Everyone at this business was kind and professional. This business is delivery only. No in-store shopping after CoVid so don't waste a drive like I did! As soon as my RX was finally faxed from Dr Office they got my equipment to me the next MORNING. ALL staff were kind, patient and informative including my Delivery guy Dominique. Thank you so much Southwest Medical!! My experiences are Always seamless with them!

10/19/23 BILLINGLast year my spouse nearly died due to 2 doctors poisoning him due to negligence. A long story. Anyway, during the process of recovery a hole opened up on the back of his foot. He got excellent home health care BUT one of the nurses insisted on having sent to the house, without my knowledge, a box of 10 Promogran Prisma, via Southwest Medical - Pharmacy Home Medical Equipment. Those are material you cut and shove into wounds to assist with healing. Turns out, my spouse never needed any of the 10 from the box, as his specialist treating the wound always sent home with us some of the material to use during treatment. So, when I got a bill for $51.44 for the box of 10 Promogran Prisma I called Southwest Medical - Pharmacy Home Medical Equipment to ask if I could return the items, unused. The answer was no. And that's why I'm writing this review today. I'm about to pay the bill, now overdue 10 months. BE VERY WARY of nurses and such that use this service. You, too, may be trapped into buying something you don't need due to their "no returns" policy.

Got an ultrasound last week and got referred to a specialist. I get to drive around town looking for a disc that has my ultrasound on it to deliver to my specialist. Of all the technology we have today SM has the patient hauling around their medical records themselves.

Every single delivery of my medicine has been nothing but a hassle. You get to choose a time frame for someone to deliver your meds which is fine but that time frame is 3 hours long meaning you have to be at home during that time frame in order to get your medicine... the very first delivery was a few months back & I chose the 6-9pm delivery. No one came. The driver called at 10:30pm and of course I was asleep but she was kind enough to leave a voicemail saying she was on her way but the next day when I called the company the driver put in her notes that she attempted to deliver my medicine around 8pm. The second delivery I chose a different time frame & they actually came within that time frame BUT they forgot something that was supposed to come with the medicine! So then I had to wait another 3 hour time frame for something that should have been with my medicine the first time. That's happened two or three times. And finally... I got a call yesterday from my doc saying the meds aren't working as they should be & that I will be receiving a higher dosage.. so I scheduled the time & AGAIN... no one came. They called this morning & had no explanation as to why no one delivered my medicine. I'm SHOCKED at the incapabilities this place has as these people are supposed to get patients their medicine & at times they just don't show up.

Their customer service is awful. I'm in a wheelchair and need a seat cushion because of back pain. Most cushions don't help and there is a specific kind that does a good job.It finally wore out so I requested another one thru Medicaid. Instead, Southwest gives a super cheap cushion instead. When I try to get a better cushion they said, "Sorry, we're not taking it back and your insurance won't cover another one for 3 years."That's a joke and sounds like a scam.

My wife was taking off her medication. We were both out of town and they allowed our babysitter to sign for the medication. I have a 2 year old at home to say the least I was upset. I called Southwest Medical Pharmacy located at 6720 Placid Street Las Vegas NV 702-796-1016. I Spoke to the Supervisor stating I would like to return the medication since my wife was off of it I was polite she was very unapologetic and said anyone can sign for the medication which I felt wasn't right she refused to take the medication back and wouldn't work with me for a refund. We are going to look into legal action to see what our options are.
