As always, great and warm service by the servers and staff members! And really good food!I met up my friend and her daughter today to eat here because she wanted something savory. Immediately this restaurant came to mind as the food is so flavorful and high-quality! And has a great and fun atmosphere.Upon arriving, I was greeted by a few staff members who were very welcoming and friendly. Loved that! I saw my friend at the booth, so I went over there. Her and her daughter don't eat a lot of Korean food so they were a little nervous. They don't really eat very spicy food. I told him not to worry, and we could order the barbecue Bulgogi and the barbecue chicken with rice. They brought 5 different banchan. We got pickled zucchini, a savory pickled pickles, daikon, kimchi, and macaroni salad. All very good. Our entrées were very good and were on sizzling plates as well. The food came hot. And was good portions. I also enjoyed a big bottle of Cass Beer. I didn't realize it was going to be that big, but it was fine as I didn't feel drunk or even tipsy (lol). Our server today was a talk gentleman, and he was great! Him and some others regularly checked on us and refilled our sides. The daughter at first wasn't too sure about the food. But with a little time and encouragement, she ended up really liking it so I was happy. You know kids. She wished that she could have one of the sides to go. Her mom asked the waiter if it was possible to have one side to go. And the waiter gave her a little set of sides. It was such a nice touch and much appreciated. We will definitely come back and bring all my friends here! It's also a very fun place and they have a nice outdoor, but covered patio!

Overall: 3.4/5 [Ubereats Delivery]My husband eats late, and Soyo is one of the few Asian restaurants that is open late so he often orders from here when he has a late night meal. Rice Cake Skewer/Dduk Go Chi ($5): This came with two skewers of fried rice cake drenched in a gochujang-based sauce. They have good flavor and serve as a carb option since the pork belly doesn't come with rice. Grilled Pork Belly/Gal Bi Sam Gyup Sal ($24): My husband orders this regularly, but the quality has declined over time. The portion is small, the meat is bland, and the salad was drenched in dressing, making it taste overly greasy from the sesame oil.

Giving this place a 5 star since all we ordered was on point and was sooooo good. They serve free barley iced drink. They are very generous with their side dishes. My faves are the cucumber, fish cake and the kimchi. Tofu soups spice level was just perfect for you to enjoy the flavors. First time trying the pork cutlet cream with udon pasta. Yum! I will order this again and again. The grilled pork was so juicy and the side salad has a very simple taste with good dressing. Surprisingly their chicken fingers is so cruchy and moist in the inside you cant stop eating it. The squid is delicious as well not chewy.. the corn cheese was gone in seconds the moment it was served to us. Give this a try guys!

I've been coming to Soyo for the past decade and it's easily one of the best Korean restaurants in town. It's got a great vibe and perfect for a meal or a chill night drinking with friends. The food is pretty good. There are definitely some dishes that are better than others but as long as I stick with what I know is good I'm always satisfied. They also have a large menu that offers a lot of dishes that other Korean restaurants in town don't which is very nice. They have a few locations in the valley now but I've noticed that this original spot still has the best food so that might be worth noting.

The food at this Korean restaurant is very delicious.I was craving Korean food and wanted to try a new restaurant.I just got my food to go so I cannot speak on the service but the servers were very attentive and made me feel comfortable. The restaurant decor is very unique, the alls are plastered with movie and pop culture from Korea.Walking into this restaurant is like stepping into a portal to Seoul. It looked like it could also be a fun spot to grab a few drinks also.I would recommend this restaurant.

First time! Everything we ordered was pretty amazing . Soy Garlic Chicken WingsShort RibsChicken on FireBeef BibimbapPeach & Lychee CalpicoOur server was very friendly and checked up on us to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything else. They also provided Barley Tea which I initially thought was water in the carafe. That was refreshing. The inside gave a feeling like we were in a restaurant in the heart of Korea. There was also an outside seating area.I will definitely come back and try more of the other dishes offered and also get the Lychee Calpico drink again

This is always our go to group dinner places because they are good at accommodating a group of 15+.Another reason we like this location is because it's mid way from where we live. The staff was really nice., very helpful for a big group. The ambiance was cute as they have Halloween decos up. Lots of parking around and they open late. Go check them out! My fave dish, brisket salad!

My fiancé and I were traveling from SoCal to Idaho to see family, and stopped here for lunch. So glad we did! The soondubu was comparable to what I've had in Korea, and the server was generous with yummy side dishes. We appreciated the covered outdoor seating area, where we were able to dine with our two pugs sitting beside us. Soyo is officially on our list of places to stop when we travel thru Vegas :)
