Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro is an Italian Style Restaurant and Bar located in the Rampart Casino in Summerlin. This restaurant has a lavish spectacular atmosphere. We tried this restaurant for restaurant week. It was three courses for only $30. My meal normally would have cost $48. so we gave it a try. They started us off with garlic toasts that were similar to croutons. My husband tried the polenta with meatballs. The meatballs were a bit dry but someone slipped with the black pepper and the meatballs were extra spicy. I had the pear and gorgonzola salad. This was a very bitter salad that was hard to eat because the arugula was bitter, the pears were unripe, and the dressing was very bitter. My husband got the vodka rigatoni. He said that the sausage was good but the pasta was over cooked.I got the chicken senape (mustard-citrus sauce). It was a very large portion of food. My vegetable didn't make it to the plate so we had to ask for it. The chicken was moist and good but the skin needed to be removed since it wasn't crisp. The carrots were underdone and the potatoes were overdone. We ended with tiramisu. One had a lot of cocoa on it and the other had very little. Mine was still frozen in the center. The majority of our plates weren't cleared until after the bill was paid.My take is - large servings of not the best food that is reasonably priced in an amazing atmosphere.

Spiedini Fiamma - Came in last night for a big family dinner and was not disappointed! It's located inside of JW Marriott/Rampart Casino, Summerlin area of Las Vegas. Ambiance -- I loved the décor! Rather than the tired vino (wine) theme that you usually see in an Italian restaurant, Spiedini gave off Amalfi coast vibes of Southern Italy. Beautiful water mural artwork overhead, an open kitchen, blue and white coloring throughout, modern gold chandeliers, sparkling wine glasses on the tables...light, airy and calming would be my words to describe the mood. The overall effect was lovely. There are some cute romantic booths and I think this would be a super nice date night spot. Service - Good, no complaints! Heather was our server. She was very attentive and patient (we had our kids with us). Food came out quickly and everything was correct as ordered. Appetizers -Started with the Summer and Citrus salads to share. Can't go wrong with either but the Summer with all the berries and vinegar dressing was unanimously our favorite. They also bring garlic bread to the table -it was served warm, soft, buttery. I can't stand when bread is stale and crunchy, so this was perfect for me. It also paired well with the minestrone soup. In addition, we shared the Fritto Misto, a mixed seafood appetizer; I enjoyed the calamari that came with it. And lastly, we had the meatballs; It came with three sizeable pieces on top of a layer of soft cheese, favorite among the kids.Entrees - I have the kind of family where we all enjoy ordering something different, with in-mind that we plan to share and get to try more of what a restaurant has to offer. That being said, I happily got to try multiple great dishes yesterday from pizza to pasta to meats. The stand outs for me included the Short Rib Mezze Maniche pasta dish (our server mentioned the noodles were made in house and it definitely reflected in the taste, fantastic) -- closely followed my favorite of the evening, which was the Chicken Alla Senape, the mustard citrus jus for flavor on the chicken and potatoes was incredible. Others at our table really enjoyed the Filet Mignon, Chicken Parmesan and Baked Rigatoni. My kids favorite was the Italian Meat Lovers Pizza. Dessert - We ordered Spumoni, Pistachio gelato, Tiramisu and the Olive Oil Cake...all were so good, but my favorite was the Olive Oil Cake - hands down the best version I've ever had of it. Drinks - I had the Limoncello Martini, a bit too sweet for me but if you love lemon this is your drink for sure. Verdict -- This is a great option if you're craving good Italian! Highly recommend

We got married at JW Marriott in 2022. This restaurant is right across from the ballroom where we had our reception. It'll always have a special place in my heart for that reason. Outside of that, the staff is friendly here and the food is amazing! We visited there just a couple of nights ago. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and my wife ordered the short ribs. Both plates were phenomenal and very tasty. the wife did mention that her short ribs were a bit on the dry side and could use more of the delicious sauce that they serve with it. That had very little impact on our overall experience and we will look forward to continuing our celebrations here. Did I mention that the staff is friendly? We were approached every few minutes to make sure we were doing OK. Really love the attention to detail here.

Located in the Rampart Casino in Summerlin, I was not disappointed in the meal the 4 of us had. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time, having not traveled in 5 years. The quality of the food and the value were exceptional. Portions were large, so the 4 of us were glad we shared the meatballs and the vegetarian pizza. We also ordered the 25th Anniversary 3 course meal and the salmon entree. Both the Anniversary chicken and salmon entrees were generous, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Amazing job by the chef, his crew, and the wait staff (Megan was terrific). We had 1/2 of our pizza to take home. Desserts were also outstanding. The Anniversay Pastry and sour cherries, tiramisu, and lava cake were the perfect ending to our meal. We will be back. Sorry, no pictures again...we ate everything (minus our leftover pizza)!

Our server Meagan went above and beyond with great suggestions. Roberta made us feel at home making sure we had everything we needed during our first visit here. Also kudos to the Sous Chef, she ensured each dish was perfection! Ohhhh and the complimentary garlic bread is a great touch!! Thank you again!!

Went for dinner Christmas nite. Had Chicken fettuccine and pizza. Price was not bad for such an environment. Excellent meal. Heather, our waitress, was very friendly and attentive. Roberta the manager checked on every table, asked the guests how their meal was and thanked them for coming. Very friendly. I would not hesitate to return. Very pleased.

Came here Aug 2024 for my wife's bday. Walking in feels very classy without feeling pretentious. Beautiful decor, high backed booths, wide open and colorful. We were greeted with a smile and Roberta, the manager was super friendly and helpful immediately. Our server, Miguel, was on fire the whole night and was quick with refills, suggestions and wit. We started with two appetizers, bruschetta and meatballs. The portions were perfect size for apps and both were delicious. The bruschetta had a glaze on the plate that made the dish pop and we would've liked it to be on the bruschetta instead of the plate. But still excellent. For mains we had the gnocchi and spicy rigatoni. The gnocchi was five star and my wife kept poaching it off my plate, and fighting almost ensued! Her rigatoni had a nice little kick that had me asking her for "just one more bite". Chef Liliana personally brought out scallops that looked amazing and had the perfect texture and were cooked to perfection. We finished the night with the limoncello cake which had me wishing it were my birthday it was so so so good. I'm not a lemon guy, but that cake could not have been any better. All throughout dinner the entire staff were attentive, clearing plates, bringing us fresh silverware and offering refills. Amazing experience for start to finish.

OverallPositives: Better than Lago at BellagioNegatives: Worse than MaggianosThis place is tucked inside the rampart casino and is a nice, casual restaurant. The lighting was just a tad too bright for what could be a more intimate atmosphere though.Service was the probably the highlight here. She was very friendly and helped us navigate the menu. Also the servers were quick and helpful as well.Food here was okay... I got the eggplant Parmesan and vegetarian risotto and they were edible. There wasn't much love put into the food with lacking salt and creaminess from the risotto notably. Still, it was better than the food we had at Lago, and here is a better value too.If you are at Rampart and craving some Italian food, this was okay. I wouldn't go out of my way for this but if you are, it's worth a shot.
