Next up were the Baked Mussels--perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We also tried the Kimchi Fried Rice, which had a great balance of tangy and savory notes, and the Fried Pork Katsu, which was crispy on the outside and tender inside.Not only was the food incredible, but the staff was so friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Whether you're a sushi lover or just craving some hearty comfort food, this place has something for everyone. We'll definitely be back for more!

1/18/25...My son and his dad brought me and my mom to their ramen spot. Their food looked great but not mine.I ordered veggie miso soup base ramen. The bowl was huge but just that. Soup wasn't even warm, just room temperature.The soup was extreme salty so as my mom's , 4 tiny pieces tofu with very small amounts of veggies and noodles.I have to ordered extra noodles. It was nice, warm and chewy then i realized they over cooked my original order. Honestly, only dish looked good was my son's dad's chicken Katsu.The restaurant decor was nice, friendly server!

I hate to say it but my ramen was not good. Being from Seattle, I enjoyed years of great Pho before we relocated to Las Vegas. There wasn't a lot ramen up there before we left but the ramen in Las Vegas is pretty fantastic. We have multiple places that we love here, with our favorite being Ramen Kobo on Durango. They were closed the night we ate at Soru and my wife had a cold and really wanted some soup. Since the search for good pho in this town has been fruitless thus far and this place is the closest Asian soup shop near our home, we decided to give it a shot.First the good. I had the Chicken Katsu Curry and I liked it. It wasn't the best I've ever had but it was solid and I like their presentation. The space was warm and inviting and the service was friendly and fast. Unfortunately, we were primarily there for the ramen and it wasn't very good. The flavors were off and not good. I can't speak to what my wife and daughter ordered but neither of them liked their food. I ordered the Tonkatsu Black Garlic Ramen with extra noodles. The extra loodles came in a side bowl soaking in what I assumed at the time was broth but after dumping it into my main bowl, I wonder if it was just water because my ramen broth was probably the most flavorless broth I've ever had and I've had a lot of ramen so that's a significant statement. What I could taste of it, I didn't like. My one complaint about the service is that I asked specifically what veggies were in it while ordering because I do not like mushrooms. They rattled off two veggies, neither of which were mushrooms but when it arrived, there were mushrooms that I had to pick out. I guess I'll say this is on me. Going forward, I will just say no mushrooms no matter what. None of my "going forward" will be at this place though because none of us liked it at all. Taste is subjective but fans of Asian soup who have consumed a lot of it have a pretty good baseline expectation of what they're getting and this fell very short

My partner had the seafood ramen which she said was delicious.The food was excellent and the ambience was pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

We had such a pleasant visit to Soru Ramen. We came for lunch on a Saturday with a group of 5 and didn't have to wait.We ordered a few items and everything was a super generous portion and an amazing price.Their most popular item is tonkatsu black garlic ramen and the broth was delicious and flavorful. The katsu chicken curry was very crispy and the curry flavorful. The pork chasu bowl- pork was tender and sauce was sweet and savory. I really love supporting small business and this one is at the top of my list! I will be back soon!

I was delighted to find this ramen shop nearby my house and saw they have close to 5 stars. I was really craving black garlic ramen so I called them to see if they had it as I was on the road. The lady who answered was very pleasant and said they carried it. I was so excited to get there! I ordered the black garlic ramen in mild. It was very clean and good. I think I will do the medium next time. The mild tasted regular. I asked for more chili oil. That helped. Still very good. Service 5/5. Restaurant 5/5. My Ramen 4/5. Overall 5 stars I can't wait to come back and try a lot of their other menu items. They have a great menu, too. And they have boba milk tea, too! I think I'll try next the tonkotsu shoyu ramen if I do ramen again.I appreciate their hospitable and attentive service.

Absolutely flawless. 5/5 Spicy Edamame - Hubby says it's 105/5 because he can't get enough of the heat! Beef Short Ribs - Tasty, but a bit too chewy for me. Sent them back and went for wings instead. 2.5/5 Seafood Stir-fry - Shrimp, mussels, crab, and everything good. 5/5 Seafood Ramen - Miso black garlic broth heaven. 5/5 Wings - Crunchy, maybe a little too much batter, but still worth it. 4/5 AMBIANCE *** did I not say owned by family?! . Great service and a cool experience. The anime on the wall is awesome! They have a nice selection of food and it's very tasty. The ramen was great and so was that Japanese curry. It's close to our new house so great for an indecisive food stop that won't break the bank.

Overall great experience here, embarrassingly I spilled my soda and the worker was so attentive and kind. Food was incredibly good, the ramen was spicy but not too much that it burned, the appetizers that were fried were not too oily. If you live in the blue diamond area you won't be disappointed

This was my first time ordering from here! I got my order to go, but I think if I come back, I'd love to eat inside. The graphics and art add a nice and fun look to the inside of the restaurant. I didn't have to wait long at all from the time I ordered my food to receiving it. My favorite was the bun! The meat was very soft and tender and the amount of sauce was perfect. I wish I ordered more. The ramen was also good. The broth had so much flavor and it had a nice hint of peanut taste to it. The shrimp tempura sushi was ok. It's your typical tempura roll. However, the rice was very mushy on some of the pieces in my roll, but other than that, it was pretty good.
