is taking your money , no respect or appreciation for the people like us who made them rich in all this time , thinking they go there and count on their luck not manipulation ! They are replacing their managers like socks and the new comer has to prove himself how much profits he can produce so he is tightening the winnings ! it's amazing that Gaming Commissioner doesn't do something!, frankly this deserve to looked into ! What luck ? You try every machine , spending hundreds and even thousands and get nothing for a year ? Yet you go to a grocery or gas station machine and win !? So is not the same luck , just in the casino ? They are a joke , it's worse the robbery! Most of regulars left and go to other places ! The "rewards " there are garbage , the monthly is horrible it's almost insulting ! At other places you get way more even if you go once a year , so forget Station ! In specially the Santa Fe Casino used to be a loved place but the changes this year are horrendous!, the list of problems is to long , Its sad but at this point everyone knows , everyone is taking and are stoping going there ! They deserve it and hope they get a taste of their medication and wake up !
