Favorite ice cream place around Las Vegas. Located in downtown Las Vegas, so parking is always going to be difficult. It's all paid parking around the area. Compared to the other locations, this one is located alongside a club so it's a lot smaller. They do not have all the flavors and no merchandise due to the size of the location. Due to this, I can not take away a star because this is out of their hands. The flavor I always get and never get tired of is their Ube Honeycomb. It's sweet but not too sweet and has a nice crunch to it. Loved it so much that I decided to get a pint which came up to be 13 dollars. The customer service is great as always and I have no complaints at all. Overall, as mentioned earlier best ice cream place throughout Las Vegas.

Sorry not sorry for how much I'm going to be talking about this ice cream!!!!!My friend and I were visiting Vegas for one night to catch an early morning flight, and we wanted some ice cream. Sorry not sorry had great reviews, so we decided to give it a try. It was everything I wanted and more! The menu is small, but the flavors are well rounded and ALL OF THEM ARE AMAZING. They offered 2 vegan (oat milk) ice cream options, and trust me.... These don't *taste* vegan. The vegan chocolate fudge had chunks of cookie dough and fudge in every bite. I ordered a single scoop (half vegan chocolate half blackberry) in a waffle cone, and it was perfect. We had to pay $4 for parking, but it was easy to find a spot in the lot around the corner and well worth it. Highly recommend!

I wish you do not have to be ID to just get an ice cream. Maybe put a separate line for people who just want ice cream. I went with my bottle water because it's my fault for not checking that I cannot bring it in and need to get ID. We did not have plan to go to we all scream so my partner went through the line and order for me while i waited outside. Really inconvenient if you ask me who personally do not like clubbing or that kind of environment. I only went there because it open late like until 2am. Saw a pic from here during the day they have a a barricade for just ice cream so was not expecting that it will turn into a ticket purchasing window plus ice cream.Parking was a pain mostly paid parking but it is in downtown so it was expected

delicious ice cream! I loved their flavors, got to sample the honey lavender & got a cup of the bumbleberry cheesecake. Definitely will be back to try something else. They have seasonal flavors that rotate. No inside seating, just a tiny little place. But definitely a solid ice cream spot to check out!

Loved the decor and vibe upon entering. Smell was absolutely devine and only wish that I could bottle it and spray it around my home. Plenty options when it comes to flavors had the butterscotch ice cream which tasted exactly the way it was described. They have pints ready to take which we also did. A definite go to for some creamy delicious ice cream.

I've been to pretty much all the locations here in vegas and i have to say this is my least favorite location. I absolutely loveee sorry not sorry creamery but i was very disappointed coming to this location. around the creamery there is no parking, so you have to park in a gated parking lot where you have to pay to park as there is no "street parking" type anywhere around the creamery. After parking you have to walk up to the creamery about 6 min walk. it's great if you are staying in a hotel downtown or if you want to pay for parking + walk (which in my case i was disappointed by that) i brushed the parking situation off, excited to get my favorite ice cream and try their new fall flavors however there's only 8 flavors available on the menu there ? and all of those flavors are the ones i did NOT like. I ended up getting their DTLV exclusive flavor which was the Blackberry basque cake to not leave empty handed and honestly was not worth the detour, the calories and the whole hassle this location caused. The staff didn't even look happy to work there they act as if you are bothering them instead of making you feel welcomed unlike other locations. I will stick to my favorite location on Flamingo & the 215 and call it a day as a local i will never see myself coming to this location again! Great for tourists that's never tried other locations but terrible for locals.

Came here for a late night dessert. When we arrived, the line was out the door, about 10 people ahead of us. The line moved fairly quickly. Our first time here, the staff assisting us was really friendly and helped us with samples. There is a good selection to choose from, so many delicious flavors. The ice cream was rich and creamy, as it should be. Serving sizes are also quite large ! The shop was clean , a little small, it's definitely meant for grab n go. Prices are fair.

Double cookie and brownie fudge:I recently visited sorry not sorry creamery and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ice cream itself was a standout, with a rich and creamy texture that melted perfectly in the mouth. The flavor profile was well-balanced and innovative, offering a refreshing twist on classic favorites. Each bite revealed layers of taste that were both satisfying and unique. The ambiance of the shop contributed significantly to the overall experience. The interior was thoughtfully designed, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a treat. The décor was stylish yet comfortable, creating a pleasant environment that enhanced the enjoyment of the ice cream. What truly set this place apart, however, was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that every customer felt welcomed and well-cared-for. They were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to offer recommendations based on individual preferences.Sorry not sorry creamery excels in both its product and its service. If you're looking for a place that offers excellent ice cream, a great atmosphere, and outstanding customer service, this shop is definitely worth a visit.
