I've only had the curry and the fries here at this location. The curry is massive. The pork and the chicken are great. The Cajun fries are fine.I may try this location's ramen to see if it is better than the one on Saint Rose at a later date. Maybe during a lunch break.

This is probably the worst ramen I have ever had in my life. The egg was cold and you can taste the unfreshness. I ordered spicy level 2 and it's just a spoonful of Vietnamese hot sauce on top of the noodle. The soup is not hot and the bean sprouts are raw. Very little topping. Chicken was super thinly sliced. The broth is bad This is also not true ramen noodle. I don't know. Not something I would eat normally. I don't think the restaurant itself it's clean enough too.

This review is based on a take away order with a special 2 for 1 chicken and gyozas plus a deluxe ramen and fried rice, not what a was expecting everything was not good the chicken was chewy and it was not kaarage the fried rice had pieces of corn and the gyozas were not fresh.I didn't try the ramen so I won't comment on it.First time and pretty sure last time.I did get the order on time as promised.

We are so happy we found this spot! It's tucked away in a plaza with other random businesses. You wouldn't think a great ramen spot would be here. It was one of those windy vegas nights and a hot soup sounded good. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and asked to take a seat where we'd like. I love the cute anime and Japanese decor on the walls it's a smaller place but makes you feel like you are in a traditional Japanese street food restaurant. The menu has everything form katsu curries, sushi burritos and tacos, your go to appetizers like gyoza and crab rangoon. We got a sushi and 2 ramen. Everything came out really quick and it was delicious! Our server was friendly as well. Definitely a hidden gem and great lunch or dinner spot. Can't wait to go back to try more!

Sora ramen is a small dining area but it was able to accommodate our party of six. There is an 18% gratuity charge for parties of five or more. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen with thick noodles. The portion size was more than plenty. The combo fried rice was enough to feed four people. The staff was really nice. I'd say the ramen noodles was a 7 out of 10. And the fried rice wasn't too bad.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - we ordered a Tonkotsu Black Garlic Ramen with Oh My God spice level and a Tonkotsu Ramen with So-So spice on the side. The broth seemed a bit watery in taste/flavor since it doesn't have the typical richness that accompanies a pork bone broth. The pork chashu didn't seem to be marinated as it was quite bland and it wasn't roasted as it was quite chewy with huge chunks of fat. The dishes leaned on the side of sweet which is odd since we were expecting savory overall. The OMG spice was fun and had a bit of mala that left a tingly feel in the mouth. The noodles were decent though! Service: 5/5 - friendly overall but may have a slight language barrier. Ambiance: 3/5 - the store is cute as you walked in since there are anime decorations everywhere. However, as we sat and observed more, the furniture and the decorations make the restaurant feel worn and the black walls add a gloominess to it. The tables were sticky and quite low so we had to hunch over to eat. There's only one speaker that crackles and it is right next to the bar seating so it can get quite loud if you sit at the counter! Value for price: 3/5 - we were surprised with a $0.85 charge on the OMG spice level. While I understand that many places include a charge for this, it wasn't listed on the menu and their reasoning is that their online menu lists it. We really wanted to like this place but the broth was disappointing overall.

This place is OK.. I got the bento box and my partner got ramen. The ramen just had hard boiled eggs like in other reviews.. so yeah. The bento box was underwhelming. The "salad" was just cabbage, corn and mayo... the California roll was cold and had hard rice. They have cute decor tho.
